Beautiful hotel and helpful workers. They were always nice and helped us. Hotel was very clean and the room was bigger than we anticipated

Everything was perfect. One little thing about the neighbourhood is; you may not feel safe 300-400m away from the hotel towards the city center. Taking U4 directly from Margarita Gürtel station to city center (Karlzplatz) is perfectly fine by the way.

Room was a good size, and location was good close to the ubahns and taxis very cheap to travel around. It was clean and we had a lovely young lady help us who worked at the hotel she was called Emily or Emilia .

The separate toilet without a sink isnt really good. Didn't like that.

Die Matratze war bereits etwas durchgelegen. Außerdem spukte es im Zimmer: Mitten in der Nacht, einmal um 02:30 Uhr und dann erneut um 03:15 Uhr schaltete sich plötzlich von selbst die Nachttischlampe ein! Ich habe dann die Glühbirne entfernt

Al momento de tomar una ducha, el agua se salia de la zona de la ducha, lo que hacia que se mojara la seccion frente al lavabo. En un momento los asensores no estaban funcionando de forma correcta. Eligimos la opcion de no hacer aseo diario en la habitacion, sin embargo max son 2 dias sin aseo, cuando regresamos a la habitacion, las toallas no fueron cambiados y la ropa de cama solo fue acomodada pero no cambiada, los vasos tampoco fueron cambiados.

Отель чистый. Хороший. Комфортный. Рядом станция метро. До цента ехать на метро Ю4, зеленая ветка 2 остановки. Все быстро четко резко. Я бы только завтрак получше сделал. Но так все есть. Голодным не уйдешь.

Bel emplacement, propre, personnel aimable

Pas d’endroit pour le rangement et les bagages restent placer à même le sol, sur la moquette; pour une chambre supérieure, c’est assez inconfortable; aussi, aucune lumière (même douce) au balcon de la chambre. Tu ne sais pas rester longtemps au balcon… Quant au reste, tout était correct. Je peux vous le recommander à 100%.

Ausstattung im Zimmer und der sehr beengte Frühstückraum.

Gut gelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erschlossen

Sehr positiv war, dass wir bereits sehr früh einchecken konnten. Kaffeemaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert, auch nicht beim 3. Frühstück. Generell war ich vom Frühstück etwas enttäuscht, da habe ich bei Leonardo Hotels schon besser gegessen. Da es keine Duschtür gibt steht nach kurzer Zeit des Duschens das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser. Die eine Nachttischlampe war nicht vorhanden und die Kabel mit Klebeband abgedeckt. Etwas Pech, aber dann sind auch noch die Lifte ausgefallen.

Das Personal war super nett und zuvor kommend! Nach einer kurzen Nachricht wurde im Zimmer sogar Sekt zur Verfügung gestellt, zur Feier eines Jahrestags!

Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were surprisingly spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from day one. Location is great too—you can reach the city center in just 15–20 minutes, and there are metro and tram stations nearby. There's a Spar market close by, plus a 24/7 mini-market at a nearby gas station (Billa), which was a huge bonus at night. I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but overall it was a fantastic stay!

La struttura è molto vicina a due stazioni della metro e in pochi minuti sei nel centro di Vienna, anche grazie alla super efficienza dei mezzi. La struttura è pulita, non ho avuto molto modo di parlare con lo staff, ma sembravano veramente gentili e disponibili.

La doccia in stanza si allagava facilmente in quanto non c’era nessun gradino ma era filo pavimento. Noi non abbiamo usufruito della colazione in hotel, ma onestamente 18€ a persona per quello che ho visto offrisse il buffet (ci passavo ogni giorno per uscire dalla struttura) mi sembrano veramente eccessive, considerando una colazione italiana.

Parking navode garažu koja je ultra malena za malo veče vozilo, skupa i često nema mjesta. Dok u okolici ima znatno jeftinijih, pa čak i besplatnih mjesta za parking.

Comfortable hotel room and very easy to get to, a few stops along the tram route or bus.

Our reason for staying at this hotel was a four-day city trip to Vienna. We specifically requested an accessible room for a wheelchair user, and we were provided with one as requested. The bathroom was well designed and accessible, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated given the very hot weather outside. Another advantage of the hotel was the availability of several fast elevators, making it easy to move around the building. Overall, the hotel met our accessibility requirements and provided a comfortable stay.

Makkelijk bereikbaar en prima ligging voor een bezoek aan Wenen. Aangename verrassing was dat het laden van de auto gratis was, erg netjes!

Er was op beide dagen een gebrek aan personeel tijdens het ontbijt, waardoor het bijvullen van het eten en servies moeizaam verliep. Dit zal normaal gesproken waarschijnlijk soepeler verlopen

Kúpelňa aj záchod mali zašupovacie dvere. Keď som zavrela dvere od kúpelne, tak bolo vidieť, že tam ostali vlasy predchádzajúcich hostí. Myslím, že si to chyžné nevšimli.

Jöhettem ki, és mehettem át a testvérhotelük parkolóházába...

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut, man ist schnell bei den öffentlichen, kann aber auch zu Fuß einiges erleben.

Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel nichts außergewöhnliches, da haben wir schon öfters besser gefrühstückt. Es war okey, ich würde aber beim nächsten Mal lieber zum Bäcker um die Ecke gehen um ordentliche Brötchen und Aufstriche zu bekommen. Für die Menge an Menschen, ist einfach auch zu wenig Personal anwesend. Es war oft das die Gläser, Tassen, Brötchen etc. einfach leer waren und man erst was sagen musste. Aber ansonsten ist es ein gutes Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigung für ein paar Tage.

A decent, clean hotel, at a good price, close to the U4 subway; 3 stops to the city center (take direction Heiligenstadt, get off at Karlsplatz), and the same U4 underground 3 stops to the other side to Schönbrunn Palace (take direction Hutteldorf, get off at Schönbrunn station). If you don't hate walking, I recommend a walk from the hotel along Mariahilfer Straße to the epicenter of the city.

The entrance gate to the garage did not work upon arrival, there was no communication with the reception from that point, so we had to go around the hotel and ask them to open it manually for us to enter. The total stay at the reception later took a little longer than expected.

The staff was extremely nice and pleasant. We were able to check in earlier, and they explained everything very well. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. Despite being close to the train tracks, we were pleasantly surprised that the noise was not an issue at all.Overall, I would recommend this hotel. One small thing to keep in mind is that the surrounding area can feel a little less comfortable in the evening, so we preferred not to spend too much time outside the hotel after dark.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, with some cobwebs and dust. The surrounding area also felt a little less comfortable in the evening, so we preferred to return to the hotel earlier or take a taxi. The area felt quite unusual, and unfortunately, we noticed some drug-related activity nearby, even during the day. As this was our first visit to Vienna, I’m not sure whether this is typical for the area or for the city in general.

Wir haben einmal auswärtig gefrühstückt bzw das war super und günstig. Am letzten Tag Frühstück dazugebucht aber sehr enttäuschend .... Rührei war kalt und teilweise Lebensmittel geschmacklos... Butter war bei uns abgelaufen.... Unterkunft gut aber ohne Frühstück!!!!

A szoba nagyon pici volt, ahhoz képest, hogy erkélyes szoba volt hirdetve, helyette egy lyukat kaptunk, a falak nagyon koszosak, rengeteg por, a reggeliben nem sok választék volt. A plafon be volt repedve több helyen, a hajszárító meg csak úgy működött, ha folyamatosan nyomtuk a gombot, mivel be volt törve. Ha valaki csak egy éjszakára szállna meg, arra jó, több napra nem ajánljuk..

Eigentlich fast alles. Vor allem möchten wir die Sauberkeit und das Personal hervorheben. Austattung gut, Safe im Zimmer vorhanden - sehr toll.

Nicht so schlimm, aber ein zweiter Stuhl wäre toll, Ohrstäbchen bzw. allgemein etwas mehr Hygieneartikel wäre super und auch eine kleine mini-Bar.

U kupaonici su u prostoru za maramice pronađene su zamazane korištene maramice, što znači da nisu zamijenjene novima prije dolaska gostiju. Još mi se nije svidjelo što je wc u jednoj prostoriji a umivaonik u drugoj prostoriji.

Niente di grave: la connessione Wi-Fi è un po' lenta per lo standard che mi aspettavo: dovevo caricare dei file sul cloud e ci ho messo tantissimo perché ha un upload di circa 20 Mbps.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack mehr als genug Auswahl geboten. Perfekt war, dass unser Zimmer klimatisiert war bei Außentemperaturen zwischen 37 und 39 Grad Celcius eine Wohltat .

das Einzige,was etwas schade ist, dass man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt so gut wie keine Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für die persönlichen Sachen hat, wir haben also 10 Tage aus dem Koffer gelebt,das ist nicht so schön, da doch einige Textilien stark verknittert waren

From U4, you can easily reach central Vienna and the historic city center, including Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz.

Stanza pulita, colazione decente, non molto variegata ma che soddisfa chiunque e adatta anche per persone vegane. Posizione abbastanza comoda, in 5 minuti si riescono a raggiungere le fermate necessarie per andare ovunque.

L’assenza di cassetti e armadi dove riporre le proprie cose, l’asciugacapelli era di pessima qualità, si fermava di continuo rendendo l’utilizzo infattibile. Presenti diverse ragnatele al di fuori della struttura, ben visibili da fuori dalla finestra. Ultima cosa, non pensavo fosse così tanto vicina alla metro che passa, le finestre insonorizzano molto bene, ma essendo così vicino si sentono passare tutti i mezzi della metro, e ne passano in continuazione 24 ore su 24.

Very good hotel near 2 Metro lines. Very simply to travel from the hotel in whatever directions. I believe the hotel was quite recently renowed, rooms are not big but very efficient. AC is functioning very well both in rooms and looby. One side of the hotel is towards a external Metro line. I do not know the noise in rooms oriented in that direction Good breakfast, fair regarding price/quality. Undergroud parking for 20-25 Eur/night. but if you get in weekend saturday and sunday is free parking on streets.

Towels were not changed in the period we stayed. ( 3 nights). And is quite difficult to have them dry when you shower two time per day. Outside temperatures were 37C when we were there... Indeed I never leave the towels on the floor.
