Very clean hotel. No smoking no smell

Rooms is a little small

The guy at the reception was really kind and the room was cosy and relatively clean. The bed was nice and the mattress looked new. Location was really good, next to a beautiful mosque with a square and great places to get cheap breakfast in the morning. It's a good deal for this price (I booked the cheapest 1 person room. Came with a double bed tho)

However, the bathroom needs some fixing and a deep clean. The toilet wasn't secured to the ground so it moved pretty easily. The underside of the toilet was gross so if it moved you could see the buildup from under it. They also didn't have any laundry service which would have been really useful in my case. They don't advertise this I think so it's alright, but a little bit more help would have been nice. They said they didn't have clothing hangers or anything at all and they only helped me look for a laundrette when I asked specifically. The laundrette was needed to dry my clothes because for some reason they didn't dry at all in the room. Might be the climate or the room was just very humid, none of my towels ever dried either even when leaving the door and window open. Lastly there was a super bright street lantern right on front of my window and the curtains let most of the light through so it was as bright as day at night. I have a really good eye mask so it wasn't an issue for me, but if I didn't the night would've been pretty rough.

Проблема с парковкой. Нет кондиционера из за этого окна открыты. Очень Шумно ночью из за этого.отель на главной улице,машины гоняют без перерыва. Ночь прошла в ожидании быстрее уехать.

Der Service war wirklich super ! Die Mitarbeiter alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sauber.

Das Bad vor allem, war leider nicht sauber, schimmelig und rostig. Die Toilette war nicht dicht, sehr sehr eng, und die Tür hat geklemmt (bin einmal fast nicht mehr aus dem Bad gekommen).

Hotel má dobrou polohu, personál je velmi ochotný, za danou cenu je tam vše, co by člověk očekával.

Good value for money compared to other hotels in Kars. Simple and functional. Top location right in the center. 10 minutes walk from train and bus stations. Staff is friendly and offered us tea on arrival and departure. Late check in. Seemed clean.

needs proper window blinds as it is a little too bright from outside street lights during the night would be good to have at least a kettle in the room to make some tea or coffee wifi is too slow and often cuts out, needs better router setup. no room service or fresh towels on multi day stays.

L'hôtel est au cœur de la ville historique, ma chambre était confortable et propre, le personnel agréable, et le tarif abordable. Bus pour la nouvelle gare routière (avec un peu de marche pour terminer) pratiquement en face de l'hôtel.

L'hébergement est passable pour y passer une nuit

Les toilettes n'étaient pas fonctionnelles. Je l'ai signalé dès mon arrivée, on m'a dit que le nécessaire allait être fait dans l'heure. Deux heures après, toujours rien, je relance donc le personnel. 4 heures plus tard, en revenant d'une balade je demande si elles ont été réparées et mon me regarde avec un grand sourire pour me dire non. A mon départ j'ai donc demande au gérant de l'établissement d'avoir un remboursement partiel. On m'a généreusement offert une éventuelle réduction si je revenais un jour...

Reception was polite and helpful in answering my questions despite the language barrier. The hotel is the best location you can get as it is right on the main shopping street and the castle/old Kars are only 15 mins by walk.

If you are sensitive to noise, keep in mind that this hotel is in the loudest part of the city so it may not be ideal for you in that case. Some very minor cleanliness issues such as a rotten grape in the corner of the room lol.

Het hotel is op 10 minuten lopen van het station en ook op loopafstand van het busstation van waar vandaan je richting Georgië kunt reizen. Dus heel handig gelegen. Het is wel aan een centrumstraat maar 's nachts is het er rustig. De kamer was uitstekend zeker gezien de zeer redelijke prijs. De receptist en zijn chef waren erg aardig en gastvrij. Ze spraken ook goed engels en konden ons prima van informatie voorzien. Waarschijnlijk reis ik volgende maand weer door Kars en dan ga ik hier graag weer overnachten.

Het "fancy" gordijn in de kamer vond ik erg mooi om te zien, maar bleek totaal niet goed in het tegenhouden van licht dus werd ik erg vroeg wakker.

Alles alt, kaputt und dreckig. Würde ich nicht noch einmal nehmen

Great location, central to everything and a short walk to the bus station. The room was compact and very clean with a window overlooking the mosque. The staff had limited English but were friendly and kind.Good value for a solo traveller.

There was some street noise until quite late and the room was very light.

Very comfortable room and good value

L'emplacement est central dans la rue principale de Kars. La chambre est bien isolée thermiquement. Le personnel d'accueil est réactif et nous a conseillés pour notre itinéraire et sur les transports disponibles.

Peu d'isolation phonique avec le couloir et les autres chambres. L'escalier de l'hôtel est un peu dangereux. Il n'y a pas vraiment d'entretien quotidien de la chambre. La couette du lit double est un peu petite.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et le personnel vraiment au top (petit plus, ils parlent anglais). Le gérant m’a même guidé dans les rues en m’expliquant l’histoire de la ville. Les chambres sont petites mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le rapport/qualité prix est au top.

Good Location

The room was small but had everything I needed. The linens were clean, as was everything else. I’m quite sporty, so I had no problem climbing up to the fourth floor, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind. The staff were truly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful! I even got sick during my stay, and they assisted me with such kindness. Many thanks from the heart!

Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Busbahnhof.

Es ist alles ein wenig verwohnt. Das Bett war extrem weich.Für den Preis aber völlig ok. Mehr als eine Nacht würde ich nicht dort verbringen.

The room could've used thicker curtains - there was a street lamp right outside the window so the room was always lighted up even during the night.

Otelin konumu çok güzel ana cadde üzerinde. Banyo ve tuvalet temizlikte iyi değil. Odanın temizliği normal. Banyonun duşakabini çok dar. Sadece günübirlik konaklamalar için uygundur. Yatıp kalkıp gidecekler için çok uygun.

Oda temizliği kötüydü banyo giderinde uzun saçlar vardı. Cam açık olduğu için caddenin tozu içerideydi.

Very cheap stay, so don't expect much. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The furniture was broken. It was cold in the room and a bit damp. There was always water on the bathroom floor.

Hotel is easily accessible, clean room and very kind receptionist, all this at an affordable price, I recommand this hotel to people visiting Kars.

The location. I can walk to Kars Citadel and Fehtiye Cami. I got 3 beds in my rooms I slept on all.of them. Water pressure is good. WiFi is ok to work online. Many grocery shops and eateries in every blocks. The hotel owner is really helpful.

The last day I checkout, the hotel owner helped get me a taxi to Golden Karadeniz bus stop. It was agreed on the phone between the taxi driver and the owner that the fare was 250TL. Once I arrived at the bus, the driver charged me 420 TL. It was only a short ride. I paid 220 TL in Istanbul to SAW airport.I am surprised with the difference

Location was great and the staff were really helpful. The rooms were clean and have everything you need. For the price, I recommend this hotel.

The toilet was really hard to flush in the first room I stayed in. It was ok in the second one. Neither shower head stayed on the wall so you had to hold it to wash yourself. The blinds allow a lot of light through at night so I suggest bringing an eye mask.

Un séjour parfait à Kars dans cet hôtel en plein centre de la ville. C'est la Turquie comme je l'ai connu il y a des années. Les Turcs sont adorables,toujours prêts à aider. Cet hôtel est impeccable.

Very hospitable staff, made a great first impression! Good central location and nice rate for the small single room. Staff helped organize a day trip to Ani ruins which was a highlight. Good wifi and hot water always a plus!

Not much of a lobby, just a small sitting area, but nice views from the rooms.
