O apartamento é uma graça, bem localizado, organizado e as camas muito confortaveis.

Não me dei conta que não tinha lava louça...e numa viagem em familia faz realmente falta. Também o box do chuveiro era um pouco apertado e desconfortavel.

I booked this many months ago and paid in full. The booking was cancelled less than three hours before check in. I was told by email whilst I was travelling with limited wifi. It was difficult to book for four people at short notice.

Lovely apartment, quiet, tidy and peaceful, good communication from staff.

Be prepared to pull your suitcase up a cobbled hill if walking to the apartment from the city centre. Be prepared to lift suitcase up spiralled staircase if not staying on the ground floor. This did feel quite dangerous, particularly when carrying it back down.

The accommodation is located in the city center, and it's very close to nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Having a washing machine and a dryer was super convenient.

We were able to walk there after disembarking from our cruise, but the path was entirely uphill and paved with cobblestones, making it extremely exhausting. We were assigned an apartment on the second floor, and the narrow spiral staircase was quite daunting. Dragging our heavy luggage up those stairs felt very dangerous. To make matters worse, there is a university nearby, and the building right opposite seems to be student housing. Blaring music blasted nonstop from late afternoon until 11:00 PM, and I had to contact the host to handle it. It seems Bergen's noise regulations allow street music until 11:00 PM, which made it a nightmare for our family. We had an early start the next morning and simply couldn't get any rest.

Beds were not made and dishes were still in the dishwasher! It is very simple for beds to be made and dishes to be put away before new guests arrive and it makes it much more welcoming if that is already done! I don’t know why you would ask guests to make the beds themselves, that is very unusual and in all the apartments I’ve stayed at I’ve never had to do this before. It is a very simple thing but it makes a big difference to my overall impression of the stay, and my review would be very different if apartment was properly ready before we arrived!

He estado en muchos apartamentos vacacionales por todo el mundo y este es el primero en el que cuando he llegado cansado del viaje me he encontrado las sábanas limpias pero indicándome que tenía que hacerme yo mismo la cama. Una de ellas por cierto bastante complicada de hacer por estar pegada a la pared y estar abuhardillado.

The living and dining rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable, giving it a very homey feel, especially when inside on a rainy first day. The bedrooms were basic with comfortable beds and bedding. The location was far enough away from the busy center of town to be quiet, but close enough for an easy walk to most places of interest.

The stairs up to the apartment were often dark on entry as there were switches on each landing but not the main entry floor, making for a dark first flight of steps. The washer/dryer, while handy to have, only had confusing symbols for the various cycles, making it a bit of a guessing game. The kitchen would be benefit from a few more basic tools, such as a strainer, cheese grater, and a baking sheet for the oven.

The location was good, it was in walking distance to downtown Bergen. Close to bus line and Bergen attractions we wanted to see. It felt safe. The beds were super comfortable. Liked the heated bathroom floor. Liked having laundry facilities in the apartment.

Shower had some mold in it. I felt like the bathroom could have been cleaner. Maybe a few extra towels would have been nice. Didn't like the stairs going up to the apartment or the entry steps. Host didn't respond to emails.

I did not expect to have to make my own bed. Stripping the bed at the end would have been fine, but I have never stayed at a place where I had to make the beds. I see that it shows that the linens are clean, but that chore makes the experience less welcoming. Providing coffee and tea would have been great appreciated. Mold in the shower was unsightly and unclean.

The stairs getting down and up from the bedrooms and bathroom are very steep. Be aware if you have elderly people in your group. The last bedroom has no access to the wifi. We got locked out of the apartment. We were told that happens sometimes as the code lock needs fixing. Not helpful! No response via booking.com messages so I had to call. I really don’t like leaving negative feed back but this time it was warranted.

Το αρνητικο ειναι οτι δεν παρεχει σαμπουαν και αφρολουτρο και σε μας ελλειπε και το πατακι μπανιου. Στις παροχες,βεβαια, δεν αναφερει οτι παρεχει τα σχετικα,λεπτομερεια ομως που δεν θα προσεχαμε ποτε! Ειναι το μοναδικο καταλυμα που μπηκα για μπανιο και βγηκα απραγη,το πρωτο βραδυ!!!🤨

Nagyon szép, tiszta szállás a belvárosban, pár perc séta a kikötő. A lakásba kapukóddal lehet bejutni melyet a szállásadó küld el érkezés előtt. Részletes és világos útmutatót kaptunk a bejutáshoz, minden gördülékeny volt. Mosókapszulát kaptunk a mosáshoz, van szárítógép. A konyha jól felszerelt.

A szagelszívón keresztül kis alapzaj volt hallható állandóan, és a lépcsőházban mindig az ajtó előtt hagytak takarítóeszközöket valamint csereágyneműket, de ezek csupán apró észrevételek.

The apartment was very nice, cosy, and beautifully maintained. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the features we appreciated most was the large windows with blinds, which allowed plenty of natural light while still providing privacy when needed. The apartment was bright, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The layout was excellent for our group of five. The apartment has three bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds, ensuring everyone had a good night's sleep. The beds were spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also very happy to find both a washer and dryer available. After several days of travelling, it was extremely convenient to be able to do our laundry and start the next part of our journey with clean clothes. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and ideal for families or small groups. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If you want to mention any negatives separately (like parking, stairs, or check-in), I can draft a **"What Could Be Improved"** section as well.

The main issue we encountered was the front door lock. After a long day of travelling, we were unable to open the door and had to wait about 30–45 minutes for assistance. The owner was responsive and arranged for a technician to come the next morning. After being shown the correct technique, we were able to use the lock without further issues. Another point to note is that the stairs leading down to the bedrooms are quite steep. As not-so-young travellers, we found them a little challenging and somewhat intimidating, especially when carrying luggage or moving around at night. We appreciate the owner's efforts to resolve the door issue promptly, but clearer instructions for the lock and a warning about the steep stairs would be helpful for future guests.

The bathroom is a bit tight for us non Europeans,especially for a family of 5, but definitely just a minor inconvenience.

Excellent location. A short walk to the town centre. Plenty of restaurants close by. Located on a quiet street - no noise in the evening. Very little traffic in the area.

Strange bathroom layout. Long and narrow. Awkward toilet location - not good at all for anyone over 1.8m tall. No elevator.
