Interior of the family suite was very clean and cold - just to our liking.

Extremely unpleasant stay - sewage smell and unbearable noise This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays we have experienced. We could already smell a strong sewage odour while walking from the carpark towards the hotel lobby, which gave us an unpleasant first impression. Unfortunately, the smell did not stop there. It continued inside the hotel room and was particularly noticeable around our room and the surrounding area. I even tried spraying perfume in the room, but it did absolutely nothing to mask the odour. The smell was so persistent that it kept me awake and even woke my husband from his sleep. To make matters worse, we stayed on Level 3 in a room facing the carpark, directly above the area where there is a Thai provision shop and restaurant on the ground floor. The noise travelling up to our room was unbearable. We could hear loud talking and shouting, what sounded like people fighting, and even bottles breaking. It was extremely disruptive and certainly not the environment one expects when paying for a hotel room to get a decent night’s rest. Between the sewage stench and the commotion outside, getting any proper sleep was almost impossible. These were not minor inconveniences - they affected the most basic expectation of any hotel stay: a clean, comfortable and peaceful place to rest. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that.

The location is great and the rooms are quiet and very clean. Fulfils all expectations. The complimentary are sufficient and staff is very friendly. There are near 24 hours mini marts, local restaurant just down stairs.

No facilities like a gym, business center or a bar/restaurant. Not that I was expecting anything so was not disappointed.

Off the main road, but Grab Transport direct to location will work.

The breakfast is not provided coz no restaurant in the hotel. The location is in town but it is hidden by building blocks. Easy to park and there are grocery shops at the groundfloor.

Staff treatment was exceptionally good on both accounts when i stayed there. Especially Manisha. Would like to praise her exceptional hospitality and courtesy. Really great dealing with a hotel staff with patience and politeness on play always. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will keep repeating.

Everything's good but I love the bed the most as it's comfy and clean. The mirrors are clean too. I forgot to bring my toothbrush, so I'm glad they prepared it beforehand for the guests!

The mineral water drink tastes suck. We had to buy a drink from a nearby convenience store.

The room was big enough for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens).

The lobby was not prominent. The shower-head was not working, can only use rain shower. There was no soap at the basin for handwashing

The amenities and the counter staff was polite

1. The curtains could've been more opaque, to block out more sunlight in the morning 2. I requested for late check out until 6pm, around 4+ the cleaning staff didn't press the bell or knock the door, they tried opening it, thankfully the latch was on However all in all a pleasant experience

The bathroom has a wet room-style layout, where there's no partition or separator (like a shower curtain or glass wall) between the shower area and the toilet which causes the floor to be slippery. They don't provide hand towels or top up the toilet paper and tissue paper.

I found hair on the bed and the cleaner was vacuuming at the corridor at 7pm in the evening creating unnecessary noise.

Good location, rooms were spacious and generally clean. Good shower power, quick to respond to needs.

Sewage smell at the front of the hotel, the corridor has a distinct smell of smoke as well. Carpets in corridor dirty and could use an update. Also a car caught fire in front of the hotel in the early morning. And smoke crept into the corridor on our level but the alarm didn't go off. We only got out of the hotel only because we tend to wake up early and there was a commotion. However, the staff did change our room to another floor to use for the rest of our stay.

This place is not suitable for family with children at all. There is no cot, the parking instructions are unclear - we went to level five to park before checking in, only to be told we can park at the reception. There was no ramp to the reception or from the carpark to the lift - u have to carry the luggage yourself. Toilet drainage is poor. Stood near the drain to bathe but water still can flow to the entrance of the toilet, whole toilet is extremely wet after bathing. No towel provided for the floor. No mat, slippery - dangerous for children.

A little noisy as it’s near the road and a PUB nearby. Every night can hear loud music from the PUB.

Friendly staff, clean room that are well stocked with towels, pillows, toothbrushes. Location of the hotel is quiet and away from the bustling crowds.

Lack of a swimming pool and a bigger gym.

Cons: 1. Really thin walls. I think one's experience really depends on which side of the building your room is. Our room was facing the carpark, and we could hear cars revving throughout the night. That side of the building is also over an empty space on the ground level, where we could hear people partying loudly from evening to early morning. Very difficult to sleep. Our party had another room on the other side of the building, and while the walls were still thin, outside noise was minimal. 2. The aircon was very loud and rattling, which just added to an already noisy environment. Pro: 1. Overall acceptable cleanliness. Staff were competent and polite as well. 2. Lots of Thai eateries and supermarkets around the area for some reason. But also a lot of closed shops. Final note: tourist tax and deposit can only be paid in cash.

The room was comfortable and as published. The hotel was easy to find and staff were friendly 😊

The disco nearby, the bed is hard, the toilet is leaky, there’s a huge gap at the door so light will enter through the gap at night.

Not easy access to all shopping areas

Booked hotel on 18 April 2025, upon arriving at hotel at around 130pm then was notify of my room was cancel due to them being overbooked. 2 hotel staff, 1 male and 1 female both claims is not hotel problem and I have to personally settle this with Agoda. They have also refuted that it is my problem and not theirs, I will have to settle this by myself. They will went into the office leaving the reception unattended. This had left me with lots of anxiety and as a foreigner stranded in a foreign country with limited access to everything. By far this is the worst experience I have realise over the years. Understanding when this happens, the SOP will be assisting the guests well being first and try to find an alternative for the guest. But I was left stranded and trying to resolved the situation by myself. The group have a slogan #whereyoubelong but i feel it is more of not their problem when things happen and trying to push around the issues. End of the day Agoda was the one trying to resolve everything and Agoda inform me they were only inform of this few hours back.

Situation Very noise can't take a good rest , no worth at all.

Spacious but no point sofa broken so only can sit on bed ,eat on bed and everything also on bed.shildren love to do everything on bed.

The sofa leg is broken but they just leave it there..luckily im the kind like to check every detail first before the kids enter the room..pillow n comforters has abit of smell 🤮 and stains..Tv channels was limited with no netflix nor youtube..

Very comfortable

Got a family room with 2 queen sized bed. Room is decent but location is really far in. Not advisable for lady to walk alone in the night. Carpark here is without security guard as this is an office building. I would still think it is safe as I park my new car here. See my pictures : you need to use either credit card or touch and go card to first get in. Then you validate with counter before you go out of carpark. Same process repeat for subsequent parking. There is connection to carpark - take to L5 as hotel guests can only park from L5-L6. Also you can park infront in yellow boxes if you can find any.

There was a misunderstanding when I checked out. The staff told me that I had not paid for the accommodation yet, which caused me to waste time waiting for the inspection.
