The staff at the breakfast area were exceptionally friendly and attentitive. Overall all the staff were great - the area around the hotel has construction but even this was not terrible.

I was a solo traveler and I felt very safe at this hotel. There are a lot of dining options and there’s shisha available on site at certain hours. I love Kim. She worked the breakfast dining area during my stay Sha she was so amazing.

The property was quiet, clean, beautiful, and serene, away from the bustling and noise of the city.

**Hotel Review: Mixed Feelings** I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather mixed experience. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. However, the excitement quickly faded when I entered the room. Unfortunately, it did not meet the standard I had hoped for. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I noticed several issues, including a wet stain on the sofa that was quite off-putting. It’s disappointing when such details are overlooked, especially in a hospitality setting. Additionally, the furnishings seemed worn and in need of a serious revamp. The overall ambiance felt scruffy, which detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay. In conclusion, while the staff's kindness was appreciated and the upgrade was a nice touch, the lack of cleanliness and the condition of the room made it less than ideal for us. Unfortunately, this hotel may not be the right fit for our future travels.

Only one night after a long flight from Australia. It was comfortable and a great buffet breakfast. Pool was perfect for a morning swim before checking out. Room was great for a family of four with the sofa bed.

The hotel is generally very good and is far from the tourist places in Dubai and is about 7 km away from the Dubai Hills complex and is close to Dubai Media City.

Such a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel it’s about 30 minutes from the main centre but is really lovely. The buffet breakfast is great, and the swimming pool was very relaxing. They upgraded us to a suite which was greatly appreciated. It was absolutely beautiful.

Nice Hotel

Stayed for business and this hotel was perfect. The meeting room set up is great and very efficient. The lunch provided at the Fire Grill was delicious. The pool area is lovely too and rooms are always clean.

We recently spent three nights with our family traveling from Europe to Australia, and our stay was exceptional. The suite was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I hadn’t realised just how peaceful Damac Hills would be—set a 30-minute drive from Dubai Mall, it offers a quiet retreat away from the city’s hustle. There were plenty of transportation options available, and the suite’s cost was much more economical than booking a separate room for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite from a family room. Be careful not to get charged double the nightly tourist tax, it’s still only 1 room technically although it has 2 separate bedrooms within it. The manager Wasl sorted out the double payment. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate, you have to order your hot food which is then brought to your table. Valet boys were excellent. Good value hotel if you have a car as no tourist attractions nearby

Lovely place really enjoyed are stay

I enjoyed my 5 nights at the hotel along with my family members who were also impressed as we stayed in the family suite. Can’t fault anything to be honest it met my expectation.

Fantastic hotel I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dubai. Not only the quality of the hotel and facilities but also the service, professionalism and attitude of all staff who I had the pleasure of meeting. This is a Radisson on steroids. Right next to Trumps golf course (you can eat in there restaurants and it was lovely). The Hotel and staff were amazing. A bit of construction going on but where in Dubai isn’t it. Price per enjoyment factor would probably rate it as one of the best stayed in. Minor issue is it is out of town so transportation required Taxis and Uber very easy to get and quite cheap. On lazy days the pool is great.

New hotel, GREAT value for money for Dubai A little far from main attractions, but taxi's are plentiful... return to dubai mall for 60 USD.... leaving you with around a 100 USD saving for a smilar quality hotel. Food at the main resteraunt was GREAT! keep that chef!

We really enjoyed our stay. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious enough for my family of 6. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

I really liked the hotel and the service was brilliant. It's a long way away from anywhere and I am not sure who would want to be there unless they wanted to play golf at the orange amurrican halfwit's course but if you can think of a reason to be in this part of Dubai it's a great option and was good value.

It’s a good property

This hotel deserves beyond zero. I called the hotel ahead of time to make sure and confirm the reservation for one king size bed is available. Once I arrived the reception person and his manager kept me for ever at the check in and end up giving me a double bed room and they were so unprofessional The room service food is cold and no test. This is worst hotel and staff I have every seen in my entire life. They should train their people how to treat customers.

This is a fabulous Hotel, the staff are outstanding, I tried a couple of the restaurants and the was lots of choice and very tasty. The roof top bar has amazing views. Definitely would recommend.

They lost some of your luggage's and don't know their location and say you forget them inside your car and search your car without permission throw the things from inside and in the last the luggage's were with them!!! some stuff unprofessional!!!

The room wasnt clean, bathroom was full of stains, sorry but it was disappointing so i left the hotel room just after one night!

I needed to be in remote Damac Hills for a reason and the Radisson is a really great hotel but you need to remember to remind some of the staff to apply your VIP discounts before you pay or they claim they won’t be able to do it . A minor issue but all in all the Radisson Damac Hills is lovely hotel . However Be warned it’s along way from Down town and the Marina. Etc so be prepared to use public transport or run up a fortune in cab fares.
