Ubicación muy funcional con centro histórico y articular con Firenze SMN.

Edificio antiguo, muy bien mantenido, pero muy pocos enchufes y ubicaciones incómodas (ej no en velador)

Nice little family run hotel with a great location. Staff was super friendly & has all you would need. Breakfast was good, small selection but anything you could need. 10min walk to the Duomo, so can definitely recommend!

No complaints, not very soundproof but as the hotel is in a nice lovely old house that’s understandable & no issue here :)

Location is awesome. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. There tons of shops and restaurants downstairs. Rooms are simple but clean and convenient. You would have all the basic things you need during your stay.

I wish we could use the elevator.

Hervorragende zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück hervorragende Auswahl, Zusatzwünsche können erfüllt werden. Schön wäre Kaffee aus einem Siebträger, aber wir wissen, dass wir hier verwöhnt sind (früher Geschäftsführer einer Kaffeerösterei!), Zimmerservice ebenfalls hervorragend, immer frei verfügbares und kostenloses Wasser im Kühlschrank. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and intimate hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from Florence’s historic landmarks. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The breakfast was also delicious and a lovely way to start the day. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality, kindness, and for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking to discover Florence. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The staff were amazing! Friendly and helpful and always had a smile. Hotel is quirky but loved that too with the books and antiques/trinkets around. Nice breakfast and the location couldn’t be better for the old centre of Florence and the train station

La habitación tenía todo lo que necesitabas, frigobar, aire acondicionado que realmente enfriaba con plena ola de calor, pava eléctrica, café, aguas de cortesía todos los días. Además un espacio común para esperar o descansar antes del check in/out. La atención de cada una de las personas que están en los distintos horarios fue muy amable, especialmente Edi durante la noche, fue muy humana y se preocupó por cómo me sentía y Alex que se ocupó de poder calentar mi arroz. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum en heeft een goed bed en heeft airconditioning…. Wat zeer prettig is in de warmte van de stad. De parkeergarage is 5 min. Lopen (volgens mij zetten ze de auto wel ergens anders als je langer dan een dag blijft)

Amamos o hotel, muito bem localizado perto de TUDO, com muitos restaurantes e lojas perto. Era possível passar no hotel deixar compras enquanto andávamos pela cidade. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Recomendamos muito esse hotel e ficaríamos de novo. Cama boa e espaçosa, dormimos o casal e nossa bebê se 7 meses tranquilo. Mesmo que o hotel está localizado no centro não nos incomodou nenhum pouco barulho da rua nem nada.

Senti falta de janela no banheiro.

Elevator was oos. I was able to send my bags up using the elevator so in realty a minor inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nizza in Florence! The location is excellent—very central and within easy walking distance of the train station and many of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel had a charming Italian atmosphere that made our stay feel special. Overall, Hotel Nizza offers great value, a convenient location, and warm hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Nizza is very centrally located in where three main touristic neighborhoods (Santa Maria Novella, San Lorenzo/San Marco, and The Duomo/city center) meet. It's a well-managed, clean, and cozy hotel run by very friendly helpful staff.

Central location of this hotel means that you will experience street noise late at night and into early morning when bars close and jolly, sufficiently inebriated folks are heading to their beds while still discussing their adventures of the night LOUDLY with their companions. So...come prepared.

The room size is good, and the staff arranged quiet room as I requested. The staff are all friendly and give detailed information, very helpful.

The lift is hot and slow due to hot weather, the air pump for the lift is very slow, but it’s acceptable. The staff said it is much better during cooler weather.

Nice clean hotel in center of Florence

A bit loud in the night but okay to sleep.

I liked everything, from the little things they did to show professionalism, e. g. folding the end of the toilet paper, to the expected, but, in other places, usually forgotten or skipped things, e. g. cleaning the room every day with replenishing the towels.

Great hotel, 5 minutes from the train station and walking distance to the center, Uffizi and all the other touristy spots. Beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The air conditioner in the room worked SO efficiently which was a bliss as we visited during a heatwave. All the members of the staff that we had a pleasure to meet were lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Florence.

It did not bother us but there are a few sets of stairs to get to the reception. If you travel with very heavy luggage, keep that in mind.

Las ventanas son antiguas y al estar tan céntrico, se oye mucho el ruido de la calle. El toallero estaba roto. No se puede usar el ascensor.

De ligging tov het centrum, de omgeving en hoeveel winkels en restaurants er zijn. Het beddengoed was heerlijk en hotel is mooi ingericht. En dicht bij het treinstation. Giotto Pizzeria Firenze is ook een aanrader.

Badkamer was iets aan de kleine kant.

Hotel sencillo, con baño reformado y habitación muy amplia con cama cómoda. Desayuno incluido bastante bueno. El personal muy amable que se esmera en ayudarte.

Intentar no coger habitación que de a la calle, por el ruido. No tiene cortinas opacas que mantengan la habitación a oscuras.

Il a énormément de caractère et ce petit charme florentin très appréciable. Propreté & Confort : La chambre était impeccable, propre et sentait très bon. Elle est équipée de toutes les nécessités classiques que l'on attend d'un hôtel. Accueil : Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, chaleureux et sympathique !

Le petit point à améliorer : La douche est un peu exigüe et étroite.

The staff was the most friendly that I encountered on my trip to Europe. It's about a five to seven minute walk from the train station.

Everything. Build from the 1700s, great staff, great breakfast, great room, free water bottles in the cooler which was amazing during Europe heat wave. Been in Europe for over a week and in 5 hotels total. Def best breakfast.

Because the building is old there are no elevators, so you have to carry luggage yourself. Literally only thing though this hotel is amazing.

The room was dark, cool, and comfortable. Some of the best sleep I have ever had. The location is very convenient to the SMN train station but also a short walk to the duomo and major sites. Excellent breakfast.

The local neighborhood isn’t exactly the most charming, but the convenience more than makes up for it.

Helpful staff, convenient location, good AC, nice to have fridge, nice touch to give water bottles and prosecco.

The bathroom was extremely small, which make it uncomfortable for two travelers to share. Adding a mirror or vanity area in the main would be helpful /recommended.

O hotel é MUITO próximo ao centro de Florença. Você poderá chegar a diversos lugares andando. A equipe foi educada, guardou nossas malas durante todo o dia e eles ainda oferecem água de cortesia no quarto.

Para mim não é um problema, mas o hotel não tem elevador. É preciso ficar atento se tiver malas grandes.

Friendly staff and breakfast was better than most places we stayed for the rest of our trip in Italy. They offered bacon and eggs every morning, plenty of pastries and meat, yogurt & juices were very good. Excellent location right around the corner from the piazza and close a 6 min walk to the train station.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. We stayed 4 nights and after the 1st couple nights we started using our airplane pillows to offer some comfort.

Eu e minha esposa temos quase 80 anos e tivemos dificuldade para chegar à recepção e para sair com as malas. NINGUÉM ofereceu ajuda.

一家小而美的酒店，体验感非常棒，中国人可以放心冲！位置离火车站很近，也方便步行到各个景点，周边环境比预期安全很多，我们每天逛到天黑才回去，路上还有不少游客。前台和员工亲切友好，服务周到，可以在入住前和退房后寄存行李。房间是古朴简约的风格，舒适、干净，有小冰箱可供使用。必须夸夸酒店的加厚隔音窗户，虽然我们分到的是临街的房间，但关窗后非常安静，完全没有影响到休息，另外卫生间也有一扇大窗户，方便通风排湿。早餐也很值这个价位，主食有面包、火腿、鸡蛋等等，还有各类咖啡、牛奶、酸奶、果汁和水果可选。
