Luxury Seafront Pool Villa - 3 Stories & Roof floor - All Master Bedrooms

The place is huge, clean and each room is a master bedroom for privacy. The location is amazing; first row overlooking a beautiful beach. The host is extremely decent and prepared us a lovely breakfast. It is perfect for a group of friends or family to stay together but still maintain a level of privacy.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The host was a great communicator and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more stunning in person than in the photos. The private pool, the sea breeze, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. Everything we needed was provided, and any small question was answered within minutes. Hurghada's beaches and restaurants were just a short drive away, yet the villa felt like our own private paradise. We'll definitely be back!9

The villa was excellent, with beautiful surroundings and great facilities. The butler, Mr. Mohammed, was very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay. The swimming pool and the beach were both beautiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this villa to others.

The only downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes around the villa. It would be great if the management could spray mosquito repellent regularly in the rooms and around the garden to help reduce the mosquito problem and make guests’ stay even more comfortable.

Lage ist Top

Dinge teilweise defekt, schmutzig und alt. Lift ging teilweise nicht und war am Schluss ganz defekt. Geschirrspüler stand unter Strom! Tor zum Pool war defekt (mit kleinem Kind sehr mühsam und gefährlich), Zugang zu Steg war jedesmal Mühsam, und Zutritt von Security verweigert wurde (warum auch immer?). Vermieter ist Abzocker! Wollte und Mehrkosten verlangen um weitere Zimmer zu öffnen, obwohl wir ganze Villa gebucht hatten! Am Schluss 250 Euro von Depot (400) zurückbehalten weil angeblich Badetücher und Bettlaken gefehlt haben (?????) und davon 100 Euro für (End)Reinigung welche bereits im Preis erhalten war! Angeblich weil Badetücher und Laken (zu schmutzig) waren und am Schluss auf dem Boden lagen (was man in vielen Hotels so macht). Vorhang sei angeblich beschädigt worden. Er war nur ausgehängt! Dies weil der Endstopper fehlte bevor wir eingecheckt haben! Ohne Leiter etwas schwierig selber wieder einzuhängen und auch nicht unsere Schuld! Passt auf, lasst euch nicht ausnehmen!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and really enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. The villa is beautifully designed, with luxurious rooms and a very elegant overall style. It is also very well equipped, and we found everything we needed during our stay. The garden area is lovely and well designed, and the whole villa offers a great sense of privacy, comfort, and relaxation. There are also useful places nearby such as Spinneys Hypermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy, which made the stay even more convenient. A special thanks to Mr. Bassim for being available and helpful throughout our stay, and also to Mohamed, the villa guard, for assisting us with the barbecue and anything we needed.

the beach is rocky, so beach slippers are recommended, although there is a sandy beach only a few minutes away. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful, but not heated, so warmer seasons may be more suitable if you prefer warm water. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, especially for large families or groups looking for privacy, beautiful views, and a relaxing stay.

Villa je umiestnená v tichej lokalite Sahl Hasheesh. Má priamy prístup k moru. Ideálne šnorchlovanie je vzdialené od ubytovania cca 150m z móla, ktoré je v inom súkromnom vlastníctve, ale prístup naň nám bol umožnený. Vybavenie villy bolo vynikajúce, k dispozícii 2 veľké kuchyne a veľa 2posteľových izieb na troch poschodiach. Prístup k nim je výťahom. Mali sme v cene veľmi chutné raňajky vo forme švédskych stolov, ktoré nám po dohode správca p. Bassem pripravil každé ráno. Komunikácia s ním bola bezproblémová, bol veľmi ochotný a milý. Bazén a záhrada boli čistené a upravované každé ráno. Celkovo sa nám veľmi páčilo a radi by sme sa opäť niekedy vrátili.

Wir hatten 5 tage familien Urlaub mit 13 personen in dieser villa. Die unterkunft ist schon etwas älter aber es war überall sauber als wir ankamen. Perfekte lage direkt am meer mit tollem riff zum schnorcheln. An unserem ersten tag hatten wir probleme den steg zu benützen, dies war nicht erlaubt aber wir haben dann sofort dyaa nassar bescheid gegeben und er hatte das für uns geregelt, verlief dann auch ohne weitere probleme. Unser gärtner war der beste, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas brauchten. Die zimmer waren geräumig und die betten waren sehr angenehm. Die aussicht von der villa aufs meer war ein traum und auch die garten anlage war sehr gut gepflegt.

The villa was absolutely amazing, we were a group of 9 family & friends. Outside area was lovely & the pool is a great size, the garden & pool are maintained every day by Muhammad & nothing is too much trouble for him. He asked us daily if we required any groceries, he decorated the villa for my birthday & even purchased me a cake ☺️ He cooked twice for us (although would have done it more often, had we let him) Lovely man & is worth his weight I'm gold! He will go above & beyond if it helps you in any way you want as he just wants to make your holiday happy & memorable ☺️ Diaa, the host is also very helpful, especially with any excursions you want to book. I would highly recommend this villa & would not hesitate to return.

Although this villa has almost everything you could want, a dishwasher would be most helpful. Especially, if you are used to having one at home 🤣

Excellent stay — the villa exceeded our expectations! Special thanks to Assistant Diaa, who was always ready to help and even assisted in arranging trips. The owner was very kind and personally resolved a misunderstanding with the property manager regarding their room policy (1 room per 2 adults and a child). Despite this, the villa remained fully private. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect Villa spacious, luxurious, perfectly equipped with almost everything, we had excellent and joyfull stay. Mr /DIYA was cooperative and helpful he made our stay more enjoyable. I definitely will come back again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location, view, facilities, and spacious rooms were all fantastic. A special thank you to Bassem for being a perfect host – he was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable!

The view from balconies, spacious interiors

A lot of maintenance upkeep needs to be done on this property. Many of the amenities listed are either not in the property or needs immediate attention as they are not working or are in very bad shape and needs to be replaced or fixed ASAP. One of our guests cut their feet on the edge of the pool, almost requiring stitches, another guest cut their ankle on a broken tile inside their shower. Almost all the showers do not drain properly so when you take a shower you are standing in ankle high water. Toilet seats in 2 of the bathrooms are broken and not secure. When we first checked in Diaa greeted us and quickly showed us around pointing out things that were broken which if he knew he should have fixed it before we arrived. The big storage fridge in the upstairs kitchen was one of the items he knew was broken but he said the other one was working in there and to just use that one. Unfortunately that was not the case as the doors on that fridge kept popping open and was not keeping the food cool and had to call Diaa that night we checked in to get a technician over to fix it. The technician was able to fix the bigger storage fridge that was initially broken in under an hour (but all week the freezer section wasn’t cold enough to make ice) and the one Diaa said to store food was out of service the whole week and we ended up having to throw food out that had spoiled in the trash. The main TV in living area was difficult to work and ended up having to call Diaa the next day to help resolve and his response once he got it up and running was just to keep it on for the duration and not to turn it off. The main entry door was hard to gain access into the property as every time we put passcode in it never opened. The signal of the WIFi does not reach the door but turned out just the batteries needed to be replaced. Again many of these issues falls on the property management not sufficiently maintaining maintenance or repairing items

A spacious villa with a private beach, swimming pool and a host of amenities is perfect for a family vacation or a large group vacation.

It's a place you can really call home, every corner is designed for your convenience. Rooms are very comfy with each room has a private bathroom, swimming pool is clean and spacious, kitchens are well equipped with everything you need from plates, cups, utensils, fraying pans, etc.. Everything, tool or device you would expect in your home is there, whatever your taste is you will find it here, engoying a quite beach, water activities, swimming, even staying within the comfort of your room with AC on and enjoying the ocean view. The whole villa is equipped with AC even the lobby not only the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay there and for sure it will not be our last

The ocean is rocky make sure you bring appropriate footwear Not much variety of restaurant and food, if you have a car it's not an issue as you can go anywhere in Hurghada.

The location is amazing and snorkeling close to the property is priceless. Mr Bassem Nassar made our trip easy and communicated well before the trip and addressed all issues immediately when we had questions.you may rent need to rent a car or you can walk at least 15 minutes I believe to reach the beach.

we loved the space, private beach and pool were amazing. A reef for snorkelling only a few minutes walk with a lovely late afternoon sun trap and amazing fish. All the bedrooms and very comfortable beds and all en-suite. Our host Dyaa could not be more helpful. taking us to the supermarket and sorting trips and transport out at better prices than offered to the tourists. the garden area was also sheltered and very private. A perfect location for a family celebration of my special birthday.

Almost nothing

The villa is very nice and clean with spacious places, fantastic decoration, many areas for sitting and dining, bed rooms are of good sizes with comfortable beds and facilities, and each one has its own bathroom. 2 Kitchens both are very well equipped. jacuzzi and swimming pool are fantastic with nice garden and many swings and barbecue area. The view of the sea is amazing, the place is quite and relaxing, very good for families. Bassem, one of the team responsible for the villa, was very cooperative and helpful and decent as he was available to contact him anytime if we had any concerns or queries and he was trying his best to make our stay as good and comfortable and happy as possible, Thanks Bassem.

Wi-Fi was not strong enough all the time. The beach in front of the villa is not Suitable to use so we had to go to another area to use the beach. We needed to rent a car as nearest area with facilities as supermarket and pharmacy and restaurants … etc, not easy to reach by walking but around 5 minutes by car.

Amazing spot, very private, suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Private pool, lovely coral beach at your door step, sandy beach a short walk. We had a lovely relaxed time away. Definitely recommend.

Rooms were very clean and luxurious the private pool was clean and cozy kitchen was very well-equipped generally we found everything we needed ready for us and special thanks to Mr/ Diaa the property manager as he managed to make our staying very comfy and made sure we enjoyed it all and always was there to meet our needs
