The staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Eunice at front desk for being very cordial and proactive. The hotel is located at a quiet corner, away from other busy establishments.

The location was excellent and very convenient for our stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help when needed.

Unfortunately, some of the appliances in our room were not working upon arrival, and we had to contact reception to have them replaced. While the issue was resolved promptly, it suggested that the room may not have been thoroughly checked before our check-in. Parking was also on a first come, first served basis, which could be challenging during busy periods, but fortunately we were able to find a space. Overall, we appreciated the great location and helpful service.

I liked the location for why we were there. It was ok for a place to sleep while attending a event at SMX Clark.

They had a buffett breakfast wasn't worst food just not food I would normally eat if I fixed my own breakfast.

All the facilities inside our room and the hotel which are all well maintained. They friendly and very accommodating supervisor of the housekeeping department whom you can see and approach all the time. The room had a lot of space and a comfy bed.

I only stayed here as a stopover as part of a long journey from Illocos del Sur to Manila and didn't realise its proximity to the red light district or Angeles City general vibe. Further I felt the staff gave my girlfriend and I judgemental looks which made us feel uncomfortable. They did help us with our bags though. The other thing that I didn't like was during the check in process the lobby staff seemed to record my check in on mobile without asking for my consent. I think that is incredibly unprofessional and also a gross invasion of privacy. The pool was out of service during the stay and the breakfast was low quality.

I’m extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel. I booked it specifically for my family because of the swimming pool for my niece. I even requested a room close to the pool since that was the main reason I chose this hotel. I’m not new to booking hotels since I travel frequently. Normally, after booking, the hotel sends me a message if there are any facilities or amenities that won’t be available on specific dates and times so guests are informed. But guess what—only after my family checked in, paid the security deposit, and received the key did they tell us that the pool was closed. Yes, only in person after check-in! They should have emailed ahead of time so I would’ve had the option to cancel and look for another hotel with a pool, right? It’s not like they’re the only hotel in the area with a swimming pool, yet they didn’t even give a heads-up. It’s really frustrating. My niece was very sad and disappointed—he even said he wishes he hadn’t come. The only reason I booked a hotel with a pool was for him.

Horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Housekeeping provided air freshener for this but it did little. The same smell was present in a hazardous level in the public toilet in ground floor. Noise travels easily from outside. Also the kettle had an Australian power plug so could not be used.

Nähe zum Flughafen Clark ist relativ, da man einmal rund um den Flughafen fahren muss um reinzukommen. Fahrzeit ca. 20 - 40 Min je nach Verkehrslage! Habe daraus gelernt und checke beim nächsten Mal mit einem Routenplaner. Einige Zimmer haben ein Fenster auf den Gang und dieses auch nicht zum Öffnen. Für eine Nacht ist es wohl egal, für mehr Nächte vielleicht nicht so gewünscht.

This is a great place to stay for the price and comfortable. The location was ok for me the staff was fantastic, the room was great and comfortable, definitely will stay here again.

My room was good for 3 even if I was alone for a very good rate. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Wifi works great. The room is equipped with a kitchenette. You can ask the menu sent up to your room (wish there was one in the room provided too) and the food was good! Massage is available for a great price available for 24hrs but my friend said he didn’t have the service menu in his room (would’ve been helpful too). Wish I stayed longer but will definitely stay here again next time ☺️

It was not clean when we check-in. There was a leftover in the refrigerator. There was a fly in the bathroom.

I stayed for my entire month-long vacation at SureStay Studio by Best Western - Clarkview, and I can honestly say it felt like a home away from home. From the first day until | checked out, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a long stay. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping always made sure the room stayed fresh and well maintained. The hotel is very closed to everything. Shops, Restaurants, SM Clark Mall, Clark Airport, etc. Overall, my stay at SureStay Studio by Best Western - Clarkview was truly excellent. I am very grateful to the entire team for making my long vacation so comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially for long stays. I would absolutely stay here again.👍🙂

The bathroom had a very mouldy smell - needed to keep the door closed. No filtered water was available (only 2 small complimentary bottles of water). Breakfast options were limited for the included breakfast. I was surprised there were no fruit options). Finally they advertise an airport shuttle which is why I booked here however there was no airport shuttle available during our stay.

Customer service and the room

Some bedroom lights are not fixed and was not fixed after I requested it to be fixed the next day. My mom says the room smells off/old. Good thing i always bring my antibacterial spray for rooms. The tv channel selection is complicated.

Room was large

Booking.com showed that this hotel was 3.4km away from the airport and we needed something nearby so we booked it. Once we got in the Grab to the hotel, it turned out it was much further away and would take us half an hour. Bathroom was subpar, not very clean, and the multiple shower heads didn’t work very well, and the water temperature was almost impossible to get right. Pool looked pretty good at night but in the daytime you can see that it needs a deep clean. We were awoke before some time after 6am by loud party music that lasted at least an hr.

The location was quite good and away from the 'nightlife' of Angeles, but still close to some restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. I arrived at 02.45hrs and the check in lady was excellent. Very cheerful, courteous and polite. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable, air con worked very well and all in all I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The room was somewhat smaller than I anticipated but to be fair this was not a major concern. The other slight 'inconvenience' was some noise from children using the swimming pool. The hotel has small a central internal/indoor pool with rooms structured around this over the 3 floors. It is a pleasant feature and adds to the ambience. However if people using the pool, are noisy then it becomes annoying. I can not comment for every room, but for my room at least on the 3rd floor I could hear the children shouting very clearly well into the evening.
