Renest Calangute Goa

Room is okay but I like the swimming area and place also nice 👍. Value for money.

They don't have the area for wet dress after swimming which I don't like as we need to keep the wet dress in room only and it's smell bad

Time of dinner buffet should extend

Breakfast could have been better.

The staffs especially the receptionist, cleaning(Manish, Meenakshi) were very pleasant and helpful.

Bad i have never seen like that

Very advanced technology adapted in rooms and well maintained

Nothing

Facilities , staff were good

Pool timings

The staff is friendly, the response to any problem is fast.

The roads are narrow

I only stayed one night

Wasn’t as expected looking at photos online. Windows could use a good clean. Fridge will turn off when you leave you room. I understand saving electricity but the fridge would be non negotiable. Breakfast was average but cheap. Very loud on a night- not soundproofed at all from other residents on corridors

Mooie kamer, uitstekende badkamer met regendouche. Het zwembad op het dak was heerlijk verkoelend.

Als mensen op de gang praten, is het ook in de kamers duidelijk te horen. Af en toe valt de stroom uit.

Clean rooms very nice pool

Very very noisy at night bedroom walls very thin other guests phone conversations could be heard and noisy till early hours so poor sleep

Благодарю вас за чистоту, комфорт и высокую клиентоориентированность!!! Родители в восторге от отдыха и условий которые предоставил отель! Очень чисто, номера новые и всегда ответят на любой вопрос и исполнят просьбы

Cleanliness

The travel agents engaged by the hotel are bad

Stay was good like clean rooms, staff were good, breakfast was also good..

location is far from the beach.. it is no where a beachfront resort ok.. kindly don’t mention that in your site because it will confuse peoples who want beachfront stays like we did.. rest everything was UPTO the expectation

Bonito y limpio

Mucho ruido

Friendly staff.

Their computer system have been compromised. Received multiple scam message to click on links to confirm. They don’t seem interested to want to fix. Sheet are old, chairs have holes in them. Needs an update.

overpriced room with less comfort breakfast was average with less choice

not spacious and no place to sit outside and relax

Excellent place to stay for a few days Very comfortable

The property is good, neat, clean and easy to locate. It’s value for money. We got even late checkout option without any cost.

Nothing as such , its value for money. The breakfast options could have been more , however that’s fine.

Refrigerator is not working. After request issue not resolved.

Rooms and bathroom were clean. Staff was good.

No changing room near swimming pool.

All was very good, clean and kindly staff. Location best and near you can find shops and restaurants

Nice location and staff are good.

Everything from cleanliness to food and house keeping was top notch.

Nothing as such. But they can show a main board of hotel name outside the road.

The hotel yet to give our final bill copy but they deduct our money I send a reminder, yet no bill receipt is given

Clean and tidy and staff were excellent and efficient

Location / swimming pool area

Liked the breakfast and service provided by the staff.

Cleanliness could be a bit improved on and some fittings and fixtures in the room could be improved. Excellent otherwise.

Lovely large rooms, staff excellent and very helpful

Room was clean, as on the photo. Hotel is super convenient and located not so far from the beach. Silent and cozy. And the restaurant is super nice, I like the food there and the service. The stuff is super attentive. Totally recommend.

Hotel location and staff is good

Price is in higher site

Easy location to the main road, staff arranged for airport shuttle.

Good day, I was extremely disappointed with the unacceptable condition of the hotel. 1. Upon arrival on the 27th of December, we were greeted by a septic tank at the entrance emitting an unbearable stench that has persisted throughout our stay. 2. The rooms were in terrible condition, with dust on the floors, uncleaned bathrooms, and even cockroaches present. It is evident the cleaning team did not perform their duties adequately. Given these issues, I am appalled that they charge such exorbitant prices for this level of service. I even tried to find alternative accommodation, but due to the high peak season, everything was fully booked. I am demanding a full refund for my stay, as this experience is entirely unacceptable.

Quite modern

The bed sheets we not clean

Mr Vinoy Kumar who is the Manager in charge MOD was extremely helpful and proactive. Even when we had a train to catch on 28th morning , he proactively arranged packed breakfast for our 2 families though we only asked for our kids. Such a high level of customer centric approach with a smile on his face is highly appreciated.

comfortable and high standards. happy with our rooms and facilities

rooms could be better soundproofed as could hear next rooms and outside

Large room, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with excellent shower. Clean. Bed linen changed daily. Good service, friendly staff at the reception (young lady). Breakfast ok (only Indian food).

Location: while close to the main street (4-5 min walk) the beach is quite away (10-12 min walk, more than 1km). Swimming pool is rather small and not attractive. Safe in the room did not work.

Very friendly and highly professional.

Reception staff calling one day before and taking care by arranging necessary support like airport pick up and guiding us for any queries. Thanks @Vinay.

Good Breakfast but options are limited

Clean, big and modern bedrooms and very comfortable beds.

Breakfast selection is a bit poor

Ambience, interiors, customer service, cleanliness, value for money, location and food quality!

Delayed breakfast timings

Excellent stay

Property is close to beach, hardly 10-15 mins walk. Breakfast was delicious. Courteous staff. We booked suite and the rooms were quite big and spacious. Entire property is very neat and clean.

Overall nothing to dislike except the parking. Parking is not enough. Very less parking space.

Staff, Rooms, Service.

Location is great as it‘s super close to Calangute with great restaurants and night markets There is a pool, which we didn’t use but it’s nicer than swimming in the sea in Calangute Overall good value for money due to its central location

The walls are very thin and when people come back from parties late at night it is extremely noisy in the room The safe also wasn’t big enough for a larger laptop, and the rooms were a tiny bit run down (silicone in the showers a little moldy)

I like everything…..its too good 🥰👍🏻

Nothing….its all good

Excellent property

Staff was good, hotel is very neat and clean, location is best, I’m short it was a very comfortable stay in this hotel, enjoyed the hospitality👏👏👍🏻👍🏻

Exactly available as mentioned in the description. very friendly staff Very clean and tidy one of the perfect stay to live in calangute

It would be more comfortable if it is a single double bed Instead of double twin bed

I like the service and interior design, they are immaculate

Parking can be better

All's good 👍 nice property and Nice stay...

nice location

keep smile

Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location close to beaches. Rooms are a good size and kept clean daily. Would revisit in the future.

Not in there control but electric kept cutting out, meaning having to manually put the Air con and tv back on constantly. Annoying at nighttime.

Overall everything was good and the staff was great

Constant Power cuts and that also cut the Air conditioning...bad part was one has to get up all the time to swicth it on when their backup generator comes on. This was a major pain other than that all good. They have a pool on the roof which I didnt try

the location is amazing and the room is excellent

no facilities

Rooms are very good, new hotel, modern facilities Will prefer to stay next time again

Reception Services by Shikha and Kitchen Services by all the staff ...very humble staff and healthy environment. Interior is really beautiful.

I like everything.

extremely happy with the staff and amazing property very clean value for money, all the staff were helpful don't recollect all names but Munna was very good with service, Thank u for making the trip so amazing, Shall see u guys again

Allowed early check-in , food and restaurant staff is very helpful.

Pool was not functional , need to include more veg options in menu

Staff is very humble and helpful. Food quality is 10 out of 10. Ms. Shikha from reception is doing great. She responded satisfactory every time. Cleanliness and interior of the hotel is attractive.

pool room interior The room service staff

The reception service were not professional. they do not greet well neither on arrival nor on other occasions. The Buffet staff also very unprofessional and didn’t know how to do look after the guest. wifi was not responding on Tvs.
