We like this hotel Hotel Great Location: Walking distance to the Great Pyramid of Cholula it takes abut 4 to 5 minutes to the stairs of the Pyramid and about 9 minutes to Plaza de la Concordia, and local sights. Completely transformed from old building to a modern an rustic finish, good service and extremely central. I highly recommend it. The spaces are beautiful and there is a lot of calm. The comfortable bed, as well as the pillows. When you get off from the Pyramided just make a left for 3 or 4 minutes and you find nice restaurants we visit one Las Piñas de Cholula. Almost 2 blocks there is a Oxxo store just before the stairs to the pyramid. and just about 42 minutes if you want to visit Tlaxcala.

The only thing to note is that the bathroom and toilet doors do not have door only curtains that the could be a problem for some but they have nice. and missing extractor in bathroom plus the light to the mirror is very very low.

El staff fue muy amable y superó cualquier expectativa. Es la principal razón por la que volvería.

En la regadera muy importante un tapete anti resbalón, esta super peligroso. La habitación que nos tocó, se escuhcaba todo lo de la habitación de junto, creo que deberian aislar mejor el sonido.

Nos enecanto que solo son 6 habitaciones, nada de ruido y el servicio muy agradable. Excelente ubicacion a pie todo.

En las habitaciones que no son suit al menos, los baños no separan el.area de.baño de la habitación mas qué con una cortina y resulta incómodo, las habitaciones no están bien aisladas se puede escuchar incluso una platica de la habitación contigua

Everything - great staff, couldn’t do more to help, the heated pool (great for a morning dip), the location and it was new, clean and modern. Wished we’d stayed longer but we’re just passing through on the way back to Mexico City. Make sure you try the ramen noodle place nearby - was great after lots of Mexican food but still had a good little Mexican twist.

Small thing but it would’ve been great if the bar was operational for a drink. There’s a rooftop with fab views and it looks like the maybe open something up there at some point. Otherwise great breakfast spot over the road and a short walk to lots of other places.

La ubicación, el hotel está lindo, .el hotel muy limpio, el personal agradable y todo nuevo, el roof tiene una vista espectacular. Como sugerencia en el roof se puede hacer un restaurant por la hermosa vista.

Los muebles para guardar ropa estan un poco reducidos...incómodos para estar mas de 3 o 4 dias... la alberca al menos en invierno fría y la vista del piso 1 da a los patios de las casas....creo se pueden poner vinilos o plantas altas para tapar un poco.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean and felt up to date/new. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and even a small outdoor space. The bathroom was equally spacious with lots of towels and toiletries - very large lovely shower. Great location in the heart of Cholula - walking distance to most places. They were able to keep my car safely parked during my stay and had attentive helpful security.

The only things I found frustrating were when I tried to extend my stay on Booking.com and was able to do so on the site, they then told me that Booking was not up to date and therefore I could not extend my stay as there were actually no rooms available. They were then unable to cancel my reservation, and I was also unable to cancel it on my end and am waiting to hear back from Booking to get my money refunded. This was just a frustrating process and that they could not simply cancel the reservation to ensure I did not get charged. I also asked if they had any water at the front desk and they said there was water in my room for drinking, which to me implied that the water bottles were complimentary as they did not offer any drinkable water as a facility to guests. I was then charged for the two water bottles I drank.

Central location, stylishly furnished , very friendly staff especially at the parking garage.

The capsule coffee machine didn’t work. And yes, I have some experience with these. They provided the wrong capsules. The bathroom is not separated from the bedroom.

All of the staff was very friendly! The rooms were so cute and I highly recommend the rooms with the balcony! The pool is clean and the whole hotel has a great vibe. The rooftop has great views as well!

Ultra modern building and very helpful staff who helped us with a reservation. Efficient and easy valet parking with car kept just inside the building. One room very quiet inner courtyard, the other with a little street noise. Sleek modern design extremely clean. Very central to the archaeological zone lots of great little coffee shops and eateries nearby. Nice bar with delicious cocktails

Location very close to the center and walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staff speaks english and very accomodating . Available safe parking inside the property . The building still new and clean

The bathroom/ shower ground doesn’t have curb to hold the water so after shower the water leak to the main room . Fortunately the management responded quick and replaced us with the better room and the new room has a curb to hold the water
