The authentic and serene feel was amazing. The pictures are not misleading. It felt so serene and peaceful. The staff were all ever so kind, nothing was too much to ask.

The only issue was that there seemed to not be enough sun loungers by the pool - though the actual issue was that certain guests were being inconsiderate by throwing towels on the limited loungers and then disappearing for hours, which meant that other guests were losing out by not being able to use the facility.

There was an instance where the tub would not drain, but that was quickly sorted with the assistance of the staff.

I had a really lovely and relaxing stay at Sakti Garden Resort and would definitely recommend it. The location was great. There were some fabulous places to eat nearby, and Ubud Central was only a short taxi or Grab ride away. I really liked being out of the craziness of the centre but still close enough to get there easily. There was also parking right out the front, which made getting picked up by Grab or taxi really convenient. My room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and it was always cleaned and made up beautifully. I was also pleasantly surprised by the turndown service, which was a really nice touch. All the staff were super friendly and always helpful. The restaurant was great, with a few vegetarian options, and breakfast had a good buffet selection. Afternoon tea was also a lovely little treat. The laundry service was really useful, and I used the spa a few times, which was fantastic. Just make sure you book at least a day in advance, as it can get booked up. Overall, I had such a relaxing stay and really enjoyed my time here. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms and peaceful location made it a great place to stay while visiting Ubud.

A lovely, relaxing hotel with wonderful, caring staff. The restaurant food was excellent & there were many food choices at the buffet breakfast. Loved the inclusion of cappuccino coffee for breakfast! We had 2 spa treatments & they were the best we had in Bali on this trip. It's about a 25 minute walk into Ubud, but you can call on cabs if required. The Sweet Orange Walk, out through the rice paddies is not far from the hotel - well worth doing!

Although the bed looked wonderful, it was a little too hard for us - more a personal opinion!

I think for me first and foremost was the staff , from the first day to the last they were welcoming, attentive and so warm. They remembered your name and took excellent care of us. We wanted to nothing and went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and welcomed. The location was nice and central now to far from the square. The wifi was amazing especially since I had to work. The resort itself was immaculate, they really made you feel like you were in an oasis and the room and nice a spacious.

Everything and everyone was perfect.

First and foremost, the staff are incredibly professional and hospitable - from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The grounds of the resort are stunning and lush, sitting on the patio in the morning facing the deep greenery of the jungle was the way to start the day especially when paired with their breakfast buffet. The highlight was of course the BBQ and Traditional Balinese Dance Night - I would encourage everyone to book it during their stay,

Que el manager l'últim dia em donés un regal a canvi de que li posi un 10, amb xantatge emocional "aquest regal és perquè ens posis un 10, ho has de fer perquè tots mantinguem la nostra feina". Això és xantatge emocional i és un suborn, em sembla un error molt gran per part d'ell i espero que deixi de fer-ho perquè és contraproduent. El lloc està bé sense ser excepcional, la piscina no és un lloc gaire acollidor, i em sembla una mica exagerat la quantitat de gent que tenen empleada amb la única funció de saludar-te. El menjar no és res del altre món.

Sakti Garden is a solid option for your stay in Ubud. The property is owned by the Ubud royal family and designed to be an authentic Bali experience. The feel is traditional and set in a jungle landscape. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We also enjoyed the large deep pool. This hotel is a perfect escape from the traffic choked streets of Ubud.

The breakfast could have been better. There was sufficient quantity but the quality of the offerings was lacking. The baked goods were particularly sad especially when there's a great bakery across the street from the resort. I would recommend a small made to order menu with a moderate sized, well stocked buffet for fruits. juice, coffee and baked goods.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Everything about this hotel was flawless. The room was spotless and comfortable, the pool area was fantastic, and the food exceeded expectations at every meal. But what really made our stay special was the service — a huge shoutout to Yudha, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Felt exclusive and lush. Beautiful gardens and pool, I love the villa settle set up. Rooms were huge and spacious and well designed with lots of light and windows and thick curtains. Attentive service and kind staff. Wonderful spa and yoga.

A little expensive. Some Surrey ding building work when I stayed which obviously is not the fault of the hotel.

Oda çok geniş ve güzeldi. Hizmet kalitesinden çok memnun kaldık. Tüm öğünleri otelin restoranında yedik. Sunum, servis konusunda hiç bir eksik yoktu. Sıcak yaklaşımları ve ilgileri için tüm otel personeline teşekkür ederiz.

Sabah iki tane hamam böceği gördük ancak ormanın içinde olduğu için normal sanıyorum. Giderlerden gelmiş olabilir diye düşündük. Sonrasında giderleri kapattık ve bir daha görmedik.

Perla na naší cestě po Bali. Rezervoval jsem ještě v roce 2025 za staré ceny a poměr vůči kvalitě a pohodlí byl mimořádný. Vila s vlastním bazénem nemá chybu, oddělené ložnice i koupelny, velkoryse řešený venkovní prostor a velmi vstřícný personál.

V letošním roce nejspíš hotel zapracoval na navýšení servisní úrovně a přistoupil k brutálnímu navýšení cen, což už je pro mě nepřijatelné. Jistě, personál byl pozorná, cítili jsme se velmi dobře a bezpečně, ale navýšení cen v řádu několikanásobků je mimo mísu. Pozor na extrémně kluzký povrch v koupelnách a při výstupu na venkovní terasu, hrubá dlažba je až na schodech a kolem bazénu, tady někdo nepřemýšlel.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’accoglienza, la gentilezza di tutto lo Staff, il verde che la avvolge, la tranquillità della posizione, lo stile e l’ampiezza e gli arredi della camera con ampio bagno.

La camera era poco insonorizzata; l’umidità si è fatta un po’ sentire (purtroppo ha piovuto di frequente nei tre giorni del nostro soggiorno). Colazione molto varia nel salato, meno nel dolce.

Le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel attentionné. La chambre impeccable. La piscine .

La nourriture au restaurant est quelconque. Les portions sont plutôt petites.

It was slightly away from the madness of central Ubud but walkable (30mins) into it. Lush tropical setting, beautiful gardens, quiet. Great staff and food!

One tiny critique, the walls between apartments are a little thin. The noisiness of the neighbours was not the resorts fault but you can easily hear the TV next door when on and talking. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a family next door with two small children that yelled a lot and the younger one would wake and crying a few times during the night, it was impossible not to hear them. Again, that’s not the resorts fault, just bad luck!

The property was clean and was maintained very well.

Next door to a building site. However there was no disturbance during my stay.

Beautiful resort, starting from the gorgeous entrance all the way until the last room. The site is full of plants, everything is pleasant and clean. The service is cheerful and quick. The staff are great and looking out to help whenever they can. I would come back as soon as I can!

Odanın tasarımı, otelin içinde bulunduğu ormanla iç içe atmosferi, temizlik, güvenlik hissi hepsi mükemmel. Restoran kısmı çeşitlilik açısından çok zengin olsa da genel anlamıyla asya mutfağına aşina olmayan kişiye biraz yabancı gelebiliyor. Ancak alternatifler yeterli derecede mevcut. Konum olarak kaotik Ubud merkeze hem çok uzak değil hem de yeterince uzak. Bize çıkış günümüzde küçük bir hediye bile hazırlamışlar. Burayı okuyorlarsa teşekkürler.

We stayed at Sakti Garden for 3 nights while visiting Ubud and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of Sakti Gardens biggest strengths is the location. It is only a short Grab ride to Ubud Palace, making it easy to enjoy all the attractions, restaurants and shops in central Ubud while staying somewhere much more peaceful. My wife also attended the complimentary yoga class and said it was the best yoga class she has ever done. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay and always made us feel welcome. Of the six hotels and resorts we stayed at during our month in Bali, Sakti Garden had our favourite room. It was absolutely stunning and beautifully designed in a traditional Balinese style, giving us a real sense of being in Bali. The buffet breakfast was also outstanding, with a great selection of food each morning. The poached eggs were great too. We also received a small gift when we checked out, which was a lovely touch. It has become a special keepsake for us and a wonderful reminder of our time in Bali. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend Sakti Garden to anyone visiting Ubud.

Beautiful surroundings within the resort. The entrance and pool are very special. Rooms are big, very classy and comfortable. The staff are super attentive, kind and professional.

the only thing I didn't like was that they used a fly spray on the bed. I would prefer ants than to have fly spray in my room. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Cet hôtel un peu à l'écart du tumulte du centre ville est un écrin. Les chambres sont grandes, les lits ultra king size, la piscine est superbe. Le personnel est très aimable et toujours présent pour vous rendre service.

Une fois par semaine, un barbecue/buffet est organisé avec des danses balinaises. Le prix est élevé par rapport à la prestation même si avec le voucher on a 1h de massage offert. Et comme c'est la 2eme année qu'on le fait, il n'y a vait aucune différence entre la soirée de septembre 2024 et celle de juin 2026.

I really loved the decor and location. Felt like we were nestled among the treetops of the jungle. The staff were very kind and humble - true to Balinese culture I wish we could have enjoyed the swim up bar The location was so close to downtown but away from the noise which I found so convenient Also, NO MONKEYS! Rooms are large and beautifully designed

I would have liked a non-slip mat in the bathtub for showering. I think just having a normal shower in place of the tub would be better. The drain kept clogging at the beginning of the shower, but would clear by the end.

Probably the best customer service I ever received in any country. Would pay $800+ a night for similar accommodation and service on the NnAmerican continent. Attention to every detail. A true resort experience. Rooms and facilities are much nicer than the pictures even. Food was all good as well. And i am a picky complainer usually.

All good except advice to increase light on the internal roads as it’s difficult at night to walk without torch. There is might chance of inspects which cannot seen from the existing lights.

Een prachtig resort net buiten het drukke centrum van Ubud. Extreem vriendelijk personeel, wat ook soms voor mij als nuchtere Nederlander wat ongemakkelijk is, vriendelijk is goed maar 3 keer vragen of je eten lekker is als het net op je tafel staat is soms wat overdreven. Prachtig ruime kamer met hele mooie badkamer met bad en douche apart, heel fijn Het resort is prachtig met enorm veel groen en is dus redelijk koel in de warmte van Ubud. Een aanrader als je naar Ubud komt.

Klein minpuntje, onze suite lag helemaal aan het einde van het resort en je heb in Ubud veel hoogtenverschil, onze suite lag behoorlijk laag, dus heel veel trappen, nou is dat omlaag niet zo'n probleem maar omhoog is wel pittig, mocht je slecht ter been zijn, vraag bij het boeken een kamer dichtbij receptie

Beautiful property, not too far from the Ubud town center (about 2 kms). We had a valley facing room with a beautiful view, serene, quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Walking around the property felt like walking through pathways weaving through lush green cover that perfectly masked adjoining rooms providing privacy. They have a great spread for breakfast, we had a couple of other meals here as well and the food does not disappoint. The staff is extremely prompt and helpful. The staff at Loji's (their restaurant) was exceptional... Thanks you Dani, Sangayu, Pitri & the lady manager (whose name I didn't catch) for making our stay memorable!

If I must, most other places in Ubud have great tie-ups for local services like tours, shows, renting a bike, whatever. At this resort, they had their own curated tours, but we were unable to get a lot of help in booking shows, or getting the right bike renting options from them; for example they did have a tie-up for bike rental (well priced) but thy would provide bikes with just a litre of fuel, you were expected to fill up the tank yourself - whereas most other places you'd rent a bike for 24 hrs with a full tank of fuel - not have the hassle of hunting around for a fuel pump yourself.

Our stay at Sakti Garden Spa Resort in Ubud, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The resort is set in a stunning green jungle like surroundings, and the moment you step away from the busy street outside, you enter a peaceful and tranquil environment that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained , the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm atmosphere. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely caring, always making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. The room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and the room service was excellent always prompt, professional, and delivered with a smile. The spa experience was another highlight of our trip. A special thank you to Aye, who gave us a complimentary foot massage that was truly amazing and so relaxing. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of dishes, all prepared fresh and full of flavor. Every meal we had was enjoyable. As a lovely final touch, we were also given a beautiful gift on our last day before leaving, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. We highly recommend Sakti Garden Spa Resort to anyone visiting Ubud. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience genuine Balinese hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again!

Wunderschöne Anlage mit viel Grün, sehr gepflegt, traumhafter Pool, gute ruhige Lage. Trotzdem war man schnell in der Stadt, auch in der Straße direkt gibt es sehr gute Warungs. Tolle Massagen!

Sehr gut - Zimmer war top. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großem Angebot und immer wurde etwas verändert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit

Unbedingt das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Reisfelder buchen, es ist sehr schön.

Wir waren zuerst in einem einfachen Zimmer mit Gartenblick im unteren Stock. Das war sehr dunkel und hat etwas muffig gerochen.

Eine super schöne Oase in Ubud! Etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, aber super gut mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle zu erreichen. Es war alles super sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Personnel aux petits soins : mention spéciale à l'équipe du spa. Chambre spacieuse nichée en pleine végétation tropicale. Le spa : très bonne surprise ! Espace très soigné et élégant. Les équipes m'ont arrangé un pregnancy massage à 2 reprises alors qu'il ne faisait pas partie de leur offre de services. Une piscine qui plaira aux nageurs et qui est aussi adaptée aux enfants avec un espace dédié.

We loved our stay here. We first visited three years ago, and this time we decided to return and book a bigger room. It still feels just as special as we remembered: luxurious accommodation, exceptional service, and genuinely warm, attentive staff. The surroundings are beautifully lush and jungle-like, while the rooms remain elegant, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning views. The food was consistently excellent. We heard that some guests mentioned a limited selection of cold cuts at breakfast, but this wasn’t an issue for us at all; we found the variety more than satisfying. There is now also a spa on-site, which is a wonderful added treat during your stay. The resort is a bit removed from the busy area, around a 30-minute walk, but they provide a shuttle service. Walking down can be pleasant, even though there isn’t always a proper sidewalk, and getting back by motorcycle taxi is very easy. A small note: there are quite a few steps around the property, but the staff is always ready to help with luggage, which we really appreciated.
