I had a fantastic stay and couldn't have been happier with the experience. My room was on a high floor with breathtaking views that were a highlight of the trip. The room itself was incredibly spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, making it a pleasure to come back to after a day out. Everything was impeccably clean, and the hotel struck the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay.

More attention to be given to clean the room. Old carpet needs a thorough cleaning or simply to be replaced. Hotel seems outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Shenzhen. The location is excellent, right next to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were lucky to have one of the nicest rooms on the 50th floor, offering a stunning view of the city. As a lovely surprise, we also found a special treat waiting for us in our room, which made the experience even more memorable.

The room was spacious with a nice bath tub, and it's reasonably clean.

It smelled bad, especially the bathroom. Breakfast quality was below standard, especially in the western and pastry sections. The overall offerings and value did not match the price I paid, and the malls around were not interesting.

conveniently located just across from shenzhen north railway station. perfect for me who arrived late but had to catch a morning train out. it sits quite high up also so it offers just the right amount of tranquility for a restful night. i forwent the breakfast option but still woke up energized. the shower was hot and shower head was strong, which is always a plus in my books.

Location good and facilities all good. Executive lounge was well run and had good food and drink.

The room was really hot and the aircon didn’t seem to do anything, making it hotter if anything. Yes it was set on cool to 20 degrees but was 27. This was disappointing in an expensive room. Wall also thin.

Hotel room was good sized with luxurious facilities and a wonderful bed and sheets. Great gym too

If anything could be improved, the lighting was a little too dim. Quality of toiletries could also be a bit better as shampoo and shower gel were quite drying.

Very standard soulless design with too much focus on "show off" items or design. This is not only for this hotel, most of these type of hotels are ever so close to making it as nice as a top rated boutique hotels but just either overdo it or follow trends without understanding the essence.

If you need an expensive hotel by the railway station this is right for you. If you are traveling to this hotel from the airport buckle in for a long gridlocked traffic journey (cos its right beside a railway station...and a construction zone..). I did not choose this hotel, it's way too expensive for my tastes, it was chosen for me for work. I really don't rate this hotel as a "work" hotel.

I got a non English speaker at reception, there are English speakers so make sure you ask for someone who speaks English otherwise a 5 min checkin will become a confused 20 minute phone translation session about occupancy and we're full..and who is booking.com...and then an English speaker will come sort things out in 5 mins - a work hotel? not in my opinion - room lighting is terrible, i had to drag the table under a spotlight to get some illumination on my pc, if they had a side lamp on the table problem solved - like coffee? 10 sachets of tea but only ONE sachet of a "coffee like substance" which is undrinkable (you can buy instant coffee in the convenience store on the ground floor) - like team meetings in the lobby? better lighting but lights will be switched off at 11pm so you will be working in the dark. For me this was a very expensive experience...

Decor in the rooms were the best I’ve stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable.

The bathroom needs to be brighter. As a woman, you spend much time at the mirrors so the lights need to be brighter.

部屋はきれいで景色も良好です。 ただ、朝ごはんは普通。 そして、高層なせいか電波はめっちゃ悪いです。 後、日本のACアダプタがささりません… USB-Aポートで充電するしかないので、気をつけて。

Ich war das zweite Mal nach 1,5 Jahren wieder im Pullman und war sehr enttäuscht. Ich war vom ersten Besuch so begeistert, dass ich es für meine Familie erneut gebucht habe. Doch bei meinem jetzigen Besuch hatte das Hotel sehr nachgelassen. Wir hatten 2 Suiten mit Loungezugang. Das Angebot in der Lounge war auf Sparflamme. Man sollte dann doch lieber keine anbieten. Das Angebot und der Service waren schlecht. Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Keine Abwechslung und Backwaren vom Vortag anzubieten geht garnicht.

地點離車站非常近，但因為外來客對路不熟悉，所以繞了一圈才從車站走到飯店。建議在車站內有更明確的標示，可以指引客人從廣場直線步行到飯店3樓。 飯店早餐內容很豐富。 飯店四樓璞肴餐廳的餐點也非常好。

廁所地板若有水會變得非常滑；我因為泡澡時不甚將浴缸的水潑到地上，沒想到走出來竟然滑到，還撞到額頭。建議房間能有明確的提醒，或是入住時由櫃台人員提醒，也可以在電視的酒店頻道提醒客人。
