⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ إقامة رائعة – 10/10! لقد قضينا إقامة رائعة في فندق لاك ليمان في تونس. كان كل شيء ممتازًا منذ لحظة وصولنا. الفندق مريح ونظيف، والخدمة كانت ممتازة، كما كان جميع أفراد الطاقم ودودين ومرحبين ومتعاونين دائمًا. نتوجه بشكر خاص إلى فخر الدين وآدم في مكتب الاستقبال. لقد كانا رائعين حقًا، وجعلا إقامتنا أكثر متعة. كانا دائمًا لطيفين ومحترفين ومستعدين لمساعدتنا في كل ما نحتاج إليه. لقد كانت ضيافتهما مميزة جدًا، وجعلتنا نشعر بترحيب كبير. لقد استمتعنا كثيرًا بوقتنا هنا وشعرنا براحة كبيرة طوال فترة إقامتنا. أوصي بهذا الفندق بالتأكيد لكل من يزور تونس. 10/10 – سنعود بالتأكيد مرة أخرى! شكرًا جزيلًا للفريق بأكمله، وبالأخص فخر الدين وآدم، على جعل إقامتنا لا تُنسى. ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay – 10/10! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lac Leman in Tunis. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel was comfortable and clean, the service was great, and the entire staff was always friendly, welcoming and helpful. A very special thank you to Fakhreddine and Adam at the reception. They were absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. They were always kind, professional and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis. 10/10 – we will definitely come back again! Thank you to the whole team, and especially Fakhreddine and Adam, for making our stay so memorable. ❤️

Elendig rom. Klimaanlegg som ikke virker. Ren badstue med 28 grader på rommet. Klosett som er ødelagt. Dårlig og meget enkel frokost. Rett og slett Elendig opplevelse. Jeg har dessverre kun video ikke bilder.

Aria condizionata non funzionante, cambiato stanza solo dopo svariate richieste . Stesso discorso per fornitura asciugamani per il bagno e acqua da bere. La stessa nuova stanza con aria condizionata molto scarsa. Per essere un quattro stelle….

The breakfast was all right. The staff even asked me if I wanted an omelet for breakfast and I said yes, so he had the chef make one for me. That kind of attentiveness is the mark of quality staff. In addition, my son and I had a bag of laundry that needed to be cleaned, and the service de linge was very good about it. The following day, a week's worth of clothes from my son and myself was delivered, neatly pressed or bagged, by the hotel worker. I simply do not have the time to go out looking for a dry cleaner or a laundromat, so having a laundry service within the hotel was a time-saver.

Unfortunately, rolling black outs in Tunis occurred that night. Needless to say, during the summer months, that is a common occurrence throughout the city. As a result, the room was sweltering hot. However, I believe the management is in the process of getting solar panels that would help alleviate the electrical problems during a blackout. I look forward to having the comfort of that backup solution.

I wanted a hotel that had a good restaurant because in the USA, that is rarely the case. I ate all my meals at the hotel and even had room service provide me with Tunisian specialties such as loup de mer grilled fish with potatoes and rice. Frankly, I was tired of eating frozen fish in the USA, so while I do come to Tunisia to visit family, I also come for the hospitality of a hotel such as Les Berges du Lac.

There was nothing I didn't like. I liked that there was a hair dryer, lots of places to plug my various electronics in, and a 24 hr receptionist desk. I had locked myself out of the bathroom and called the front desk at 4 am. The receptionist kindly came up in a matter of minutes and unlocked my bathroom door. He wasn't at all cross with me for being that silly.

La qualité du personnel, acceuillant et serviable et surtout Farhkrit à la réception.

Hôtel 4* avec un beau hall d'acceuil, une chambre et salle bain spacieuses mais aucune décoration, austère comme l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Pas de chaines de télévision francaise dans un pays où le français est la deuxième langue, les consommations en alcool sont prohibées tant au bar qu'au restaurant et il n'y a pas de zone d'informations toutistiques. En résumé, c'est un hôtel pour hommes d'affaires musulmans mais surtout pas pour des touristes. C'est important de l'afficher.

Really friendly staff. They were very helpful in case of my questions. Arranged the transfer from the airport and back as well. I can easily recommend the hotel for everyone. Good restaurant with traditional food.

Hello, I am writing to express absolute outrage over one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. What should have been a simple check-in turned into a deeply upsetting and unacceptable incident because of the unprofessional, aggressive, and disgraceful behavior of the receptionist. Despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking, he tried to charge me more than the price clearly shown on the app. When I refused to pay anything beyond the confirmed Booking price, his behavior became extremely rude, hostile, and completely inappropriate. He insulted our nationality, used racist language, and was swearing at us in a way that was shocking and humiliating. This was not just poor customer service. It was an outrageous abuse of his position and an appalling way to treat paying guests. No guest should ever be pressured for extra money, insulted, or subjected to such hateful and unprofessional conduct. The incident took place at 12:14 AM on 03/04/2026, and the attached photos are the proof. I am beyond disappointed and deeply disturbed by what happened. This kind of behavior seriously damages the reputation of your hotel and should never be tolerated.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the hotel as a whole was very well kept and welcoming. The service was exceptional, and the staff were outstanding throughout my stay professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service

L'hotel a refusé la réservation et le paiement sur booking et j'étais obligé de payer sur place, j'espère que le paiement sur booking n'a pas été débité pour éviter un paiement double le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas
