Reviewed Apr 12, 2024Very pleasant stay and calm hotel. Perfectly located. Distance from the hotel to anywhere in Dubai doesn't exceed 23 minutes! Best Hospitality and atmosphere were the theme of the stay! Staff are very friendly and accommodative. Smooth check in procedure with a great welcome waiting area. Fast valet and support setvice. No need to bring your laptop. They've got you covered with desktops. Clean rooms and amenities. I do strongly recommend dining for lunch or dinner in Kitchen 25 restaurant. The food quality, serving size & presentation are extra ordinary. I would like to thank the following personnel who really stood out. I know I missed a lot and very sorry for that. Chef Buddhika. Eunice & Aman from Kitchen 25.l The Verde restaurants The live station gentlemen, who were working in sync and tirelessly while keeping the best smile. Reviewed Oct 13, 2023Not really what I expected. The housekeeping staff hardly speaks English, and they don’t change the water after cleaning, that occurs many times and they only cared to ask me and apologized upon checking out .. there’s no sign for Qibla and when i informed mr. Anas doesn’t really seem to care, he told me that he will send someone and nothing happened, so I called to inform him again, and also nothing!

Reviewed Sep 23, 2023The only issue I had was with the smoking in the building. Although I was on a non-smoking floor (4th), there were days when someone in a close room was smoking and my room filled with the stench. Similarly in the bar/restaurant on level P2. The smoking was unbearable.
