AJIRA Resort Sahl Hasheesh

We stayed at Ajira for a holiday with my cousin and had a really lovely time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the guests. A special thank you to Gamal, Sameh and Hakmata from the restaurant team. Gamal always welcomed us with a smile, remembered our preferences, and even brought our tea and coffee without us having to ask. We especially enjoyed the burgers and margaritas. The front office team was also very helpful. As our flight was late at night, they kindly let us keep our room until 2 PM and safely kept our luggage afterwards. Our room was clean, modern and had a beautiful view. The only small downside was that the minibar was empty. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient, and the sea was beautiful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Ajira. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable

We had a wonderful stay at Ajiara Sahl Hasheesh and genuinely enjoyed our holiday. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, the surroundings are lovely, and the sea and pool areas were especially enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was very relaxing. What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. On one occasion, we found that the bedsheets in our room were not as clean as we expected. We reported this to the reception, and the matter was handled promptly. while we enjoyed many of the meals and appreciated the variety of food available, on a few occasions some items did not seem as fresh as we had expected. This was only a minor issue during our stay, but improving the freshness and quality consistency of the food would make the overall experience even better.

الاوتيل بعيد جدا عن المدينة ولا يتوافر وسيلة انتقال بسهولة لابد من وجود سيارة خاصة

Ontzettend onaardig personeel overal. Zeer Onprofessioneel en neit klantvriendelijk. Enkel eigen ego en geen enkel oog voor de klant. Daardoor voel je je totaal niet welkom en wordt je ontzettend slecht behandeld.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel manager, Mr. Mansour, was especially attentive and always did his best to make sure the guests were satisfied and happy. His care and professionalism really made a difference and contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, we truly appreciated the hospitality and the excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The food was excellent, and the location was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially Mr. Gamal, who was exceptionally kind and made my stay even more enjoyable. Besides, the room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a wonderful view. The overall atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were truly amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Il personale, dal primo all'ultimo tutti gentilissimi e super disponibili, un ringraziamento speciale al Boss, a Sameh a Hermat per quanto riguarda l'hotel.. grazie mille a Taha per la spiaggia e al mitico Hamada per la disponibilità :) . L'hotel è in una zona tranquilla, molto bello e sicuro, la piscina sempre pulita grazie al simpaticissimo bagnino e la cucina è buona :) non possiamo assolutamente lamentarci, anche il trasporto alla spiaggia privata è sempre presente e si attende al massimo qualche minuto, non di più. ringraziamo davvero tutto lo staff per queste due bellissime settimane di relax, grazie e... "tutto sotto controllo :D"

The staff were incredibly hospitable and ensured our stay was smooth. The pools were great, and the location was near the pier where there are restaurants and beach front. The spa was also very nice and affordable rates compared to other hotels. I would recommend this for couples/families looking to stay out of central hurghada for a peaceful yet enjoyable stay and a very good price.

The hotel doesn’t have a gym included in the price, but daily rates are very affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well-kept, and inviting, and most of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. I especially want to recognize Ahmad Hamza at reception. I truly cannot say enough about how helpful and professional he was. From the moment we arrived, throughout our stay, and even after we left the property, Ahmad was always informative, attentive, and genuinely concerned about making sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond to assist us and made sure all of our needs were met. His kindness and dedication really made a difference in our experience. I would also like to thank the beach staff, Raja, Alaa, and Hussine, for making our time at the beach so enjoyable and fun. They took great care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly attitudes and excellent service made our beach experience even more memorable. For the price, this hotel was an excellent value. We felt that we received great service, a clean and well-maintained property, and a very enjoyable overall experience for what we paid. The staff are fantastic. Their respectful attitude makes you love the place. All staff, from the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, and even security, are wonderful.

The only comments I have are related to the privacy of the bathroom units and the distance to the beach. The hotel's beach is not the one in front of it, as it appears on the map. They provide a transfer to the beach, but it is overloaded.

The place feels clean and cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, schöne Zimmer, gute Auswahl beim Essensbuffet, Shuttle-Service zum Strand, wo es schöne Stellen zum Schnorcheln gibt, aufmerksames freundliches Personal. Toll auch, dass es hier keine Animation gibt und dass viele Ägypter hier Urlaub machen.

Leider läuft immer Musik am Strand und auch beim Essen wird sie auf Nachfrage nur dann ausgestellt, wenn man hartnäckig danach fragt und keine anderen Gäste da sind.

My wife and I recently stayed at Ajira Resort Sahl Hasheesh, and we truly had such a wonderful experience. Our sea-view room was absolutely lovely, and waking up to that view was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The only small drawback for us was that the pool is relatively small, although the view from the pool is beautiful. The beach was perfect. The resort provides transportation to and from the beach, which made everything very convenient. The beach itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a lovely shore. We also enjoyed having lunch at the beach, which was another great experience. A special thank you to Alaa Nasser and Ahmed Bahaa for being so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Your kindness truly made a difference. كل حاجة كانت حلوة، انبسطنا جدا ومفيش اى حاجة ضايقتنا، الاوضة حلوة جدا وواسعة والview بتاعها بانوراما حلوة اوى بنشوف البحر من كذا ناحية، الأكل حلو وكل يوم فيه حاجة مختلفة، الشاطئ حلو ونظيف وفيه اسماك والپيسين نظيف جدا وله view حلو وأحلى حاجة تعامل الstaff كلهم بشوشين ومهتمين والروح حلوة جدا، وواخدين بالهم من كل التفاصيل وبيشتغلوا بإخلاص سواء في المطعم، الشيف خالد، ا سامح، حكمت، كل الشباب، وكذلك على الpiscine، وعلى الشاطئ، الhouse keeping، الreception, ا علاء، يحيى، يوسف، الإدارة، ومكتب الرحلات، وصاحبتي حصلها ظرف طارىء و اضطرت تمشى قبلها بيوم و كلهم اهتمو بيها و ساعدوها تمشى بسرعة وفضلوا يطمنوا عليها كل شوية، الCheck in وcheck out كان مريح جدا، حقيقي الكل واحد واحد بيحاولوا بيسهلولنا كل حاجة، انبسطنا جدا، حنروح تاني أكيد

Big rooms new hotel, staff was very helpful when I told them I lost something and helped me to search for it

It is not well maintained at all, ac was dripping water, sheets was not clean and I asked to change it, not convent for families as the pool was at the other side of the road and the beach was very far from the hotel, also they don’t serve food on the beach

Nous sommes venu avec mon copain pour une durée de 2 semaines, c’est un hôtel très calme et bien pour se reposer. La chambre été très bien agencé et grande. Le restaurant La Rocca était très bon ( ce n’était pas inclu)

Le personnel n’était pas toujours agréable, nous nous sentons parfois mal à l’aise et pas à notre place avec aucune formule de politesse de leur part à certain moments. Le ménage est fait tous les jours ce qui est très bien, mais cela pourrait s’améliorer: nous sommes resté deux semaines et l’aspirateur n’a pas été fait. Nous savions que l’hôtel était situé à sahl hasheesh et assez loin d’hurgada mais c’est un point à prendre en considération pour les déplacements. Le petit déjeuner qui été inclu dans notre réservation était très médiocre.

Our experience at Ajera Hotel Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada, was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering that we were travelling with our one-year-old infant. We arrived for check-in at around 5:30 PM, and the check-in process alone took approximately 30 minutes. After putting our luggage in the room, we discovered that the beach was quite far from the hotel. We had to drive for around 10 minutes to reach a public/shared beach. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the beach was closing at 7:00 PM, so we had to return to the hotel. When we got back, we found a baby cot outside our room and were informed by the bellman that our room door was locked and an engineer was required to open it. We waited for more than an hour, wearing our swimming clothes and with our one-year-old infant waiting outside the room. Our baby was extremely irritated and uncomfortable. At that point, I asked to speak to the manager, but he did not come to our room. I eventually went to the lobby myself to find him and expressed my frustration. Only then did they arrange another room for us while they worked on opening the original room and retrieving our luggage. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The air conditioning in the replacement room was not working properly. Maintenance had to come and work through the ceiling, clean the AC filters, and eventually apologise for the inconvenience. After finally getting our luggage sorted, we went downstairs for dinner. Sadly, the food quality was also disappointing. From the first night, I also experienced what felt like a bug or insect crawling on my stomach, which added further discomfort to an already frustrating experience. To be fair, the staff were very apologetic and repeatedly tried to compensate for the problems. However, the main issue was not the willingness to apologise; it was the clear lack of proper training, organisation, communication and basic hospitality standards.

Per arrivare alla spiaggia è disponibile un servizio navetta perché l' albergo si trova su una collina all' interno non distante ma non comoda da fare a piedi (3 minuti di macchina) Servizio sulla spiaggia organizzato bene con lettini e asciugamani forniti dall' albergo . Pranzo in spiaggia molto buono e staff molto disponibile

Manca un po' di accuratezza nei dettagli .. ad esempio i cuscini del divano in camera erano sporchi , porta che non si apriva bene perché serratura difettosa

Amazing hotel

I arrived early at 9 and there are no empty rooms, so I checked in at 11, How ever were in the first day but they allowed us to have the breakfast and this was a very nice from their side, they allowed us to take the breakfast to the room, there are bottles of water in the room, but ensure to order it early because it's not cold, I do not remember the name of the man how helped us to have breakfast in the first day I think Hazim or Mazen, I want to thank him very much and all staff, thank you Ask for egg omlit in the breakfast and thank me later

من أول لحظة وصولنا حفاوة كبيرة جدا فى الاستقبال والترحيب بشكل استثنائى فعلا. تميز فى كل حاجه من مستوى نظافة واهتمام واستجابة سريعه لأى مطالب بطريقة تجعلك فعلا مش عاوز تمشى وتسيب المكان. الأسرة كلها مبسوطة جدا وعازمين على الرجوع الصيف القادم. شكرا بجد جميع فريق العمل بدون استثناء وخصوصا كابتن حامد ومس حكمت وقبل الجميع قائد متميز للفريق مستر منصور. بجد جعلتم الأجازة ممتعه ، تحياتى وشكرى عاوز اكتب كومنت ايجابى للفندق وخصوصا مستر منصور مدير الفندق باللغه الانجليزيه

Very nice location for relax and also the manager there is very helpful and very nice guys. I like him so much and that stuff also is nice.

I don’t like the sea it’s very far and it’s not value at all and also the bad in the room is not comfortable at all and the air condition is full water all the time

يمكنك تعديل التقييم ليكون متوازنًا واحترافيًا بهذا الشكل: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 كانت إقامتنا في هذا الفندق أكثر من رائعة. قضينا أنا وزوجي 11 ليلة لقضاء شهر العسل، وكانت تجربة مميزة من البداية حتى النهاية. طاقم العمل كان ودودًا ومحترفًا جدًا، وكانوا يستقبلوننا كل صباح بابتسامة وترحيب جميل، ودائمًا حريصين على راحتنا. الغرف كانت نظيفة جدًا، وقامت الإدارة بتغيير الغرفة أكثر من مرة حتى نحصل على أفضل إطلالة ونستمتع بإقامتنا. كما ساعدونا في حجز سيارات الأجرة، وأرشدونا إلى أفضل المطاعم والأماكن في المدينة، وكانوا متعاونين وبشوشين في كل الأوقات. هذه ليست المرة الأولى التي نتعامل فيها مع الفندق، فقد سبق أن حجزنا لديهم مجموعات سياحية، وكما اعتدنا منهم، كانت الخدمة ممتازة والاهتمام بالنزلاء على أعلى مستوى. الشاطئ نظيف وجميل، ويوجد وسيلة نقل إلى الشاطئ عند الحاجة، وأسعار الفندق منافسة جدًا مقارنة بالخدمات التي يقدمها. أشكر جميع العاملين والإدارة على حسن الضيافة، وسنعود بالتأكيد مرة أخرى. أوصي بهذا الفندق بكل ثقة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة، سواء للأزواج أو للعائلات. ⭐️❤️

الملاحظة الوحيدة التي أتمنى تحسينها هي أن رائحة الدخان كانت واضحة أحيانًا في منطقة الاستقبال، ويبدو أن مصدرها غرفة خلف الريسبشن أو تدخين بعض الموظفين. كذلك كانت رائحة السجائر تظهر أحيانًا في الدرج عندما يدخن بعض موظفي الصيانة أو النظافة. أعتقد أن منع التدخين في هذه المناطق سيعطي الفندق انطباعًا أكثر احترافية ويرفع مستوى تجربة الضيوف.

This was my third stay here, and I can honestly say that it has become my go-to destination whenever I’m planning a vacation. What keeps bringing me back is not only the place itself, but the people. The staff are always welcoming, cheerful, and genuinely friendly. Over the course of my visits, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know many of them, and that familiarity has made each stay feel increasingly personal and comfortable. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed at reception for his warm welcome and assistance during the morning shift, and to Shady, the night manager, for always being helpful and accommodating. I was also hoping to see Hekmat during this visit, but unfortunately, she was on vacation when I arrived. I genuinely missed seeing her and hope to meet her again on my next visit. A special thank-you as well to the chef for her kindness, care, and support toward me and my family. It’s these personal touches and the genuine hospitality of the staff that make the experience so enjoyable and keep me coming back. I’m already planning my next visit later this year. After three stays, this place no longer feels like somewhere I simply visit for a vacation, it feels familiar, comfortable, and welcoming, almost like a second home. Looking forward to seeing everyone again on my next stay.

it was a perfect stay

Belle piscine très calme avec belle vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très agréable. Le patron a bien voulu nous remplacer le repas du soir par celui du midi car nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit. Merci ! Le chef du restaurant est très sympathique

*The amazing staff and truly friendly smiles from everyone of them. Their persistence to make sure you're happy and satisfied all the time I personally want to highlight both "Chef Khaled" And "Miss Hekmat" in the Buffet and restaurant section who both became the highlight of our dinners everyday. We enjoyed really friendly conversations and laughs with them that it became our routine to look forward to and making us sad if we miss any dinner with them. Mr. Sameh as well who was always making sure we were satisfied with our meals and always there to offer greetings and help. *The restaurant section is good .. with variety of options and friendly staff who are always there to help with a sincere smile and personal experience and conversations. The beach itself has amazing clear water. But foam or rubber sandals are a must sure to the nature of the seabed of the Red Sea. that's mostly rocky instead of Sandy. *Be sure to fill your days with activities happening whether in Sahl Hasheesh or Hurghada. I advice to check booking activities or local agencies instead of the booth at the hotel for better pricing.

The location of the resort inside "Azzurre" compound, I wish it was closer to the beach. The resort management are solving this with the continuous presence of shuttle/car transfer from and to the beach nearby. But it became an extra step that we need to think about everytime before deciding to go to or from the beach.
