Amazing stay with my teenage kids. Staff were lively and helpful. The property was a hidden gem. The rooms were clean and new.

It was truly a wonderful hotel. Even the little things that you often find missing in hotels had been thought of. It was both so aesthetically beautiful and stylish, yet also well-organized, with every possible need taken into consideration. I definitely would have loved to stay longer. The hotel isn’t located directly inside the castle in the Old Town, but it’s still very central.

Amazing location and staff - house keeping was impeccable and really impressive. Lovely style and lay out would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in Rhodes.

Location of Casa Natura is wonderful as everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants and bars are close by and you can walk to both the old medieval town and the beach in 10-15 minutes. The feel of the courtyard area was very inviting and we loved the decor and calm aspect of the property.

Although the room was beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing our bed and pillows were too hard and we could not get comfortable and did not sleep well. Unfortunately this was not helped by early morning noise from reception which was a problem. On our first morning as we were woken at 7:30 when the kitchen and cleaning staff arrived and were talking loudly in reception. Breakfast is 15 euros per person extra and in our opinion was not worth it. There are lots of eateries on your doorstep where breakfast provides greater choice and is better value.

The location could not have been more perfect and the staff were so friendly and always happy to help and offer recommendations. The design of the rooms and courtyard felt luxury but authentic and the bed was the cosiest bed I’ve ever slept in! Breakfast offered a range of traditional Greek sweet and savoury options with fresh juice and coffee. Overall 10/10 would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

It was a beautiful space, a calm oasis amongst busy streets and the room was beautiful - very spacious and perfect for our little family of three. Breakfast in the courtyard was very peaceful

Only the 30euro additional nightly charge for the 7 year old child which added to our cost for two nights when we only arrived at 8pm the first night and was only a couple of extra sheets and pillows on a bed which was already in the room. But otherwise it was a beautiful space and although parking was impossible in the area, we enjoyed our short stay and proximity to walk to the old town and beach

Great location, amazing breakfast and very nice rooms

While the main window in the room has a black out curtain, the second window only has a thin blind. This means the room is very light in the mornings which caused us to wake up early. There is also a church nearby which starts ringing its bells at 6am. The room while nice and well maintained is not sound proof. There were some very loud guests for 2 nights who sat outside in the communal breakfast area drinking. When we spoke to the hotel about this (as it was stopping us from being able to sleep) the evening receptionist said people can make as much noise as they want until midnight and suggested that maybe we should have booked a villa. While he later said they would agree to a 11pm curfew on noise - this really put a dampener on our experience with the hotel. It is advertised as a quiet retreat - not a party hotel. The noise was so bad we booked another hotel for the second night.

The hotel is well located and just beautiful. Our room was very clean, spacious and very beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a great breakfast in a gorgeous litlle courtyard. The staff was very friendly and gave us some great tips. We warmly recommend Casa Natura.

Absolut perfekte Lage in der Stadt Rhodos, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß bestens zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragenden Mitarbeiter. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt.

Prachtige kamers, geweldig ontbijt, lieve mensen die er werken. De ligging midden in het gezellige centrum maar toch is het rustig in het hotel.

It is in a very noisy location. Even the children of other guests can easily be heard from the rooms. The rooms also definitely need mosquito screens on the windows. I lost 2 nights of sleep because of the mosquitos. The bathroom was tiny; I couldn’t even close the door. The interior decoration was lovely throughout the hotel and the staff was wonderful.

Zeer goede locatie en op loopafstand van de stranden en zowel de old-town als Rhodosstad. Zeer vriendelijke mensen en goed ontbijt (Home-made). Bedden goed en zacht. In de straat een goed restaurant met lekker eten waar de locals komen, dus altijd goed. Ook voor voor lekker een cocktail te nemen. Al met al een echte aanrader!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Rhodes town. This was our second stay here and in an even better room than last time (we stayed in the Linden room this time, it's gorgeous). Warm welcome, super comfortable bed, giant shower, mini fridge/mini bar and great location next to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The room came with two small complimentary bottles of water and 4 x coffee pods for the coffee machine, which was great. Check out time is midday (12pm) which is so useful when you're travelling around. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location near old town but away from noise, we could sleep well throughout the night. Well equipped and modern room (probably the most modern rooms in Rhodos-town at the moment). Restaurants, supermarkets all what you might need within 5-10 min walk. Very friendly host.

Open shower, need to be careful with wetness. Particular room did not have enough space for suitcases. However, other rooms in same hotel do, so it is not a general observation.

Otopark var denmesine rağmen kendilerinden araç kiralamadigimiz için kullanmanıza izin vermediler. Ve bu durumu başlangıçta belirlediler. Bu nedenle 2 günlük Ekstra otopark ücreti ödemek zorunda kaldık. Odanın elektriginde problem oldu sabah ilettik cozuldugunu soylediler ancak ayni sorun tekrar etti ve resepsiyon 23:30 da kapandığı için sorunu tekrar iletemedik ve bir gece karanlıkta ve klimasiz konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Bu yaşadığımız magduriyetle alakalı teknik servise gösterdik ve yaptırdık şeklindeki bir açıklamadan baska bir aciklama alamadik. Daha önce başka bir otelde bu sorunu yaşadık ve ücret iadesi aldık ancak bu ilgiyi kendilerinden göremedik. Sabah resepsiyon görevlisi çok ilgiliydi ancak öğleden sonraki görevli soğuk ve ilgisizdi.

Adoramos a nossa estadia! A casa é muito charmosa, o quarto é bem decorado e possui tudo o que a gente precisa. Ambiente silencioso e relaxante, bem no meio do tumulto do centro de Rodes. Os funcionários são sensacionais, com destaque para a Marianna, sempre tão simpática e solícita. O café da manhã é completo e muito gostoso. Voltaria com certeza!

Heel fijn hotel, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en betrokken. Kamers zijn leuk ingericht en zeer proper! Hotel ligt ook op wandelafstand van het centrum! Een aanrader!
