Não indicaria para ninguém, o atendimento da recepção muito ruim, a cara do hotel é a recepção e nesse caso esse hotel não está muito preocupado. O funcionário que fica durante o dia, que nem sei o nome, porque sempre com descaso, nunca tenta ajudar. Pedimos ajuda e nos mandou para um lugar errado. No outro dia ele ficou bravo porque pedimos para abrir a porta da recepção e não sabíamos que tinha que digitar a senha na porta ao lado de fora para entrar, mesmo que durante o dia. Ele sentado não gostou. O café da manhã não é abastecido, se acabou fica sem, além de não ter quase pão salgado para comer, umas fatias de pão de forma e um pãozinho bem pequeno e duro. Ficamos 5 noites e todos os dias a mesma coisa. Faltava sempre algo, como água e leite, sempre tinha que pedir para repor. O secador se ficar ligado 1 minuto direto é muito, ele trava. Os travesseiros bem baixos, se gosta de alto esquece, porque não tem . Não fiquem no andar do café da manhã, porque o barulho de pratos e copos começam bem cedo. Além da obra na rua que parece que esta dentro do quarto. Fizemos o checkout e a moça da recepção que fica de manhã, nenhum comentário se gostamos da hospedagem. Bem estranho esse hotel.

The shower in the bathroom has glass window towards the bed. No privacy whatsoever when taking the shower. You feel like you are on the stage. Don't turn on the lights in the night if you need a bathroom, because the light will go straight to the eyes of your partner. Ventilation inside is very poor. We didn't like it at all and it's the first time in my life to see something like this. Please, do something!!! Put at least some tinted glass instead. This us ridiculus. This is the reason for a minus 1 star.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Breakfast was simple, but filling and tasty. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located right next to the train station and very close to the historic city center. It doesn't have parking, but we arrived by train without luggage, so that was fine for us. The building is old, but well-maintained.
Our room was on the top floor. It was equipped with air conditioning, so that wasn't an issue. Just to nitpick, I'd say it would have been noisy if we had left the window open.

Al llegar nos cobraron un elevado impuesto municipal del cual no teníamos conocimiento previo.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice. The location is close to the train station and all the places to visit in the historic center.

Soggiorno deludente: muffa, scarsa attenzione e poca professionalità - Camera e pulizia La stanza si presentava nel complesso poco curata e non adeguatamente pulita. Il problema più grave è stata la presenza di muffa, una criticità igienica inaccettabile che la struttura dovrebbe sanare con la massima urgenza. Tra la biancheria in dotazione ho trovato persino un asciugamano sporco. - Bagno e dotazioni Gli spazi del bagno sono risultati molto angusti. Mancanza totale di appoggi: non c'erano né mensole né bicchieri dove poter sistemare i propri effetti personali. Il phon in dotazione si è surriscaldato quasi subito, spegnendosi del tutto e diventando inutilizzabile. - Staff e gestione Quando ho fatto presente il problema dell'asciugamano sporco, il direttore non si è scusato. Ha preferito farmi vedere il ripostiglio con gli asciugamani impilati, scaricando ogni responsabilità sulla lavanderia o sul trasporto. Un atteggiamento che ho trovato poco professionale. - Colazione L'offerta mattutina era poco variegata.

Nao ha elevador, as escadas podem ser cansativas após andar o dia todo e/ou subir com malas. Além disso o quarto tinha uma janela de vidro bem na área do box de banho pra cama. Achei inconveniente. Se estiver dividindo o quarto com alguém q nao seja seu companheiro (a) pode ser algo chato

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Me encantó la ubicación del alojamiento, muy céntrico. Puedes llegar caminando a los destinos más turísticos. Muy cerca de la estación de tren, se encuentra a solo unas cuadras lo cual es muy práctico. Cerca de tiendas de conveniencia y farmacias. Muy tranquilo.
La habitación tenía un ligero olor a drenaje, sin embargo considero que es tolerable tomando en cuenta que son edificios antiguos y realmente no afecta la estancia. Me hubiera gustado que el desayuno fuera más variado, consiste predominantemente en postres dulces o pan, están deliciosos pero como desayuno resulta muy pesado. Fuera de esas observaciones, considero que mi estancia fue muy agradable y el personal muy atento. Sí recomendaría la estancia.

It was also a short walk to the train which was helpful as we made a couple of day trips to Pisa and Sienna. Loved being in a historic building also.
The only thing that was a challenge was carrying luggage up the stairs, and the climb at the end of a long site-seeing day.

La camera era rumorosa, dava sulla strada principale dove stanno facendo dei lavori e si sente tutto. Non c'è l'ascensore e l'hotel ha 4 piani, se si hanno bagagli pesanti può essere un problema.

No elevator and having to carry 3 big suitcases up two flights of stairs. No smart TV and lack of shelving and limited storage for three people. Room big enough for 2 people but not two adults and a teenager.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Had a lovely stay at Hotel Lombardia. My room was at the top of the building so a lot of stairs but a lovely room once in. Aircon worked perfectly, bed was comfy and room was very clean. This is my second time staying here and hopefully will be back again in the future.
Breakfast is limited but good options. There are a lot of stairs so request a room lower down if that would be an issue. It is a little noisy from the corridors but I had to be up fairly early and to bed later so wasn't too bothered by this.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Top Lage beim Hauptbahnhof, Fenster sehr gut isoliert und daher trotzdem ruhig (sofern die Klimaanlage läuft und man das Fenster zulassen kann....). Badzimmer grosszügig, hat alles funktioniert, auch der Duschabfluss :-)
Kein Lift! Zimmer im 3. Stock gehabt, sehr mühsam für ältere Leute. Frühstück erst ab 8h und damit zu spät für geschäftliche Reisen. Die erste Nacht lief die Klimaanlage nicht, daher unerträglich heiss (oder Fenster auf und unerträglicher Lärm). Immerhin war die Klimaanlage dann für die zweite Nacht repariert.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Not much! We were given economy room but paid for superior. We complained and our room was changed to the correct room. No bar to have a drink. USB connection didn’t work. Electric sockets need upgrading with USB for iPhones
No lift for 2 x large luggage Small entrance and reception with dirty strip of carpet on stairs.

エレベーターが無い… 部屋が4F。チェックイン時にはスタッフの方が運んでくれましたが、チェックアウト時は自力で降ろしました。

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Fijne locatie en behulpzaam personeel! Vanaf de luchthaven binnen 25 minuten op de bestemming en midden in het centrum. Koffers konden na uitchecken zolang als wij wilden bij het hotel achterblijven.
De kamer was gelegen op de 3e verdieping. Met zware koffers was dit een uitdaging

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The location was superb! just like expected Good staff, very helpful with check in and travel help and suggestions, airport cabs etc...
The room was small and had a fowl smell in it , when we raised the concern there was no solution offered. Building has no Lift , No lobby, Very compact and small Fortunately, we had the 1st floor, or else was very tough to drag your bags by staircase, wonder how others manage up to 4 floors. Breakfast was very basic

This property needs truth in advertising. the online photos look great, the rooms appear fresh and renovated. The reality, which I have photos of, was heavily scratched flooring, lose and ill fitting bedsheets, mold in the shower, stains on the curtains, on check in there were no towels and only two glasses, the hot pot did not work, the wall outlet was loose, so the clerk came up, jiggled the connection to get it to work! Shower wall pictured below. Disgusting. Also the front desk clerks seemed completely uncaring. they watched several old people struggle up the stairs with huge suitcases and not once asked to help. There is NO elevator.
