Reviewed Sep 18, 2026This hotel is in a good location if you are coming from the airport as it is very near a bus stop. The room was fine, aircon was working. Breakfast was simple but nice.
Nothing particularly but the manager/host had quite an abrupt manner, or maybe we didn't 'get' his sense of humour. Also, when we asked about a suggestion to get a simple meal on our arrival night, he didn't have any specific suggestions although he directed us to a busy street. There's a very nice family taverna (Andrea's) just round the corner where we were able to get a simple, good value meal.

The owner was rude and disrespectful. No smile, no good manners. No complimentary water upon arrival as I'm used to at hotels and apartnents. I've been travelling to Greece on holidays in the last 20 years, been to over 30 Greek islands, every summer I visit the country a few times, studied Greek philology and speak their language and for a first time I receive such bad attitude in Greece. I always have good manners and been friendly at every place I've stayed. Didn't feel welcomed here. Won't return to this hotel.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Cet hôtel est merveilleux. La décoration, l'ambiance, le calme, la verdure, un havre de paix dans le tumulte de Rhodes. Pour avoir fait plusieurs séjours ces dernières années dans les hotels des rues adjacentes, j'y retournerai surement. Très bien placé par rapport à toutes les activités, plages, vielle ville, restaurants, balades en touts genres... Les chambres sont très agréable et bien aérées. l'accueil est chaleureux.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Tesis genel olarak güzeldi ama sessiz sahibi çok ters biriydi o yüzden de kahvaltıda denk gelmemek için çok uğraştık kendisi hiç güler yüzlü değil ayrıca laf sokar gibi bir tavrı var odalar temiz ama televizyon yok hiçbir ikram yok Sineklik yok su bile konulmamış dolayısıyla bir daha tercih etmeyecegiz sadece konumu güzeldi ve temizdi
Kahvaltı çok küçüktü asla doyurucu bir kahvaltı değildi otel sahibinin çok paylaşımcı olduğunu düşünmüyoruz aksine cimri olduğunu düşünüyoruz

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Останавливались на два дня. В номере очень чисто.Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Полотенца меняли ежедневно. Гостиница в центре. До пляжа и старого города недалеко. Мы брали в аренду машину. Поставить ее можно только на улице, а это не очень легко, так как машин много. Собственной парковки у отеля нет. Завтрак хороший. Фото завтрака размещаю. Кондиционер в номере новый. Вай фай шустрый.
В номерах совсем нет шумоизоляции. Слышны были даже шаги соседей наверху. Не очень удобные кровати.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Abbiamo trascorso una notte all’Hotel Anastasia, una villa antica convertita in piccolo albergo nella città vecchia di Rodi. La struttura conserva un certo fascino storico, molto diverso dai soliti hotel turistici che si trovano solitamente a Rodi, e le poche stanze mantengono l’impostazione originale, anche se con qualche segno del tempo. La colazione, dolce e salata, buona per qualità e quantità viene servita nel giardino, un ambiente tranquillo, silenzioso e molto piacevole. La proprietaria, una signora italiana, è stata molto disponibile e ci ha atteso nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata, gesto che abbiamo apprezzato. L’aspetto meno positivo è la mancanza di zanzariere, che ha comportato la presenza di zanzare in camera, rendendo la notte poco confortevole. Una struttura con potenzialità, adatta a chi cerca un soggiorno semplice e tranquillo, ma con alcuni elementi da migliorare.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Ben bu tesiste daha önce de kaldım ve Rodos’a her geldiğimde kesinlikle tercih ediyorum. Sakin, temiz ve samimi bir aile işletmesi. Büyük ve kalabalık oteller yerine huzurlu yerleri sevenler için bence ideal. Kahvaltının bahçede servis edilmesi çok hoş. Kahvaltıda tatlı ve tuzlu seçenekleri de var, kahvesi güzel ve bitkisel poşet çay çeşitleri de oldukça fazla. Odada vakit geçirirken yüksek tavanlı oluşu ve karo zemini hem güzel bir atmosfer yaratıyor hem de ağustos sıcağında odanın serin kalmasına yardımcı oluyor. Gece klimayı kısa bir süre çalıştırmam yeterli oldu ve sabaha kadar rahatça uyudum. Wi-Fi iyi, klimalar yeni ve etkili ve ayrıca konumu Rodos merkezde. Kesinlikle yine geleceğim. 😊

Odanın balkonuna banyo içinden geçebiliyorsunuz. Duş alacağınız zaman perdeyi özenle kapatmanız konusunda ilk başta uyarıyorlar ki su kahvaltı edilen bahçeye inmesin diye. Kahvaltı sayı hesabı ile tek tek servis ediliyor. Açık büfe kahvaltı beklemeyin. Ekmek sayıyla veriliyor, domates, peynir, salatalık birkaç zeytin, birkaç muska börek, ilk dakikalarda bile kahvaltıya inseniz buz gibi haşlanmış yumurta, soğuk ve yumuşak kruvasan ve paket bal, reçel gibi malzemeden oluşuyor kahvaltı. 14 yaşındaki kızım kahvaltısını düzgün yapan biri olsaydı hiçbirimiz doymazdık sanırım. Başka masalara jambon, yoğurt gibi eklentiler de gidiyordu. Aile işletmesi ama tavırlar enteresan. Hoşgeldiniz falan yok. Direk kuralları anlatıp para tahsilatı yapıldı. Odadaki klima yeni ama 28 29 derecelerde bile gece modunda dahi fazla serin üflüyor en sonunda hasta olduk zaten. Çıkış günü kızım rahatsızlığı sebebiyle kahvaltı hiç yapamadı, çıkış saati geçmişti bahçede beklerken bir yoğurt rica ettim ama hanımefendi sesini yükselterek marketten almam gerektiğini söyledi. Sözün özü tuhaf bir konaklamaydı.

Δεν είχε τηλεόραση, ούτε ραδιόφωνο. Το δωμάτιο είχε παράθυρο ακριβώς στο πρωινό κ δεν είχε καλή μόνωση, οπότε ακούς όποιον είναι στον κήπο κ ακούγεσαι επίσης!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Lovely peaceful location close to restaurants and the town centre. It’s a 15 minute walk to the fast ferries. The owner is very helpful and they serve a very nice breakfast also. The whole place is very clean and tidy and we are happy to stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026It was a beautiful typical authentic Greek hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and lovely clean bedding! The shower was great and they provided shower gel, shampoo etc. They also left me a light snack on a tray of hard boiled egg and various pastries which was very much appreciated as I hadn’t eaten and arrived at 1.15am at the property. The breakfast was very nice and was self service in the terrace which was beautiful!

Çıkış yapacağımız gün kahvaltıya katılamadık bize bir şeyler hazırlayıp yolda yememiz için yanımıza verdiler. Gerçekten her şey çok güzeldi. Rodosa tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle hotel anastasia tercih edeceğim.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Posizione comoda per la parte moderna della città ma lontana per la parte antica (circa 10 min a piedi). Camera pulita e spaziosa. Prodotti bagno presenti. Cambio asciugamani.giornaliero.
Non è presente un ascensore e le camere non hanno zanzariere, quindi piene di zanzare all'arrivo in quanto la camera era aperta per arieggiare. Tubi dell'impianto idraulico che corrono lungo la parete e che all'innesto nel muro presentano fori da dove è uscito un insetto. Colazione non a buffet: viene servita una composizione standard e poi viene chiesto cosa si vuole integrare numero di fette di pane o di formaggio ecc (preferibile abbassare il prezzo e non servirla). Staff un po' sotto le nostre aspettative dopo aver letto le precedenti recensioni.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Stefania è stata gentilissima. Siamo partiti prima di colazione e ci ha fatto trovare un cestino fornitissimo facendo attenzione all'intolleranza alla caseina di mia moglie. Abbiamo già prenotato per il ritorno dalla nostra vacanza quando passeremo nuovamente da Rodi.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Host was very helpful to help find a parking space and we greatly appreciate that we could leave our luggage in the bar until we left to the airport. Breakfast was plentiful and we (specially the kids) absolutely loved the turtles in the garden!
Parking is a challenge and was only possible about 15-20 min walk away...but there is a possibility to stop shortly at the Pharmacy parking spot infront of the house, to unload/load luggages.

A notre arrivée une bouteille d'eau fraîche aurait été la bienvenue plutôt qu'un frigo éteint et vide. Rhodes est devenue un spot du sur tourisme. Rues bruyantes et embouteillées, plages bondées et vieille ville saturée de touristes et de croisieristes.

Wir mussten leider schon sehr früh Abreisen wir haben ein liebevolles Lunchpaket erhalten für den Weg zum Flughafen 🥰

Male host was very rude with us, impolite and annoying, he obviously hates tourists. In order to get the breakfast you have to through a slow process. Its a shame cause otherwise the room was okay for the price. Note, this is not a hotel, just an apartment house.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Struttura piccola, familiare, in splendido villino degli anni '30. Molto curato. La coppia che lo gestisce è gentile, accogliente, discreta e spiritosa. Zona vicino a tutto ma nello stesso.tempo fuori dalla folla. Colazione buona, valore aggiunto le chiacchiere con il gestore.
Tutto perfetto. La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era piccolina e forse non adatta per soggiorni lunghi, ma siamo state solo una notte e l'atmosfera e lo stile la rendono unica

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Das Hotel liegt ruhig und doch nahe zu Strand und Stadt - einen kleine Oase. Freundlicher Empfang mit guten Erklärungen. Zimmer schön und groß. Gutes Frühstück im Garten. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.
Uns hat alles gefallen.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Nice place to stay for 1 night before catching a flight. Comfortable, quiet room and staff provided breakfast foods in fridge because of early checkout - much appreciated! Lots of restaurants in the area & could also walk to the beach if wanted.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Rodos'un, yeni şehirde en popüler mekanlarına 1-2 sokak mesafede, kaleye, eski şehire yürüyerek 10-15 dk mesafede, adanın her iki yakasındaki plajlara da neredeyse eşit mesafede ve 10dk yürüme mesafesinde harika bir konum. Güler yüzlü samimi aile işletmesi. Tertemiz odalar ve mekan, pırıl pırıl, diyecek fazla da bir şey yok, defalarca Rodos'a gitmiş biri olarak, ilk defa burada kaldım ve başka bir otel aramaya gerek yok. Tekrar gidersem yine burada kalacağım. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026This hotel is our favourite overnight stay location before and after our visits to Symi. It is a quiet haven in a busy city, but everything we need is easily accessible. We love the delicious breakfast served in the cool shady garden. Stefania and her husband are always most welcoming and helpful. We look forward to returning next year.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Stupendo hotel a conduzione familiare, realizzato in una villa degli anni '30, in posizione tranquilla, ma comunque centralissima sia per Rodi marina sia per il centro storico. La pulizia e l'ordine della struttura e del giardino sono fuori dal comune. Molto consigliato.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026L'edificio d'epoca ben tenuto, I tavoli fuori e il giardino che ha anche i fili da stendere (piccola cosa ma utile!), la proprietaria italiana molto affabile e gentile. Ci ha anche preparato un ottima colazione da asporto che abbiamo consumato sul traghetto la mattina presto. (grazie!) La posizione è ottima per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni turistiche, ristoranti e quant'altro. Stanza pulita e ampia con due finestre, bagno piccolino ma con finestra e doccia spaziosa.
Avrei preferito una stanza al primo piano, il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno non è fissato bene, ma sono piccolezze
