Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, nie było problemu by dogadać się po angielsku. Parking zarówno na świeżym powietrzu jak i zadaszony, auto można było zostawić przed godziną zameldowania (po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu i potwierdzeniu dostępności miejsca) bez dodatkowych opłat. Blisko hotelu stacja metra i przystanek tramwajowy, bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z centrum. Pokój był duży i przestronny, łóżka wygodne, pościel i ręczniki czyste. Na plus toaleta oddzielona od łazienki.

Łazienka pozostawiała trochę do życzenia, ogólnie była czysta, jednak pod prysznicem było widać grzyb i pleśń. Toaleta malutka, a po otwarciu okna wlatywały osy, więc w pobliżu musiało być gniazdo. Lodówka bardzo słabo chłodziła.

Das Frühstück hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der tolle Biergarten mit guter Küche und noch besserem gebrauten Bier - lecker :-) Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Parkettboden, Klimaanlage und stilvoll eingerichtet - TOP !

Sortierung der Fernsehprogramme (große Lücken).

Die Baustelle mit dem entsprechenden Lärm war nicht so schön.

Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein bzw. gründlicher gesaugt. Den Preis für das Frühstück finde ich persönlich auch zu hoch.

Very comfortable and clean and good access to the attractions about 20 minutes on the Subway or tram I'm very near to the palace. A native train station where you can get a bus to the airport starts were very nice. They let me store my luggage after I checked out

The mattress kept on sliding off the bed

Very nice, clean, close to the tube, the staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, das Personal sehr höflich und wertschätzend, die Zimmer und das Restaurant auf einem sehr hohen Niveau.

Es gibt keine Verbesserungsvorschläge von meiner Seite.

Nebyly spokojený pořád něco děje chybí župany, papuče, nebyla čistá povlečení a ručník zbyly málo,Ať prostě dá do pořádku. Hlavně pokojská uklízečka ať dá do pořádku!

Very comfortable establishment in a quiet neighbourhood. The Front Office staff were very helpful. The associated restaurant was very good and I enjoyed its typical Viennese dishes. Extensive menu and the clientele was in majority Viennese / Austrians.

Unser Zimmer war prima nach hintenraus mit zwei Einzellbetten. Das Essen und besonders das hauseigene Bier, war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuss vom Westbahnhof zu erreichen. Von hier sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Nur eine Sache der Türgriff war leider lose.

Abbiamo soggiornato circa una settimana all'inizio di settembre 2026 con la famiglia per un viaggio di piacere. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era bellissima, due grandissime camere da letto, mansardate, con tre bagni. A tal proposito ci è sembrata un po' strana la disposizione dei sanitari: a parte il fatto che in uno dei bagni c'era il bidet (cosa più unica che rara all'estero!), il water si trovava in un altro bagno e solo in quello! Non effettuano la pulizia delle stanze se non a richiesta e, quando l'abbiamo richiesta hanno sistemato solo una delle due camere! Cmq a parte questo siamo stati molto bene. Inoltre l'albergo si trova vicino alla fermata di una stazione della metro comodissima che ci ha permesso di raggiungere il centro in pochissimi minuti. Altra cosa positiva da segnalare, si trovano diversi locali per mangiare nelle vicinanze.

Не має холодильника в номері,і поряд йде будівництво житлового будинку,до самої ночі, стояв гул,також вранці вже в 5 ранку вони розпочинали свої ремонтні роботи,тож навіть зачинені вікна не врятували ситуацію.

Het was een fijn bed maar de kussens waren heel zacht maar dit is vaak bij hotels.

It was a great apartment. The staff was friendly, we were able to leave our bags for the day after checking out and it was a fairly early check in time. The beds were very nice.

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable, flimsy, very little stuffing. It is kind of a small thing, but not sleeping well affects everyone...

Ich wohnte 2 Wochen im Hotel Brauhof. Die Lage ist klasse - mit der Strassenbahn (Station Staglgasse, etwas 100m entfernt) ist man eine Station von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Westbahnhof" entfernt. Von dort ist man mit der U 3 in 5 Stationen am Stephansplatz, im Herzen von Wien. Geldautomat, Apotheke und Billa-Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe. Die Mariahilferstrasse bietet obendrein viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad ebenfalls. Meinem Wunsch nach einer Badewanne wurde entsprochen. Auf der Matraze konnte ich gut schlafen. Der Biergarten war klasse, genau das Richtige fuer laue Sommerabende, das Bier schmeckte sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die blonde Dame im Fruehstuecksraum z. B. begruesste mich jedem Morgen mit strahlendem Lächeln und brachte mir den Kaffee an den Tisch. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet fand ich erstklassig, Mittag-/Abendessen wuerde ich mit Schulnote 2- bewerten, aber das ist halt Geschmackssache.

Die TV-Verbindung hatte ab und an Aussetzer (keine Ahnung, ob man da etwas machen kann). Die Holzstuehle im Zimmer und im Biergarten wurden bei längerem Sitzen schnell sehr unbequem. Ich hätte mir einen kleinen und einfachen Tisch fuer den Fernsehsessel gewuenscht.

Premajhna garažna hiša za naše avtomobile, na ulicah pa ni prostora za parkiranje, tako da smo mogli v drago parkirno hišo, ki pa je sicer bila zelo blizu hotela. Brez hladilnika, ki pa je v vročih dneh skoraj nujen.

Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt! Frühstück ist mit 19€ zu teuer für das was man geboten bekommt. Sah alles sehr abgezählt aus.

Δεν είχε ψυγείο - πραγματικά τραγικό. Επίσης, δεν είχε σεντόνια στο κρεβάτι - είχε μόνο το κάλυμμα του στρώματος, το οποίο ήταν γεμάτο τρίχες. Στο μπάνιο έβρισκες τρίχες σε διάφορα σημεία - η δε τουαλέτα δεν είχε κάποια ένδειξη ότι είχε απολυμανθεί.

Posizione centrale, comodissima per gli spostamenti. Appartamento grande, pulito e con tutti in confort. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Luogo perfetto anche per degustare un pasto tipico e bere un'ottima birra prodotta da loro

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal hier und waren mit dem Zimmer wie immer sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Ausstattung und schöne Einrichtung. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Apartment. Die Fotos stimmen zu 100%. Sehr große Küche!! Das Bett ist am Rand sehr weich, aber sonst sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!!

Wir hatten ein sehr schmutziges Zimmer erwischt, dass ist uns in diesem Hotel noch nie passiert. Geschirtücher haben wir auch keine gefunden.

Exceptionally large room. It was an apartment and not a hotel room. The place was very clean, modern, fresh, and huge beds.

Breakfast was not included and it would have been 20 euro per person.

Location of the hotel is good, there is a parking you can book from the front desk, but it's a bit expensive for the whole day (like in the whole city in fact).

There was a kitchen in the room but not well equiped to use the oven for example. The kitchen equipement were not clean lot of dust on the plates and into the glasses. The room was nice and big but the maintenance has to be improved by a lot, for example, when taking a shower there was a lot leaking from the shower's door, the water was leaking from the faucet aswell. Room not cleaned after the 1st night, had to request for the cleaning for the second night and I was told that the cleaning service should have come event when not requested. Not a 4 stars hotel, but a good 3. Not a bad stay, but not sure to book it again on a future stay.

Очень большой отель, на рецепшене быстро оформили, у нас был номер не в самом здании отеля где рецепшен, а в другом здании, с терассой, мы когда приехади был дождь, около 20 часов и девушка на рецепшене просто рукой показала в какую сторону идти, и мы искали наш номер довольно долго, потому что нужно было пройти через бар, выйти во двор, оттуда на парковку и вот там вообще не понятно куда, я бегала под дождем в темноте и вглядывалась в цифры на дверях, потому что кроме цифр номера ничего не было понятно, ну каким-то образом я его нашла, это может показаться мелочью, но в тот момент, с сумками, так как машину я оставила на соседней улице, после 8 часов за рулем, не хотелось этим заниматься, было бы здорово, если бы в ту часть отеля работник проводил людей Номер был большой, с удобными кроватями

Я не знаю как это возможно, но в ванной убрали наполовину, были чистые полотенца и чистая душевая, а вот на унитазе был пепел с сигареты и раковина была мокрая, в волосах после бритья и с баночкой открытого и использованного геля для душа Ну и на терассе полная пепельница, пепельницу я увидела только утром, когда вышла пить кофе Мы не завтракали, но около восьми утра, я пошла в ресторан и смогла купить кофе, отдельно от завтрака, это замечательная функция, кофе был очень вкусным Во всем остальном претензий нет

Nous avions un très grand appartement pour 4, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. Le système de double fenêtres assure une grande tranquillité pour dormir. Le prix est très correct pour Vienne.

Il y avait beaucoup de poussières sur les meubles de l'appartement, les meubles sont abîmés mais fonctionnels. Il suffirait de peu de choses pour que cet appartement soit vraiment très agréable. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre mais il y a un tramway qui permet de raccourcir un peu la marche (il faut compter entre 30 et 45 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre historique). L'équipement de la cuisine est basique mais pour une nuit, cela suffisait. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée mais nous avons pu en récupérer auprès de l'accueil.

Locatia hotelului este buna, personalul amabil, mancarea delicioasa, berea produsa in incinta hotelului foarte buna.

Am.fost cazati intr-un corp secundar al hotelului unde curatenia in camera si baie lasa de dorit, saltelele, lenjeriile si prosoapele nu au fost la nivelul asteptarilor pt hotel de 4 stele.

L'hotel è in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città, comodo sia ai tram che alla metropolitana. Ho soggiornato in una suite/appartamento molto spaziosa, comoda, ben attrezzata e con un bel balcone con vista città. L'hotel dispone anche di un ristorante-birreria, molto frequentato e di cui ho apprezzato sia la birra artigianale che i piatti tipici proposti. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile, pronto ad intervenire per ogni tipologia di esigenza.

Sostanzialmente è andato tutto bene, ho lasciato solo alcuni piccoli consigli per completare un po' la disponibilità di attrezzatura per la zona cucina.

Appartamento spazioso . Dotato di lavastoviglie, e cucina( no microonde), frigo senza congelatore. Arredamento non sempre curato. Alcune cose da rivedere Pulizia da migliorare. Nel complesso però ci siamo trovati bene. A 5 minuto a piedi dalla metropolitana e con di fronte anche una caffetteria/ panetteria per fare colazione.

La cosa che mi ha infastidito è quella che essendo affacciato in un giardino comune non si potevano aprire le tende perché si era visti da tutti!

Die Nähe zum Westbahnhof

Die Erreichbarkeit des Zimmers innerhalb des Hotels ist katastrophal. Es gibt keinen Zugang mit Aufzug bis zum 3. Stock. Die Zimmer liegen völlig abgelegen vom Haupthaus in einem anderen Gebäudeteil. Man muss, um ins Zimmer zu kommen, über weitläufige Flure laufen, Treppen steigen, alles wahnsinnig umständlich zu erreichen. Die Buchung des Hotels kann auf gar keinen Fall empfohlen werden.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è accogliente e l'appartamento per 4 persone è molto grande, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione molto comoda per i mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze ci sono fermate di autobus e collegamenti con la metropolitana, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente il centro e le principali attrazioni della città. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole visitare Vienna. Consigliato!

Magari avrei preferito un tavolo in cucina e 4 sedie,che sarebbe stato sicuramente più comodo per mangiare e utilizzare lo spazio.

AC was dead. The staff promised to send over a mechnician but never happend. They provided complimentary breakfast to compensate this invonvinience.

El apartamento es amplio y muy bien ubicado. Una calle comercial y a la vez tranquila, el transporte público a pocos minutos y el personal muy resolutivo y atento , todo un detalle las cápsulas de café y la recogida de basura diaria en él apartamento, para nosotros ha sido una sorpresa , porque no lo sabíamos y la recogían a diario cuando no estábamos

The beds were great as well as the bathroom. Basic but nice room.

The biggest issue in our room was the lack of daylight. Our room had windows though when you open the curtains there is no in between curtain to avoid that anyone can see you. As we had neighbors across, that wasn’t a great feeling.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel zu einem wirklich günstigen Preis. Schönes Ambiente, alles wird gemäß Namen mit dem Brauen in Verbindung gebracht.

Ich finde auch nach längeren Überlegen nichts zum Aussetzen.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Anfangs gab es ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer, aber die Rezeptionistin hat alles getan, damit wir schnell ein neues Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage bekommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! 😊

El trato personal y la ubicación a 2 km del centro y restaurantes por todo lugar y a buen precio.

Great space, comfy beds and well needed aircon.

Location wasn’t great - felt we were a bit away from things. The hotel itself seemed the only decent place to get a drink and food in the evening.

Zimmer und Ausstattung waren sauber und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr groß. Personal war mega freundlich.
