Reviewed Sep 11, 2026It was close to a market with a coffee shop attached to the hotel which hardly anyone used, but coffee was ok but behind the counter was a mess.
The beds were so firm there was no give in the mattress at all, requested a room change but all the rooms had beds with the same really hard we mattresses so we requested extra pillows and slept on them. Furniture old and bathroom needs updating, lack of hot water most of the time. Very noisy area all through the night, we considered moving to another hotel but the refund after the hotel made deductions made this prohibitive. Towels were plentiful if you requested them but just did not smell nice and clean. Staff seem to spend more time on their mobile phones and eating cooked food, which made the reception area smell bad. It is a long way from front or back beach but taxis are plentiful

I am 70 years old lady, carries heavy luggages, did not know where I was going that late night.. Terrible time I have got in my life . Hotel has cancelled my booking when I was in airplane..They should not has done that..

Giường hơi nhỏ cho gia đình 2 người lớn và 1 bé nhỏ. Nệm hơi cứng.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Gần biển gần trung tâm . Bạn ngồi ở quầy lễ tân bạn nam mình quên hỏi tên bạn ấy rất nhiệt tình và lịch sự , thái độ niềm nở vui vẻ sẵn sàng hỗ trợ . Nhân viện dọn dẹp cũng dễ chịu .
Nhà vệ sinh . Chắc do khách sạn đã cũ , toilet không được sạch lắm kiểu bị ố vàng . Và thang máy nhỏ và rất chậm .

Phòng có ban công, cửa sổ nhưng ở lầu 1 sẽ bị dính dây điện cao thế rất nguy hiểm. Ở lầu 6 thì phải đi bộ lên vì thang máy chỉ có 5 lầu. Vệ sinh ổn chứ không sạch lắm. Phòng cách âm bình thường nên nghe được tiếng ngoài cửa. Chỗ giữ xe không có ai canh nên khóa cổ
