Hotel staff were indifferent except for the only guy behind the counter The hotel is dated . breakfast was chaotic due to a bunch of school kids probably on a field trip. Sorry I do not recommend staying here.

Location and great value for money.

Staff need to be a little more professional, especially at the Front desk and Security. The concept of a Smile goes a long way needs to be imbibed. Breakfast selection was very repetitive and food didn’t taste good unfortunately.

Cleanliness needs to improve especially with the extra pillow in the closet. Significantly, staffs are required to improve their customer service as they come off as unfriendly

Facilities are outdated, needs a bit of love. Breakfast was not the best.

Customer etiquette needs some improvements as noticed that staff is not very friendly upon customer checking in & out. Consierge part also needs improvements by welcoming customer and offer help to take luggage for customer.

After enduring a closet they called a hotel room in Singapore, we throughly enjoy the spacious room at the Hallmark Regency and the helpful staff who gave us many assistance in settling in. While our stay was brief, we enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to a shopping center as well as a night market. We really enjoy our excursions there and only came back to JB Sentral for a couple of times.

I think the hotel can use a public bathroom at the lobby. Many people were asking us for the bathroom when we were using the laundry services.

The breakfast variety needs to improve. The blower for heater needs to be fixed.

The staff are very polite and helpful.They help us resolve the aircon temperature problem very fast.They were unable to repair the aircon coz theres no technician available at 2300hrs.They provide us with 2 stand fans instead.We were so thankful.

So far, my check-in experience has been smooth with no delays. The staff are friendly, helpful and provide clear explanations. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

One area for improvement is the air-conditioning. It struggles to cool the room adequately during the day, particularly with the current weather conditions. The room only becomes slightly cooler at late night, after midnight.

It’s an old hotel. Clean but stained bath tub. I won’t soak myself in it. Hotel parking is a bit of a walk.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was quite good. The staff were very helpful, even though we checked in late at around 11:00 PM. The hotel also provided a trolley, which made it easy for us to transport all of our luggage to our room. Parking was very convenient, as we were able to park right in front of the hotel without having to pay any parking fees.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and could offer more variety. The room was also not well soundproofed. Since I was traveling with young children, I was concerned that their crying or noise might disturb other guests.

The drain holes in the bathroom must be cleaned regularly to eliminate bad smell in the room...lift out the filter from the drain hole and clean off all the slime...

Having a double singles room with breakfast. Room kept clean and beds comfortable. This stay was given a bigger room unlike the previous trip. Average Malaysian breakfast if you are not fussy. A 15 min walk to KSL shopping center and 10 min walk to Pleangi Plaza.

Lift pretty samall can only fetch up to 4 people.

Only hard boiled eggs, when asking for a fried egg, i was requested to pay extra. really?

I didn't like the colour of the pillow cases, Bedsheets and comforter. It looked very old and worn out.

It has a water cooler at my floor to refill our drinking water which is cool. I don’t have to worry about buying bottled water or having to ask the housekeeper for it. Although the hotel’s external impression is humble but the room is big and the bed is cozy. Toiletries are well provided and ample. The amenities are sufficient and met my expectation. It’s worth the value you pay.

The housekeeper was very efficient that she cleaned our room even without our request. But I personally don’t think that was good ‘coz sometimes we don’t want them to get into our rooms for a reason but forgot to press the Do Not Disturb button. By default if no buttons are pressed, it should mean no entry. I might be wrong about the hotel’s policy but that’s what i think. The breakfast buffet was very humble. At one time the fried meehoon has a burnt taste. The fried rice was so plain. But the soups were great especially the chicken soup. But the variety of food was satisfactory though.

I always book this hotel whenever I go to JB.

Hotel ok. Przystanek autobusowy naprzeciw. W pokoju kosmetyki i kawa oraz dodatkowo płatny barek. Na plus woda pitna do uzupełniania na korytarzu. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, azjatyckie. Bardzo duży wybór ciepłych potraw, deserów. Na dole mozliwość skorzystania z pralni. Byliśmy tylko 1 noc więc niewiele więcej jesteśmy w stanie powiedzieć.

No much variety. Some of the food weren't replenished eventhough the time for breakfast still have another 45 minutes. The dairy milk for the self prepared coffee maker was never replaced too.

The cafe staffs should be more attentive with the guests and lower their voice when chatting among themselves.

Breakfast is simple and nice with many local delights on different day - nasi lemak, prata, fried mee siam, fried popian, french toast etc.Their local coffee is nice too . Very worth to add on when booked the hotel. Overall the room is quite clean. Location is good, short car journey to KSL and city square. Counter staff is friendly and helpful.

We booked family room. have 2 single bed and 1 queen bed. 1 of the single bed and the queen bed gave a cranking noise whenever the our body move and turn during sleep thus a bit disturbing for the rest of us.

My recent stay at Hallmark Regency Hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. While the hotel's location is reasonably convenient, the overall guest experience was disappointing. The room appeared dated and poorly maintained, with signs of wear and tear that should have been addressed long ago. Cleanliness was also a concern, as certain areas of the room and bathroom did not meet acceptable hospitality standards. Several guests have similarly reported issues such as unpleasant odors, cleanliness shortcomings, poor soundproofing, and maintenance problems. past guests have raised similar concerns regarding room conditions and discrepancies between expectations and reality. The lady receptionist - Very rude!!!!
