Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Wonderful stay and excellent experience. The beds are very conformable and also loved the shower. Receptionist Jhun and housekeeper Eds were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide exceptionally high level for service. The restaurant is also lovely.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Habitación amplia y limpia. Mobiliario moderno. No se escucha ruido a pesar de estar en una calle concurrida. Hay bastantes bares alrededor y un centro comercial a 10 min en grab. El aeropuerto está a 20 min en grab. Valorar positivamente la predisposición a cambiarnos de habitación por un problema con el colchón. Nos reubicaron rápidamente y con las mismas condiciones. Desayuno incluido bastante básico; solo había 2 opciones nada saludables y escasas.
El wifi iba bastante mal.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Upon first look we were satisfied, room exactly as on the pictures, clean, breakfast was a la carte but reasonable
It seems like there is no solid wall in the hotel. You hear every cough not just from next room, but from all rooms on the floor. Even the window is into courtyard it felt like we slept on a street, every passing motorbike or car felt like meters away. Then another fiasco - bathroom is in glass enclosure with sensor activated bright light. When you go to bathroom the light turns on and your partner immediately wakes up....who came up with that bright idea?

The property has poor connection of water. Rusty water coming out from the shower, faucet and toilet. The smell of the water is not pleasant at all. The interruption of water happened often. It happened when I was in the middle of my shower and happened again the next day to my mom. They said they are having water maintenance, but there’s no advice coming from the management at all. Also, if you are sensitive with noise, this place is not good for you.

The walls are paper thin. Traffic noise kept waking me up, and you can hear absolutely everything from the next room. The couple beside me woke me up at 4 AM going at it so loudly it felt like they were in the same room.

The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests. Their service really made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Je kan de weg best heel goed horen, zeker als er mensen optrekken. Daardoor werd ik gedurende de nacht wel geregeld wakker en zeker ook vroeg in de ochtend. Je kan de buren ook goed horen. Het is heel duidelijk te horen als je buren niezen.

Rooms!! Every room needs lots of repairs....floor is peeling, windows lock is broken, kettle switch doesnt work, shower water gets sprayed all over the toilet, water dripping from AC, kitchen closes at 9pm! And many more...so...not a happy place for frequent travellers...

Rooms are not soundproof at all - I did not get any sleep due to loud bikes driving by all night. Our room had a very stale mouldy smell - likely very unsafe for our baby and extremely unpleasant. I had originally searched for a hotel near the Clark airport, however we still had to drive 35 mins in traffic - and found out later that it was the red light district area. Unsure why it was recommended to me by booking.com, location was not what we were looking for!

The king room and queen room we booked fits 3 persons in 1 bed. We paid for 3 persons per room but the amenities dental kit, towel, bottled water etc were requested and standard were only good for 2 even we booked for 3 persons each room. We have to remind the staff every single day that we booked 3 persons per room. Aside from booking of 3 persons per room paid in advance we have to pay for 2 more extra additional bed totalling 8 persons but the services we receive is only for 2 persons as it is the standard regardless you pay add ons. NO PHOTOS to share Not happy with what we paid for.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025It's a go-to place to stay for me and indeed a "sure stay". This is my 2nd booking and this time, I brought my family with me. We got upgraded for free so it was a happy perk! Staff were responsive with anything we needed. I accidentally got their 3-pin adaptor when we checked out and reported it immediately - honest mistake, I thought it was my one as I brought the same and they waived it no questions asked. They will not compromise the guest's convenience.
Perhaps, the pool is too open and near the reception area and is literally in the lobby so it was uncomfortable to swim
