Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Location is very good, the wiev os beautiful from the balcony. Beach is only one step from the door. Many restaurants are close to the hotel. All staff are very kind and helpful and flexible They provide beach towel.
Not easy to park.by car near the hotel, bur stuff kindly helpful to find a parkinglot nearby. Maybe need a bit more wardrobe for clothes

Curățenia pe plașă mai trebuie îmbunătațită, dar nu ține de hotel ci de terase și taverne!!!

Če si prispel z avtom, je težko najti parkirni prostor. Enkrat, sva morala parkirati tudi slab kilometer od hotela. Pri hotelu je prostora za 6 avtomobilov. Če imaš srečo dobiš prostor ali parkiraš blizu na ulici. V visoki sezoni je to kar manjši problem. Balkon je majhen, pa kljub temu bi bila lahko višja manjša mizica. Imela sva nizko mizico za plažo.

Es war nah am Meer, aber für den Preis war die Dusche kaputt. Die Putzfrauen kamen unangekündigt ins Zimmer, und man hört alles durch die Wände. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Hotel was very clean, modern and new. The location is excellent, 20-30 meters to the beach, parking easy to find, even at front of the hotel.
The bed was too soft, and the one side was drop down, because it was extendable and the mechanism was broken, maybe it was like that only in room 105, but anyway it was acceptable for me, and i had good sleep on it.

The bathroom does not look like the pictures at all, they say they are having renovations and put up pictures of a bathroom that does not correspond to reality (maybe some other rooms in the hotel look like this, but not mine). My room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days, so I always had to ask for new towels and the bathroom floor was always wet since there is no curtain in the shower and there is a very small area to shower in. Some other staff was not very kind

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the sea, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a busy workday. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

Ικανοποιητικά. Το ένα από τα δύο αιτήματα μου για μια ώρα νωρίτερα check in, έγινε δεκτό, κάτι πολύ σημαντικό για μένα,καθώς η μέρα ήταν αρκετά ζεστή και φτάσαμε με την καρδιοπαθη,ηλικιωμένη μητέρα μου.
Ειμασταν δύο γυναίκες, είχα ζητήσει ένα δίκλινο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Δεν μου απαντήθηκε καν το αίτημα μου. Τίποτε άλλο.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber sehr sauber und das Bad sehr schön gefliest! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten und am darauffolgenden Tag um 6 Uhr zum Flughafen fahren mussten, hat uns der Rezeptionist ein Taxi organisiert, dass pünktlich um 5.20 Uhr vor dem Hotel erschien. Gefallen hatte uns auch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Strandpromenade mit den verschiedenen Tavernen und Restaurants mit Blick auf das Meer!
Leider war der erste Eindruck vom Hotel dadurch getrübt, dass der Eingangsbereich einer "Baustelle" glich. Offensichtlich fanden Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Vor dem Hotel, im Eingangsbereich ( Foyer/Rezeption) und in den oberen Etagen, ab 3. Stock, waren ausrangierte Möbel, Stühle, Wandverkleidungen etc. abgestellt. Der Preis von 61 Euro war für eine Übernachtung noch akzeptabel.

Reviewed May 21, 2026A hotelt a reptérről foglaltam le, tehát érkezésünk előtt alig pár órával. A szobát eredetileg 14 órától lehetett volna elfoglalni, mi 12-re érkeztünk. Nagyon kedvesen fogadott bennünket a fiatalember és mondta, hogy még nincs kész a szoba, majd egy negyedórás várakozást követően már át is vehettük. A szoba és a fürdőszoba is nagyon modern, tiszta, kényelmes volt. Maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk. A hotel pár méterre található a homokos parttól, ahol sekély a víz, ideális családok számára. A strandon végig éttermek találhatók, akár a nyugágyhoz is lehet rendelni. Az árak és a vendéglátók is barátságosak. A hotellel szemben van egy kölcsönző, ahol kisgyermekeknek elektromos autót lehet kölcsönözni, fél óra 7 euro és az úriember nagyon kedves, mindig meglepte a fiamat valami ajándékkal is az autókázást követően. Tömegközlekedés: Úgy tudsz eljutni, hogy a terminál előtt felszállsz a 79-es buszra, azzal elmész az IKEA-ig, ott pedig felülsz a 72-es buszra, pár méterre a Hoteltől tesz le. Éttermek, boltok, üzletek, ajándéktárgyasok mind-mind nagyon közel. Igazi nyaralóhely. Mi biztos, hogy még visszatérünk. Minden olyan volt, amilyennek elképzeltük. Köszönjük szépen!

Ich kann nur von mein ; Zimmer;; sprechen!! Das Bad eine reine Katastrophe Klo wackelt dusche verrostet Wasser lief in Waschbecken langsam ab es roch komisch über TV hänge Kabel los!! Blick Stat Meer gegen über eine Mauer siehe Bilder!!!

Reviewed May 1, 2026Расположение отеля в близи к набережной. Рядом кафе, рестораны и прикольный магазин бижутерии. Сам номер чистый, персонал приветливый. Ресепшн проходит реновацию - будет очень симпатично. Местные продукты и кухня очень вкусные.
Я не разобралась, почему слив в бачке унитаза не работал. И мне не хватало шторки для душа. Вода брызгала за пределы поддона. Брызги нечем было предотвратить и её нечем было убрать. Но это абсолютные мелочи, которые не испортили пребывание.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Avra and would highly recommend it. The location is truly one of the best in Perea – everything is close by, and the beach is just a short walk away. There is also free parking available around the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference in our overall experience. The hotel is currently in the final phase of renovation, and you can already see how much care has been put into it. We are confident that once everything is fully completed, it will be even more beautiful and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay – we will definitely come back!
