La proximité avec la plage et les restaurants. Surtout le petit-déjeuner !

Pas de vrai restaurant mais un snack bar plutôt pauvre. « Rooftop » infréquentable tant la chaleur est intense (aucune climatisation). Absence d’un parasol sur le balcon (on y cuit). Pas de bar sauf au rooftop, donc pas de bar. Et puis la vue sur les poubelles depuis le balcon, pas cool.

The room was very big and spacious, the staff very nice & helpful. My room wasn't ready on time and they immediately apologized, fixed the issue and offered a complimentary drink while I was waiting. The location is within a short walk from the beach and restaurants yet quiet enough.

The rooftop bar has a lovely view. You can see planes landing and enjoy a glass of wine whilst looking over at the beach.

We ideally needed two double beds but it wasn’t possible. Despite that, the pull out sofa bed was very comfortable for a night.

A new hotel, conveniently located, quiet, but the sea is a 3‑minute walk away; modern renovation; the staff are very kind and professional. I'm thrilled. Breakfast 5+, clean. There are beach towls... Everything is fine.

The cleanliness and overall conditions were exceptional and the breakfast was truly excellent - rare to find such a good breakfast at a hotel in Greece! The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay. Congratulations to the entire team for making and keeping such a beautiful and enjoyable place to stay and special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. From my point of view, the hotel is very well located and truly deserves its rating. It is close to the beach (150-200 m), where sunbeds are free of charge as long as you order from the local bar, and it is also situated in a quiet area. It is easy to reach by car, with plenty of parking spaces around (just confirm with the reception). The hotel is clean and modern. It is also close to taverns and restaurants, and for those who want to be more active in the evening, a light 10-minute walk along the promenade takes you to the resort center, right into the middle of the recreational activities. The breakfast is sufficient, and the restaurant on the hotel's upper terrace has a special charm. The staff is very friendly and never hesitates to help if you encounter any local issues (my respects to the FO Manager, Manos K.). It is also easy to reach various other nearby beaches by car.

Totul la superlativ. Dupa o noapte de cazare in aceasi localitate, de unde am plecat mancand pământul, am ajuns la acest boutique hotel unde la recepție ne-a întâmpinat Anna (un om extraordinar), care ne-a oferit o camera foarte buna, fructe si vin din partea hotelului (era ziua sotului). Mic dejun foarte bun si variat, camera mare, curată, cu tot ce ai nevoie in ea. Hotelul foarte frumos, nou, elegant si cu bun gust. Recomand maxim!

The hotel is very new and clean with very well designed rooms and interior. The room we stayed was very comfortable. The location is 3 minutes walk to the beach and is on a silent corner - which is great for us - they have a nice breakfast and the hamburger and pizza we ordered for the room were just great. Finally they have very friendly staff. Would definitely book again.

They have live music on roof top bar on Fridays only which is very noisy and goes on until 12.00. But this can be a positive note for some others:) at least it is ends at 24.00

Nagyon kedves a személyzet,tiszták a szobák,a reggeli szuper,3percre a parttól. A tetőbár is nagyon hangulatos. Már 2alkalommal jártunk a hotelben,a legszinvonalasabb szállás Pereán.

Frukosten var bra men mycket var slut en timma innan stängning.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff was helpful and friendly. It’s just a few minutes walking from the beach and only 15 min drive from Salonic airport.

Over the night it was a bit noisy, especially when sleeping with the door open to the balcony. There was music at the restaurant upstairs and we went to bed early with a baby, but that was just a minor incovenient.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist wirklich super, viel Auswahl und alles sehr frisch!

המיקום של המלון אידאלי לקראת טיסה משדה התעופה סלוניקי. פחות מ-10 דקות נסיעה. ליד המלון גם יש טיילת חמודה עם מסעדות, בארים ובתי קפה ממש על הים.

הסביבה הצמודה למלון מעט מוזנחת ובאחד מהחדרים (הזמנו שלושה) גם היה ריח של ביוב. לא היה חדר חליפי ולכן אנחנו להישאר בחדר הזה.

The hotel was very good ; the staff very helpfull and nice (esspecially Anna - very dedicate, helpfull and always smileing), very good location (quite, even it is located very close of beach and tavernas).

A szálloda szép, modern, jól felszerelt. A személyzet kedves, rugalmas. Közel a part. Saját partszakasz nincs. A parti éttermekben, bárokban lehet fogyasztás ellenében napágyat , napernyőt használni. Minimum fogyasztás 4 euró/fő. Ez többnyire egy víz vagy egy üdítő ára.

A fürdőszobából hiányzik a törölköző tartó, de minden másban jól felszerelt.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed from products we can use in the shower to water to flip flops and towels we can use on the beach.Also, the staff was very nice and helpful, especially Anna.

Hotel nou, modern, mult peste restul cazarilor din Perea. Camera si baia spațioase. Climatizare prin hol - nu AC care sa bata pe pat. Pat confortabil. Ceaiuri, cafea, zahar, fierbator in camera - completate zilnic. Creme, gel, kit de bărbierit si pentru dinți. balcon mare, cu masa si scaune. Mic dejun bogat și de calitate. Parcare inclusa.

Lipsa lumina suplimentara la oglinda baie, necesara la bărbierit/machiat - dar ne-am descurcat. Lipsa unui uscator -pentru cei care merg la plaje si vin cu obiecte ude.

Hotelul este nou și arată foarte bine, camerele sunt spațioase, aerul condiționat a funcționat foarte bine, micul dejun este suficient și foarte bun. hotelul este aplasat la două-trei minute de plajă. Personalul este foarte primitor, deosebit de amabil și dispus să ajute în orice situație. Personalul de la recepție este grozav, mai ales Katerina.

Poate mai multe sortimente de fructe și mai proaspete la micul dejun. Dacă ar fi oferit demipensiune era perfect.

Small hotel directly next to the beach and the seaside promenade. The hotel is very new and you can see that. The rooms were very clean and modern. We stayed there with our 1 year old son and the staff was super friendly and helpful, accomodating our needs. Good breakfast.

Хорошее местоположение, близко к пляжу и шумной набережной, но при этом в отеле тихо 👍🏻 Рядом магазины и кафе! Отель рядом с пляжем, можно взять под депозит 20€ пляжные полотенца 👍🏻

На завтрак хотелось бы больше халяльной еды, зелени и надписи с названием блюд . Ещё в номерах не помешали бы москитные сетки 🤗

Местоположението на хотела е отлично , чистотата беше на ниво , обслужването и персонала бяха прекрасни . Много удобни легла и всичко необходимо за един престой .

Единствения коментар и минус е закуската , тя беше много слаба и еднообразна и не се зареждаше , когато нещо свърши ...

An outstanding hotel! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail. The room was stocked with complimentary amenities and toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, shaving foam, soap, shampoo, and other essentials), making the stay even more comfortable. There was also a lovely coffee and tea station in the room, which was a wonderful touch. The breakfast area was exceptionally well organized, offering a wide variety of delicious food. There were different types of milk, amazing freshly ground coffee, chocolates, homemade pastries, honey and jam in cute little jars, and plenty of other tasty options. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. Every detail of this hotel reflects genuine care for its guests. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

This hotel has a very good location, 150m to the beach, it is a nice accomodation, well decorated. I liked a lot the inner yard for breakfast. The food is excellent, tasty and various, coffee is a real one, ristretto and espresso :) The portokalopita and the specific pies are amazing!!! The hotel is very clean, there are enough parking lots in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, especially Anna from reception :)

The pillows could be changed with better ones. The music during the breakfast could be more relaxing, especially greek music, not an aggresive international one. The electronic system for closing the doors should be repaired, this problem was not fixed.

It is very close to public beach. Stuff incredibly helpful and positive ! New hotel with a good design and feeling of comfort. Public transport available to the city center. Nice lightning and decoration.

This property completely exceeded our expectations and truly saved our holiday. After being forced to flee a previous, unsafe accommodation after just one night, arriving here was a breath of fresh air. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful. A special, massive thank you to Anna, who went completely above and beyond for our family. Knowing our situation, she managed to arrange an early check-in for us so we could finally settle into a safe environment. The entire property is modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We honestly cannot fault a single thing. The facilities are great, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious with an amazing variety of options to choose from every morning.

Everything. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms spacious and clean and the rooftop bar and staff working it just spectacular. Easy walk to the main boardwalk where all the restaurants and beach spots are.

That I didn't discover it sooner.

Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Huone oli reilun kokoinen ja hyvin sisustettu. Hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt. Erinomainen aamupala. Ranta lähistöllä. Sijainti hyvä, lähellä lentokenttä. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Tulemme varmasti uudelleen.

Mycket trevlig personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för trivseln. Jättemysig restaurang högst upp i byggnaden och en fin innergård där man kan avnjuta frukosten.

Gute Lage, Strand und Promenade in unmittelbarer Nähe, dennoch ruhig. Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Strandtücher stellten sie jeden Tag frisch und kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, ausreichend und sehr lecker, man kann im Hinterhof gemütlich und entspannt draußen essen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und der kleine Balkon lässt für die Raucher nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Es gab nichts negatives, allerdings ein kleiner Hinweis - uns fehlten ein paar Handtuchhacken im Bad, sowie der Ganzkörperspiegel.

Mi è piaciuto molto come hotel, all'avanguardia. La posizione vicino alla spiaggia è stata fondamentale a pochi passi si arriva subito in spiaggia, inoltre vi sono dei ristorantini vicino la struttura, quasi tutti sul mare, se non si vuole usufruire del ristorante dell'albergo all'ultimo piano. La colazione è stata abbandonante, ricca di scelta e molto buona, anche la stanza l'ho trovata confortevole, bagno pulito. Per chi viene in auto c'è anche un parcheggio gratuito disponibile in loco. Staff molto cordiale e gentile.

Si può sempre migliorare ma onestamente nulla da eccepire, sono stato più che bene.

הגענו והמעלית לא היתה בשימוש עקב תקלה, נאלצנו לעלות ברגל מספר קומות עם מזוודות. חבל שלא הודיעו לנו מראש שהמעלית תקולה. דאגו לפצות אותנו על כך.

Hip, modern van alle gemakken voorzien. Compact, compleet met een heerlijke rooftopbar en prima veelzijdig ontbijtbuffet met veel Griekse lekkernijen.

Als je je handdoek vaker wil gebruiken uit milieu overwegingen dan moet er wel een stang komen om deze daarop te laten uithangen. De toilet lukte het niet altijd om alles te regelen in één spoelbeurt. Waterverspilling, dus.

Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, direkt um die Ecke gab es einen Strand und eine lange Strandpromenade, an der es jede Menge Restaurants und Bars gab. Um Thessaloniki zu erkunden würde ich eher ein Hotel in der Stadtmitte empfehlen. Wir hatten das Hotel die letzte Nacht vor unserem Rückflug gewählt, man fuhr ca. 10 Minuten zum Flughafen. Die Hotelbar im Rooftop Stockwerk war echt schön, man kann dort glaube ich auch gut essen. Wir waren leider woanders, aber die servierten Gerichte sahen lecker aus. Es gab auch live Musik, es war eine schöne Atmosphäre. Und: es darf nicht geraucht werden! In Griechenland wird ganz oft auch in Esslokalen geraucht.
