Acho que a academia poderia ser um pouco mais completa com aparelhos de exercício funcional, porém seria apenas um detallhe isso.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026The staff were genuinely very kind, including the hotel manager. Everyone was always attentive and willing to help with whatever was needed.
The food, especially room service, was quite underwhelming in both quality and presentation. No matter how I ordered it, I never got a steak cooked to the doneness I requested. Breakfast was an exception, it was great! Another issue that really needs attention is the background music throughout the hotel. The same loud disco/techno-style music plays everywhere — hallways, pool area, restaurant, lobby — and it became overwhelming. It was honestly so suffocating at times that I preferred staying in my room all day or get out a sit somewhere else. I mentioned this a couple of times, but the staff told me it is the same across all hotels in the chain and they couldn't do anything.

Quando cheguei fui informado que o quarto da minha reserva não estava disponível, mesmo sendo 16:00 porque outro hóspede havia pedio late checkout. Me acomodaram em um quarto muito inferior colado no prédio ao lado. Após reclamar e depois de 45 minutos me colocaram no quarto correto.

Aesthetically pleasing on every floor, not just the rooms. Helpful, friendly and English speaking staff. I will keep coming every time I’m in town. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025A very good hotel. The hotel is new and you can see that in all the details. Big and confortable room, with lots of eletric plugs that include USB and USB-C plugs, The location is great, with several good restaurants around.
Upon arrival, they tried to charge my card for 1.000,00 USD more than the hotel rate.... as a deposit for consuption, they say.... Not only I think that it is not correct, they should have clearly stated that when I booked the hotel. Did not like that and because of that I will look for another hotel the next time.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2025The hotel is well located close to the mall with a lot restaurants around the area. Very Clean and beautiful atmosphere. It is a name of the well-established Marriott chain new. I like the ladies who take care of you at the front desk, there are very polite and customer oriented. I would recommend this hotel for business purposes. The breakfast was delicious with a lot verities of food and they change it everyday. The lobby is well decorate and the restaurant serving delicious foods.
The poor is gorgeous, but Do not accept people who are not staying at the hotel in the pool. You are paying for your privacy. They need to have an employee at the pool bar all the time to serve all guests when they needs services or when they needs any assistants. When I was there I never saw any employees when I was needed for a service, liked a drinks or a towel or if I have an accident at the pool., I think without having an employee all the time at the pool you are putting the guest at risk since the pool is located at the rooftop.
