Make sure you leave a light on in the bathroom, otherwise the stairs are not fun in the middle of the night going to the restroom.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Nos encantó el hotel, es muy bonito, el cuarto es acogedor y muy bien diseñado, las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena y el restaurante rico. La atención en el restaurante también fue muy buena. En general nos gustó mucho.
Creo que fue algo situacional, pero al llegar nos encontramos con un letrero que decía que teníamos que escribir a un número para poder hacer nuestro check in. No es lo que quieres encontrarte cuando vienes cansado, pero la respuesta fue muy rápida y la atención estuvo muy bien.

Personal de recepción poco amable. Toallas percudidas Se anuncia con estacionamiento pero como había fiesta del pueblo estaba cerrado, no ofrecen opciones y tuve que dejar el auto en la calle. Enfrente hay dos antros y uno de ellos tiene música a todo volumen hasta las 3 am. No dormimos Por último , salimos a las 7 am y no hubo nadie en recepción para entregar la llave Se promueven como hotel boutique y creo que todavía le falta.

Pagamos extra para una persona más en la habitación y dejan solo un rollo de papel higiénico usado, igual solamente nos dieron 3 toallas, no hay jabón para ducha y tampoco agua embotellada. Igual hacía mucho frío y no dan cobijas extra. Pienso que debe haber hoteles con mejores condiciones por el mismo precio. La ubicación sí es buena.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2023Para decidirme por este hotel, filtré la mejor opción en Cholula CON estacionamiento: no sé si sea un error de la propiedad o de la plataforma, pero aparece como si el Xoxula SÍ tuviera donde dejar el carro. Sorpresa: no tiene. Y llamé al centro de atención a clientes, donde me dijeron que sí había, pero en la calle. Falso: tampoco sobre la calle había donde dejar el carro: tuve que dejarlo en una pensión a varias calles del hotel. Deberían dar más facultades a la recepcionista para poder aprobar (o declinar) una reservación ya hecha: la señorita del hotel no tenía ninguna autoridad para decidir nada, lo que dificultó mucho el check-in, pues además el personal de ventas no trabaja las 24 horas. El cuarto estaba bien: silencioso, limpio, tranquilo. Sin embargo, dos inconvenientes más: el agua caliente no es constante: por momentos se enfría; el drenaje de la regadera (estuve en la habitación 3) no drena, y se encharca el agua. La botella de la crema... ¡no tiene crema! eso sí: el internet funciona bien y la SmarTV también.
