The apartment was very clean, the staff was very nice and gentle. The pool in the rooftop waaooo, great city view.

The packing, some spaces are smaller.

El lugar no supe, porque al llegar dijeron que estaba dañado el punto de pago y que debía pagar en efectivo, a media noche que llegué me hicieron caminar 5 cuadrar para retirar efectivo en un cajero, cuando saqué la cuenta de lo que me pedían, era el triple de lo que me indicaba la página de Booking, así que me fui, son unos abusadores

La mala atención, la mala voluntad del personal, todos quieren sacarte dinero en exceso, es horrible, o gestionan el pago antes de llegar o sepan que siempre, desde taxis en adelante querran cobrar el triple de la tarifa y en efectivo

Super appartement classe et bien décoré ! Lit tres grand et très confortable, on a trop bien dormi. Salle de bain fonctionnelle avec une tres bonne pression d’eau dans la douche. Zone piscine agréable avec une vue magnifique sur Saint Domingue. Tres bien situé avec parking privé. On a adoré et on reviendra !

Staff chantel front desk charge my client coming to meet me at hotel 2000 pesos 40dollars demanded it in cash no credit card .for misunderstanding of parking in wrong parking area aslo put a boot on his car until he pays the fine in cash .i still can't believe what happen.asli it not stew in rules. Or polices that your car will get booted if park in wrong spot.this totally discard for me as a paying customer and a client of hotel staying in there place of business.customers beware of this misabuse of power towards customers.its the principal in this matter

The visual asethetics and layout of the apartment.Nicely done. It felt safe and comfortable in a community you can walk in. Love the shower unit. Pool area was nice.

The A/c stopped working well the second night of stay but it still kept room somewhat cool at time. If i turn on lights with such A/c not working well i stated sweating alot. Odor of mold insome parts of apartment,i wasn't staying long ,so it did not bother me but it might bother others sensitive to it,plus if not fix can cause health issues. View was of the patios,windows and outside A/c units of the very close neighbouring apartments. The iron leaked immediately once water was poured in .

It's in a good place.

The apartment needed a deep clean; the furniture smelled musty. We had to call for cleaning as part of the service, and there were cockroaches that also had to be reported several times.

The aparta hotel was very comfortable and well-suited for a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and generally well maintained, and the overall experience was positive. The parking was very narrow to drive around. Apartment needs a little TLC. The apartment was generally comfortable, but the bedding definitely needs to be updated. The mattress was comfortable but, more linens were needed during the stay. Both replacement of the bedding and providing additional fresh linens would improve comfort. Updating the bedding would make the overall stay much more comfortable and improve the quality of the room.

Clean but has some opportunities on the wall paper and ceiling. Some water leak in the bathroom from an upper floor is visible.

I have known Brickell Apart Hotel for a long time and I keep coming back. The staff is friendly and if you need their help, they will try to assist you as quickly as possible. Brickell Apart Hotel is close to Bella Vista Mall, Downtown Center and the supermarket La Sirena is just a 5 minute walk. The apartments are clean.

El lobby y la ubicación

El trato del personal - la habitación estaba muy sucia - llena de pelos - el ambientador era asfixiante - los baños llenos de orines - y el colchón se hundía totalmente. Estuve menos de tres horas y me cambié a otro lugar, no quisieron hacer la devolución a pesar de la queja, la señorita de la recepción tuvo un trato terrible conmigo y mi acompañante.

The building look nice

The tall Reception darker skin girl at the front desk was extremely rude. She was not helpful. She forgot to give us our Wi-Fi code on our way to the hotel room. We had to walk all the way back down to get it. She seemed careless about our concerns. It was a very bad experience seeing that this person doesn’t smile this person was just completely rude to me and my guest.

Estacionamiento incomodo y incómodo, no donde me estacione como tal si no llegar a mi estacionamiento, debido a que las columnas de las entradas de las rampas del descenso y ascenso eran muy angostas (principalmente la del descenso)

The space was nice and clean and well equipped.

The couch and fabrics were already worn down from many uses, so that part did not feel clean. The shower is also a bit worn down. The quality of the fixtures is not very durable.

Algun personal mas o menos amable pero la mayoria de ellos carecen de educacion de atencion al cliente. Pero eso es general en el pais. Sin embargo eso hace que uno no desee volver.

I have stayed there a couple of times and I feel almost at home, it is comfortable and good value for the price you pay, it has parking and a pool on the rooftop

Quand on est arrivé le réceptionniste dormait et a pris du temps à se réveiller, la procédure d enregistrement a pris énormément de temps Le gardien était très désagréable, il nous a accompagné à notre chambre mais s’est trompé de chemin, ensuite il ne savait même pas comment déverrouiller la porte avec le système de sécurité. Pire expérience de ma vie j’ai eu l’impression que nous étions dans un motel heureusement que nous étions là que pour une nuit, car il y a avait beaucoup de trop de choses qui n allaient pas. À faire …

Nos encantó el hotel, tal cual las fotos, muy hermoso, el apartamento es amplio para dos personas, nos gustó muchísimo, todo muy limpio, ordenado. La piscina también muy linda, en el piso 12, tenía su baño propio, muy limpio y bonito.

No me gustó la atención de algunas recepcionistas, les pedimos toallas adicionales y nos dijeron que nos entregarían y luego volvimos y nos dijeron que se acabaron, pero al final no nos dieron ninguna adicional. Más allá de que nos dieran, no me gustó como nos lo dijo, fue mala su atencion.

De locatie was top. Appartement was heel mooi, schoon en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Veilig en supermarkt om de hoek. Je moet wel even aangeven wanneer je het appartement wil laten schoonmaken.

Wat ons een beetje tegen viel was het zwembad. Onderhoud was een beetje slecht. Planken los en bedjes oud. Er waren heel weinig bedjes en geen schaduw. Uitzicht is wel heel mooi. De buren hadden het geluid van de tv heel hard staan 2 avonden. Dat was wel vervelend.

Inconvenientes con la luz. Habían fallos , el internet no tenía servicio, no había alguna cobija adicional . Y que me advirtieron que si algo se dañaba perdería el depósito pero no tuvieron la organización para que todo estuviera funcionando al cien por ciento y evitar molestias en mi estadía

I had a price on booking for $60 for a night. I stayed there for two days. My flight got canceled I stayed for an extra day the charged me $112 for that extra day and they are advertising online for $60 . I called the front desk secretary he has no right answer to tell me

Ich war paarmal schon dort , und es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere Apartment . Ich habe bis jetzt immer 10 Punkt gegeben, aber diesmal nur 8, wegen die Verhalten um meine Deposit.

Es gab eine Diskussion wegen meine Deposit. Die Handtücher hatten Make Up flecken, was ganz normale sache ist bei frauen, bei check out wollten die mir 20 euro abziehen deswegen. Natürlich habe ich es nicht eingesehen, weil bei Waschen kommt diese fleck raus. Ich bin dann wieder hochgegangen mit Putzfrau und Security( man fühlte sich an als ein schwerverbrecher) dann vor deren augen habe ich das mit Hände rausgewaschen! Natürlich kam diese fleck raus! Ich habe mein Deposit zurückbekommen, aber trotzdem, man sollte vorher erst richtig nach schauen, ob das wirklich so ist, oder nicht! Die dame in Rezeption war nicht so freundlich bei diese Diskussion, die putzfrau und Security die waren sehr nett. Ich habe das Gefühl gehabt, dass sie so etwas Geld verdienen wollten. Schade, aber ich denke in zukunft komme ich nicht mehr hier, diese system mit diese starke Kontrolle habe noch nie erlebt! Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat immer alles gefallen, aber dieses mal war ich sehr enttäuscht!

Buena ubicación…. Cómodo y bien decorado.

El área de parqueo es pequeña… y le faltó un buen blackout a las ventanas de la habitación.

El área súper tranquila, nada de ruido. Céntrica cerca de todo! Apto adaptado, tenía todo lo que me hacía falta como secador de pelo, toallas, y tiene parqueo asignado en sótano que es otro plus, el área de la piscina magnífica, y una vista maravillosa, sin duda volvería.

El precio, entiendo que puede ser un poco más asequible, el tema del impuesto es lo que nunca voy a entender, si no cobrarán eso entiendo que el precio que colocan por la cantidad de noches es perfecto. La cama por igual, un poco incómoda, despertaba con dolor de cuello, se hundía mucho y tenías que estar en el mismo centro, sino te ibas para abajo con todo.

Die Schiebetüre zum Balkon ging nicht ganz zu, und kein Handwerker war vor Ort um das zu beheben! Man hätte nur eine Schraube fest anziehen müssen damit die Schiebetüre sich wieder schliesst! Wegen mosquito!

El apto era muy bonito, y la vista desde la azotea espectacular.

I love the location and the location to other places in the area. It’s not around a lot of craziness but it’s within a safe walking distance to enjoy the city and the people in the area.

Thai property was okay; but just okay. There were little things that arose that no one can seem to help with. My shower (9G) didn’t work and when I called for assistance they did something to make it work but it was temporary. The roof top was just a space and no services provided; it there was a list of things you can’t do; but no seemed to be around to help.

It has a good location and comfortable space.

We had a car and we were told that in the apartment was a control to open the gate but never found it, so we always have to stop in the lobby and inform security we were going out. Also, we had to throw the trash for a stay of two nights because cleaning was every three days upon request.
