Tout! Un accueil incroyable, des logements très agréables et propres, le tout juste au bord de « la plage aux tortues ». Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique et envisageons d’y revenir en famille.

Per arrivarci dal porto bisogna prendere un calesse oppure in 17.min si arriva a piedi. La struttura si trova di fronte alla spiaggia e al turtle point..... Che dire 20 secondi dal tuo letto e sei in acqua

La liste est longue: La salle de bain.. au secours .. du moisi partout, des algues, de la mousse des murs pourris, sale, un no go total et inadmissible. Une vieille chaise en plastique bleue.. Moustiquaire abîmées et dégueulasses La nuitée coûte un certain prix... ça pourrait être rénové. La chambre était sale, poussière pas faite, sols sales, miroir tacheté par la vieillesse, rideaux dégueulasse et surtout qui n'obscurcissent pas... il fait jour dans la chambre. Cafards dans la chambre. On nous a demandé de nous dépêcher de partir à 10h45 car les nouveaux clients attendaient, alors que l'on a le droit de garder la chambre jusqu'à 11h. Nous étions attablées en face de la chambre à attendre notre calèche et avons vu les dames nettoyer la chambre... Au secours.. montre en main 10 minutes, pas d'aération, pas de poussière ni de serpillière... mais les petites fleurs pour faire joli .. oui Inadmissible... vétusté ok, mais la propreté!!!! C'est number one

The room is big enough. It has a mini fridge. Very kind and helpful staff. The half open bathroom is really cool. Free sunbed and towels from the beach with is right across the street. Good breakfast. We also had lunch and the food was really tasty also not expensive.

Our room was on ground floor and it doesn't really have a see view as written in the description. We were also very unlucky to have families with lots of kids at the upper floor so staying in the room especially in the morning was quite stressful as we could hear every single step they made. This is of course not the hotel's fault, maybe people could behave a bit more and realize they are not the only ones on holiday. Perhaps knowing that the walls are not so isolating families with kids could be placed on ground floor. Not enough sunbeds for all hotel guests.

La douche et les wc sont en extérieur dans la partie privée de la chambre et sont envahis de moustiques. C’est terrible !

Everything was perfect 👌. Beautiful spot, peaceful and amazing staff. Food was amazing and also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owners. Great value and look forward ti coming back next year.

It is the best location I suppose. The best snorkling is here, some minutes walk to the sunset in the evening. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn't use the pool, it looked strange but I saw that the staff cleaned it and pured new water from the sea. The breakfast was good enough, main dish + fruits+ coffee we just needed some more bread, but it was OK in general. The hotel is really great, I do advise it. The beach is nice with free sunbeds, I used coral slippers in the sea.

Hotel in una posizione eccellente, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia e con la comodità di potersi fare una doccia subito dopo un tuffo al mare. La piscina è molto carina, i letti sono comodissimi e lo staff è sempre super disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura! Per me la parte più bella è stata svegliarsi la mattina, rilassarsi sul lettino ad ammirare l'alba, fare una nuotata e poi godersi la colazione: davvero un'esperienza fantastica.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Estaba bastante dejado todo el complejo. El desayuno muy poco: un poco de fruta, un pankake super fino y café o té. Es España sería un 3 estrellas básico

Struttura carina di fronte al mare

Colazione con pochissima scelta, personale che quando arrivi ti fa fare il check-in ma anche se ti vede con molte valigie non ti aiuta, ti guida solo alla stanza. Le camere veniva rifatte solo se lasciavi il cartellino fuori. Non fornivano acqua per lavarti i denti ecc se non il primo giorno all’arrivo, un solo asciugamano per pulirti e asciugarti tutto. Diciamo che da un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più… diciamo 2/3 stelle. Quando pulivano la stanza (con appeso il cartellino)non cambiavano gli asciugamani, dovevamo andare di persona a chiedere il cambio

La posizione è perfettta: proprio davanti alla struttura abbiamo visto le tartarughe ad un palmo di distanza. La colazione è fresca: succhi preparati al momento come.anche il cibo: non c'era molta scelta ma sufficiente. I massaggi avevano un ottimo prezzo e moto rilassanti

Letto era duro e scomodo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo per una notte, ma l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La camera era spaziosa, con un grazioso balconcino e un caratteristico bagno all’aperto. La struttura dispone anche di una piscina con acqua salata. La colazione, servita à la carte, era buona. Un punto di forza davvero notevole è la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di lettini e ombrelloni sulla spiaggia da cui si accede per vedere le tartarughe. La struttura mette inoltre a disposizione gratuitamente anche scarpe da scoglio e attrezzatura per fare snorkeling: un servizio davvero molto apprezzato.

La struttura è un po’ datata, ma non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. Considerando il prezzo, è davvero un ottimo compromesso.

Albergo venduto su Booking.com come 4stelle, ad un prezzo 4stelle. Secondo me non ne vale neanche mezza. Struttura fatiscente, vecchia, sporca, piena di muffa, polvere sulle grate, macchie ovunque. Bagno che sembra quello di un bar di periferia, ovviamente ben diverso da quello mostrato sulle foto su Booking. Piscina con presunta acqua di mare (pesci inclusi), acqua putrida dal colore verdognolo da farti passare la voglia di bagnarci pure i piedi (né ho visto altre persone farcisi il bagno). Ho dovuto, purtroppo, soggiornarci una notte per mancanza di alternative per poi scappare e pernottare altrove le due notti successive (perdendo oltretutto mezza giornata per fare le ricerche in loco). E dulcis in fundo, tornati in camera la sera dopo cena neanche l’acqua calda per la doccia.

La propreté est à revoir.. Le joint du frigo était tout moisi Les chaises sur la terrasse étaient très abîmées. Les coussins qu'ils y avaient dessus étaient sales. La salle de bains était sale aussi. Lorsque nous avons mit le ventilateur au plafond à puissance maximale, plein de poussière tombait. Il n'y a pas de prise électrique à proximité du lit

Struttura fronte mare, ottima la posizione e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Buona la colazione e la disponibilità dei lettini sulla spiaggia.

Camera un pò vecchia e che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Piscina completamente inutilizzabile. Onestamente non ho compreso il concetto di “ecosostenibilità” perché alla fine risulta una piscina non sfruttata e in cui i pesci rimangono intrappolati come Nemo nell’acquario di Sidney.

Everything you need right on the beach. Fabulous snorkeling - there are lots of turtles around this year. The host, Tony, & staff are friendly, generous & engaging. Although full, the hotel didn't feel crowded.

Just be aware there are ants, (everywhere on the Island) put food etc in the fridge.

L'emplacement exceptionnel (il faut se lever pour admirer le lever du soleil juste en face!)et la vue, les tortues qui nagent juste en face, la taille de la chambre familiale, les scooters électriques à la location, le petit déjeuner, la terrasse, le spa et les massages

La piscine à l'eau de mer (quand on a la mer juste en face ça n'a pas beaucoup d'intérêt), les sanitaires un peu rustiques, c'est cher pour Bali mais ce sont les îles Gili...je recommande tout de même vraiment !

Ce n'est pas du tout un 4*, dans la chambre le strict nécessaire, plage très moyenne il faut traverser un long chemin de coraux mort pour voir les poissons et tortues. Le personnel sympathique et le gérant aussi. On entend les bruits et discussions des voisins de l'étage.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, hele mooie locatie aan zee, voor de deur snorkel je bij het mooiste koraal van het eiland. Het zwembad heeft zout zeewater, dat is goed om je te realiseren.

L’emplacement idéal et face à la plage, beau jardin, les transats à disposition devant la plage (même s’il est dommage que certains se permettent de poser leur serviettes de plage dessus alors qu’ils ne viennent à la plage de 2/3h après…). Le prêt de masque, tuba, palmes, chaussures. On nous a proposé un petit souvenir avant de partir. Laverie disponible.

La piscine : on a eu beau nous dire que c’est une piscine à l’eau de mer qui ne donne absolument pas envie. D’ailleurs, à aucun moment nous n’avons vu un client de l’hôtel dedans. Elle doit manquer de filtration, on dirait de l’eau stagnante. En fait, la moitié de l’eau est renouvelée chaque matin avec l’eau de mer, mais il n’y a ensuite aucune filtration pendant toute la journée. L’eau est verte. On nous a refusé à deux reprises de l’eau au petit déjeuner sous prétexte qu’on avait choisi l’assiette de fruits. Pourtant ça n’a rien à voir. Le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul drap sur les lits, pas de plaid, dessus de lit ou autre.

Extremely dirty. The bathroom was filthy. Lime invasion on the wall and towels. Seaweed on the floor. Super noisy ! When the upper client was walking the wall and the windows trembled! The personal was not nice. Not caring. The worst was the pool. Dirty green. Like a dump. No one dared to swim there. There was a fish in the pool! And this place was so pricey. Horrible breakfast too.

Super Lage an einem tollen Sandstrand, von welchem man direkt aus zum Schnorcheln starten kann. Schildkröten haben wir bei jedem Schnorchelgang gesehen. In der Umgebung gibt es super viele Restaurants und Bars.

Der Salzwasserpool ist definitiv eine Frage des Geschmacks.

Very nice location right on the beach and snorkeling on the house reef. We liked the location and garden setting of this smaller hotel along the beach. With 3 breakfast options to choose from and breakfast served in the garden from 7:30am onwards it was very convenient to start the day and even be able to catch early morning activities. The rooms are very spacious and so are the bathrooms. Beds are comfy and all rooms have a nice furnished terrace overlooking the garden. Some evenings the owner, some staff and some guests would gather at the bar for drinks and making music - wonderful!

Some of the facilities are a bit dated and could benefit from refurbishing (eg mosquito shields in the bathrooms and bedroom). Staff repeatedly forgot to clean our room or take out the bathroom bin even with the ‘please make up my room’ sign out but was always very friendly and helpful to resolve when asked.

Der Strand ist ein Traum und direkt vor der Tür. • Super Ausblick: Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer war einfach herrlich – das war jeden Tag ein echtes Highlight. • Ausstattung: Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass jedes Zimmer sowohl mit einem Ventilator als auch mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist.

• Zustand der Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind leider spürbar in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. • Schlafkomfort: Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, was den Erholungsfaktor nachts ziemlich geschmälert hat. • Ausstattungsmängel: Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat seine besten Zeiten definitiv hinter sich und lief nicht mehr optimal. • Gastronomie: Das Frühstück war okay, auf Dauer aber etwas zu einseitig. Da fehlt es ein bisschen an Abwechslung.

Die Lage des Hotels ist geradezu fantastisch. Meeresblick, Blick auf den Rinjani/Lombok, Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer/Rinjani (Blick nach Westen), Sonnenuntergangsstimmung über Lombok. Frühstück ca 20 m vom Meer, landestypisches Snack/Abendessen am gleichen Ort möglich, Bar mit Fruchtsäften/Kokosnuss und auch Alkoholika, so man will. Hoteleigene Liegen direkt am Sandstrand, Riff mit ausgezeichneten Schnorchelmöglichkeiten (Korallen, vielfältigste, farbenprächtige Fischwelt, Schildkröten ...). All das war traumhaft. Die Anlage des Hotels (Bungalows und zweistöckige Doppelhäuser) mit der Bepflanzung und dem Pool sind harmonisch und schön. Vogelstimmen, Hahnenschrei (und der Muezzin) wecken einen morgens. Das Frühstück ist standardisiert (Tee/Kaffee, Eierspeisen, geröstetes Brot und Frücht/Früchtsäfte), aber lecker. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Managers und des Personals war toll. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Es gab tatsächlich kaum etwas zu kritisieren. Kleiner Problemchen wurden vom Personal sofort angegangen und gelöst.

Situato di fronte al mare con sdraio comode e piscina con acqua di mare in cui ci tenevano compagnia tre pesciolini. Stanza comoda. Non avevo il telo mare e me lo hanno dato loro.

La pulizia non è il loro forte, sia il bagno che camera. Veranda carina, ma sempre piena di formiche.

In die Jahre gekommene Zimmer, da muss einiges gemacht werden! Pool war mit Salzwasser (vom Meer) gefüllt und schwammen Fische drin, bräuchte man auch nicht, da das Meer direkt vor der Tür war! Wir hatten einen kleinen bungalow mit offenem Bad, da waren leider einige „Tiere“ die da echt nicht hingehören, haben ein Zimmer(durch Aufpreis) im Obergeschoss bekommen (war in Ordnung)! Nette kleine Anlage!

The villas are set back from the beach with a view of the sea. You can use their loungers on the beach just in front of their small, but well stocked bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good, including plenty of fresh fruit. The hotel were also very flexible with our room requirements. You can watch sunrise beside the mountains of Lombok opposite. Molly the cat is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Amazing location right by the sea and in front of the sunrise. The food is good and fairly priced.

Excellent location right on the beachfront. Just around 100 meters to the left and right of the hotel, there are amazing snorkeling spots with turtles, colorful fish, and coral reefs. The hotel also provides free snorkeling equipment and aqua shoes, which is a very nice bonus for guests who want to explore the underwater world comfortably. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the first-line beach access makes the stay especially enjoyable.

A few points that could be improved: - the breakfast lacks variety; - the mosquito nets in the bathroom were damaged, so quite a few mosquitoes got inside; - there was no mosquito repellent equipment in the room (such as a Raptor device); - there was no trash bin in the room. - disposable slippers were not provided in the room.

Brilliant location. Right on the beach where you can go snorkeling and see plenty of sea life, including turtles.

The place could do with a bit of maintenance. It looks a bit run down. There could be a bit more choice for breakfast.

Beds were a bit lumpy and pillows were tired.

Szép helyen van, kellemesen nagy a medence, kedvesek az ott dolgozók. A curryk nagyon finomak voltak. Az egyik közeli étteremben ettem életem legfinomabb tonhalsztékjét.

A földszinti szobák inkább csak tenger felé nézők. A reggeli választékon lehetne bővíteni.

The location was amazing. Spectacular sunrises. Close to many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

No food options, staff was so unresponsive, mattresses were uncomfortable, no comforter/blanket was provided, we felt cold, so many lizards in the room.

We chose this hotel because I read that there are many good reviews but when we were there everything was opposite what we expected. In the room was very humid and the floor was so wet as it was raining. My partner allergic to the strong smell of washing liquid/perfume that they spray on the pillow and sheet. We asked the staff if we can change pillow without any strong spray on it but staff didn’t pay attention and we didn’t get a new pillow so we have to use our clothes to cover pillow. Breakfast was decent but less options on the a la cart menu. We also tried to book 90 mins massage in advance but lady staff told us that they only can do 60 mins massage because they were tried which very shocked us as we’ve been travelling a lot but never got service like this. Not to mentioned, even it was raining people still burned plastic in front of the hotel. It is very difficult to breathe that stuff to our lunge.

C'est un hôtel qui se présente comme un 4 étoiles, mais qui est plutôt un 2 étoiles. On y allait pour la piscine et la plage. Il y a la plage, mais la piscine n'est pas fonctionnelle. On était à cet hôtel pendant 9 jours, et on n'a jamais pu se baigner dans la piscine. Le propriétaire veut faire son écolo avec sa piscine d'eau salée. Mais la filtration est déficiente. Sinon, les chambre sont justes ok. Ne chercher pas le savon et le shampoing, on le donne au compte-goutte. Comme pour l'eau: il faut se ravitailler. L'hôtel pourrait être très bien, mais le propriétaire, qui est un Australien, cherche à faire un peu de sous avec vous, sans se préoccuper de vous. Dernier point, le petit dej est bien, mais le menu est court.

La piscine non fonctionnelle et l'aménagement du terrain manque vraiment d'entretien. Autour de la piscine, il n'y a pas de transats, on n'a pas envie de s'y baigner.
