As Booking.com acknowledged in your previous message, this property failed to provide basic services and the host was unresponsive throughout my stay. Before arriving in Ushuaia, I made several attempts to contact the host by phone, through Booking.com, and by email, but I never received a response. After I arrived, I continued trying to reach them without success. All of my calls, messages, and emails were ignored. The only reason we eventually received a reply was because my partner contacted the host using her phone number. Had she not done so, I believe we would never have received any response at all. There was no hot water for several days. We first reported the issue more than 48 hours ago, but despite our repeated messages, emails, and phone calls, the host failed to resolve the problem or provide any meaningful assistance. Hot water is an essential service that was advertised as part of the accommodation and should have been available at all times. I would also like to emphasize that I stayed in Ushuaia, where temperatures were below freezing. In these conditions, hot water is not a luxury—it is a basic necessity. Being unable to take a hot shower for several days made the accommodation unsuitable and caused significant discomfort. The lack of communication and the absence of such an essential service caused unnecessary stress and seriously affected my trip. I booked this property expecting the minimum standards of hospitality and the services advertised on Booking.com, but those expectations were not met.

La cama eran dos juntas por lo que resultó un poco incómodo.

no pude establecer comunicación con los anfitriones fuera del horario de atte. de oficinas o durante el fin de semana tuve dos consultas importantes y nadie contestó. tuve la oportunidad, después, de conversar sobre el tema, con ellos y prometieron solucionarlo

La vista es hermosa, el depto bello y muy calentito

Había alarma que sonaba MUY fuerte al menos una vez por día en todo el edificio (al parecer, se activa cuando alguien del edificio fuma adentro de su casa). Fue MUY dificil hablar con un humano, ya sea para consultar sobre esa alarma que se activo 4 am la primera vez, como para reservar el spa. También habia vajilla sucia en el departamento.

Supuestamente tenía una habitación, lo reserve por eso y no era así. Tenía una cama separada por unas varillas de madera tipo pallet que hacía de "pared". Además, una de las camas que me dieron era un sillón cama incomodísimo que cuando les pedí que me la cambien, me dijeron que ellos siempre aclaran que es sillón-cama, revisé todas las comunicaciones de ellos y no fue así, nunca me avisaron. El lugar en sí tiene unas vistas hermosas, pero la atención y el servicio es malísimo.

La limpieza, la calidad de la ropa de cama, la climatización excelente. Y la vista a la Bahía Lapataia, frente al canal de Beagle. Ver los despegues y aterrizajes de los aviones, el ingreso de los cruceros y catamaranes una belleza desayunar viendo eso. Para volver definitivamente!!!

Que hay que acostumbrarse a que no ves una cara visible que te recibe y a quien entregarle las llaves. En muchos hospedajes hacen lo mismo. Ni bueno ni malo es así. El trato por Whatsapp cordial nada para decir. Todo ok.

la comunicación, tuvimos inconveniente con wifi y lo solucionaron a pesar que no se encontraban ahí.

A vista da cidade e do Porto, enquanto tomava o café da manhã

O anfitrião só dá o mínimo do mínimo. Não há toalha para enxugar mãos ou pratos na cozinha após a lavagem, não há como secar os pratos, não há Açucareiro, ou qualquer outro utensílio pra armazenar comidas que comprávamos, como granola, biscoito, manteiga, tudo ficava desorganizado porque não se comprou um simples recipiente de plástico. Sequer prendedores de sacos para não deixar os produtos murcharem. Improvisei açucareiro, manteigueiro e cotonete com copo plástico. Não havia saco Plástico para troca do lixo, tinha que ser pedido, pois apesar de alugarmos por 10 dias só tinha 1. Então eu pegava do mercado, quando fazia compras. Papel higiênico acabou, porque só deixaram mais um rolo em cada banheiro. Não tinha uma Almofada na sala pra deixar confortável o sofá. Péssima internet, reclamamos 3 vezes e nada foi melhorado. Tentávamos assistir filme e não podia, travava. Gravei e enviei e nada…O profissional indicado no contato que fiz sequer nos respondeu na segunda tentativa de chamar ajuda. A dormida não é boa, os Quartos são claros, tirei foto, o bloqueador era péssimo, quando o sol nascia cedo da manhã, todos acordavam. Não voltaria!

Es tal cual lo que se muestra en las publicaciones. Hermosas vistas al Canal. El complejo super tranquilo.

Se podría agregar algún tender o elemento para colgar la ropa y toallas mojadas. Sobretodo en el dpto que tiene el patio/balcon. También seria bueno contar con el recambio de toallas cada 3 o 4 días.

The Hotel/apartment however you called that,was clean. But the service was terrible,you feel like you are talking to robot and not to a person

Very poor service,there isn’t reception and it’s feel like you talking to a Robot. Me and my wife came to Honeymoon and we chose this far hotel because the spa room that wasn’t available,just in wired hours. The location is so poor and far from everything,and if you send a message to the host the answer is very disrespectfully and feels like he doing a favor to me. There is better hotels/apartments in the city with same facilities and even better price. I will definitely never come back again and not recommend

Cómoda propiedad, instalaciones modernas y de calidad . Relación precio /calidad súper acorde a pocos minutos de cerro castor . Saliendo del hospedaje es común encontrar kioskos y drugstores. También carnicerias y supermercados.

Muy buena ubicación para quienes va al Cerro Castor. Los departamentos son cómodos y se encuentran muy bien equipados.

Colchones algo duros. Justo nos tocó un departamento que daba al estacionamiento y entraba bastante luz al cuarto.

Departamento muy completo, comodo, buena ubicacion para ir al Cerro Castor, muy buena vista, facil check in y check out, buena predisposición de la administración para atender pedidos. El servicio de locker de esqui y lavarropas gratuitos son un plus muy valioso

Los blackout de los cuartos son muy malos, entra muchisima luz, dificultaba descansar cuando amanecia. El mini market en el mismo edificio es una buena idea, pero el horario es muy limitado, cierra a las 17 hs cuando generalmente uno vuelve al departamento siempre despues de esa hora, por lo que pierde utilidad

Appartment is very nice, clean, well equiped, nice bed, good staff. The view from the appartment is really spectacular and it’s worthy staying there just for it. Not much around the apt, the area has not much to offer, but if you have car or a willing to move around it doesn’t matter, the town is just ‘10 away. Great choice.

Pegamos o quarto com vista para as montanhas, nevou muito nos dias em que ficamos ali, foi perfeito! Tem um mercadinho próximo, bem acessível! Uber fácil de conseguir no local, mas não conseguimos delivery para o local, não sei se era pela localização ou quase nenhum estabelecimento faz delivery lá Achamos que o acesso a parte do spa era liberado, mas pelo que entendi só pagando a parte, não podendo conhecer o espaço sem agendamento!

Adorei tudo, local perfeito para quem quer esquiar, 25 min de carro do cerro e 15 min do centro. Acho que poderia ter taça de vinho, uma vassoura maior e local para secar as toalhas de banho. Amei tudo

EL COMPLEJO ESTA UBICADO ESTRATEGICAMENTE PARA LOS QUE QUEREMOS IR AL CERRO A ESQUIAR, TARDAS 20 MINUTOS Y YA ESTAS EN LA BASE. NOSOTROS ES LA CUARTA TEMPORADA Q NOS ALOJAMOS AHI. TODO EL DTO ES MUY MODERNO , PROLIJO Y LIMPIO. La calefaccion es un 10! LA ATENCION DEL LUGAr es excelente, siempre intentan solucionar cualquier tema, incluso fuera de horario de atencion. Las llaves te dan una clave de ingreso y listo. todo excelente

LO UNICO QUE NO ME PARECIO COMODA ES LA CAMA, QUIZAS ES PERSONAL, PERO ME PARECE DURA Y LAS SABANAS HACEN MUCHO RUIDO , AUENQ NO LO CREAN. Al dto le faltaria unpoco de decoracion para hacerlo mas calido, como alfombra en el sector tele, y cortinas q amortiguen un poco tanto ruido de los otros pisos.

Great, new hotel! We loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Make sure you make a reservation in advance. It is far from the city but it is easy to get a taxi.

El lugar está amplio y bien equipado, sin embargo está muy lejos de la ciudad. Debes tomar taxi forzosamente. Tardaron más de una hora en entregar la habitación y cuando lo hicieron estaba sucia, edredon sucio y toallas con pelos.

It was extraordinary. The apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed, with huge windows facing the bay. The staff were helpful. We used the spa once, which was a nice treat at the end of a hike. Note that you need to reserve the spa well in advance.

The kitchen could have been more equipped, and the beds didn’t feel 100% clean

- Bed very comfortable, room quiet - Great view from room and the spa - kitchen small but good - spa is ok - but need to order in advance, and not always available

- no comfortable chair to sit with laptop, neither in room nor lobby - curtains in room completely ineffective, at 7am, in summer, room full of sunlight - a bit remote, need uber/car to get to city - no shower in spa, need to return to room after sauna, or go sweaty into the Jacuzzi

The spa was great but we only had the option to use it once for 1.5h during our stay. The staff was really nice and helpful

The location was far from everything touristy - we spend extra time and money taking Uber all the time. Also watch out for the room selection - I opted for mountain view room and the pictures of the room has the scenic view of sea and mountains. However we only got a room looking over a construction site and mountains in the back of the building - so not a scam, but slightly misleading..

El anfitrion se pasa de malo a pesimo, es un señor con cero amabilidad, no es alguien que te pueda ayudar ante una urgencia, una duda o sobre darte un servicio adicional. No atiende llamadas fuera de su horario de oficina, no hay un numero para casos de emergencias o necesidades especiales fuera del horario de oficina. Vi personas que se quedaron fuera de su apartamento y no podian ingresar, por que dejaron la llave dentro y no recordaban el codigo de seguridad de su habitaciòn y llamar al Administrador y no atenderles. Nunca nos ofrecieron las amanidades que tiene el edificio, no sabiamos como se podian utilizar. El apartamento tiene vistas hermosas, pero si tomas esta reserva, ten presente que el administrador, no es ni para dar un gracias o un buenos dias de respuesta ante un mensaje en el celular.

Apartamento novo e confortável, contudo bem longe do centro da cidade, em uma região que não inspirava segurança. Nosso apartamento tinha vista para a montanha, mas acredito que a vista para o lago seria mais interessante.

One of our best stays so far. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Super professional and well organised team. Clean comfortable and a view to die for!!! Full laundry and Spa facilities was the cheery on the cake! What a spoil to have all that! Parking outside super safe and convenient location to get in and out of town.

Lugar espetacular em Ushuaia. Aparatamento excelente, espaçoso e com calefação impecável. Indicamos e voltaremos!

- The most amazing thing about this apartment is the sea view. No doubt! - The building has a sauna and spa, which is available if asking the staff in advance. The spa and sauna are included in the price, and you have it for 90 minutes, no other people. We used it 90 minutes almost every day. It is cleaned well. - The waterfalls, beaches and forests not too far from Turek are lovely. - There is a nice shopping mall and some supermarkets not too far away.

- The wifi was terrible. Perhaps the worst wifi I have experienced. Was almost impossible to watch movies. - The location is not ideal. It has many street dogs, some of which are scary. And lots of dog poo and abandoned cars. We did see a guy walking with what we believe to be a gun. - The nearby roads are full of dust and it takes a walk on some not very charming roads to get around.

Low permanence of the recepcion.

Beautiful property with an amazing view. It’s too far to walk from center of town. No restaurants nearby so will have to drive into town. Currently the limited food delivery services will not deliver because it is too far from center of town. Has a full kitchen if your looking to cook.

The heating of the apartment, the spa, the view to the canal, availability of washing machine and a dryer. It was a great experience. + It is close to the treks outside of the city.

The location is not at the center but in 2000 pesos (2-3U$D) you can book a taxi to the center.

We like our stay at the property. It's a must to have a car, as it's located 20-30min away from the city center. The apartments are fine, well equiped and clean, but you will hear your neighbours (can bother at nights).

Superó mis expectativas

Crisp, clean and modern building. Very warm, lovely under floor heating. Free self serve laundry was super useful. Everything we needed was in the flat. Super view across the sound back, across to me sounds, Chile and the centre of Ushuaia.

Quite far out of town. We needed to use taxis all the time, which are dearer than elsewhere in Argentina. By the time we'd been in and out for a day's fun, then in and out for evening meal that would be £20. In Argentina people eat much later than in UK, so restaurants don't open until 7, so staying in town after returning from a day trip (eg: about 5pm) isn't a good option unless all you want is café style food. If you're renting a car or have your own it wouldn't be a problem.

checkin process needs to be optimized, we had to wait 1 h outside to get in the building. eventhough entry was just with a keypad and a code. There are Spa facilities, which are fully booked no chance to use with a stay of 2 nights. power outages seem common, hotels with this pricerange usually have generators to supply the least (water pressure for example)

- clean and modern suites with a fantastic view over Ushuaia and the sea - supermarkets near by - very friendly and helpful staff - perfect to get a little time off, watch the bay area and relax

- bad WLAN quality - really cheap (warped) cooking utensils - sometimes, a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom occures - really really hard mattrasses
