Breakfast was good and my family enjoyed the food.The location is peaceful and provides a wonderful atmosphere for a pleasant stay.

Requested a flat iron, but it was being used by another guest. A steamer was provided instead, but unfortunately it was defective.

The bathroom amenities are out dated. Shower rooms doesn’t function well. TV no channels to watch if you need rest. You need to have an account to watch Netflix

Sehr bemühtes Personal. Wir haben viel früher Frühstück bekommen als eigentlich vorgesehen. Riesiger angenehmer Pool, den wir für uns alleine hatten. Kleine, interessante Marktstraße vor dem Hoteleingang.

Ein zentrales Problem: Hinter dem Hotel ist eine Halle, aus der unglaublich laut Megaphon-Ansagen und Musik schallt, auch abends noch. Solange das anhält, ist an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Speisekarte sehr knapp. Anfangs weder Seife noch Toilettenpapier oder Wasser im Zimmer, wurde aber alles auf Anfrage sofort gebracht.

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag das gleiche, wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht , aber es war immer das Gleiche es hätte Abwechslungsreicher sein müssen, ansonsten war es ok.

The big pool pala isnt hot spring. They cant provide mga basahan. We tend to come in and out sa cabana room kaya basa ang flooring madalas. dapat maraming basahan available. Then this part, ang daming towel doon. siguro yung mga relatives ko nagamit somewhere yung small towels like hand towel, and face towel at kung saan nilagay... may nawawala daw na 7 towels (maliliit) and i have to pay 150 each yata. ok na sana yung stay, nung check out lang ako nabad trip. ok na sana if they charge me for it pero 150 each? that's insane! almost 18k yung booked ko then hahabol ng 150 each for the old small towels ok lang sana kung yung big towels yon. dalin ko sana husband ko natuwa ako but after we check out not anymore

De ligging van het hotel is in een vrij arme buurt Desondanks met veel kraampjes, vriendelijke mensen.

Free breakfast is OK. Brewed coffee is also OK. The huge pool is basically the main attraction, plus the jacuzzi. The family room is also nice. Overall accommodation by the staff is also a plus factor.

Parking, falling leaves, and flowers were irritating.

Sosyal!! They even have a bathtub in the room. Was pleasantly surprised with the place. Had to overnight in LB for the UPCATs so just wanted a cheap but nice place. Bingo! This was super nice for the price (yes, you'd be surprised there were a lot more expensive places that didn't look this nice.) So the low down: Staff - excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Even the guard at the gate. Always smiling. Props to all. Pool - I wished I swam!! Huge pool. Looked nice and clean and refreshing. Room - got the standard twin (4K Php). A little small but lots of closet space. Wired. And a huge banyo. Could probably fit another small bed in the banyo. Banyo - nice and big. Didn't I say?? With a bathtub!! Major downside though: WEAK WATER FLOW. Food - had the breakfast and it was ok. Had the sausage and bangus. Bangus head was super crispy but lacked salt. So douse it in suka. Garlic rice was yum! And eggs were fresh. So good place overall. Will definitely stay here again. Next UPCAT maybe?? So in another 20 years or so...

Hotel room was nice and the pool looks just like the pictures. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Staff was very kind. Negatives - not a walkable location to other activities.

The furnitures in the hot springs pool and jacuzzi ought to be changed, quite run-down. The big swimming pool is quite good, water very clean.

No elevators. I’m not a fan where the TV is for the 2-beds corner room. Too expensive and the location due to a sports event next door every night that’s very, very loud until late night.

The hot pool smells of cat shit. The bath rooms stains despite not too many guest.

No change of towels or drinking water. Need to request makeup room everyday repeatedly despite I’m the only guest in the hotel

Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great. Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them. Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t need to request for it, pick up branches, pick up cat poop and spray, scrub shower tiles, etc.

The pool and gardens were lovely, that was the good point. Room was very dated and there were no English speaking TV stations . There were no other guests all the time we were there and there's nothing much to do nearby. Staff were exceptional but the fact there were no other guests makes you wonder what this hotel is really used for ?

The resort is nice overall, however the cabana I stayed in had tons of ants and the washroom was filthy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Surrounding area is loud, rooms aren’t sound proof.

Nice resort, we stayed in a bungalow (needs some TLC) with a private jacuzzi pool, very nice. Breakfast is Filipino as you would expect, the hotel allows Grab food deliveries. Hot water spring pool is great as is the swimming pool.

The staff are polite and helpful.I like the indoor hot pool.

There are group of young Korean guests that doesn't care about closing the door quietly as they were still awake until 12midnight.

It didn’t have a refrigerator in the room and the outdoor pool was quite cold, also the indoor hot pool was in need of a cleaning nevertheless we enjoyed the pools

The staff was very courteous and willing to cater to our needs. The big pool hotspring was still being filled up and not ready for use, they allowed us to use of the private jacuzzi’s. We checked in late and they were willing to extend our check out time. They were very accommodating. They have excellent staff.

Some of the amenities need update, like tiles of the hotspring pool, it is old and outdated, floor in our room is coming off, water pressure is so weak in the shower.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are large and nicely appointed with wicker furniture. The have a typical Filipino breakfast. Nice private spa although not as hot as I expected. Large outdoor pool and practically nobody else there so it was very quiet. If you like very quiet places, and this was during the week, then this is ideal. Maybe the weekends are very different. The property is ideal for conferences or weddings and large functions. The

Although this is not a major complaint the breakfast was about 45 minutes late even after we had pre-booked it. I think that there needs to be a separate cosier restaurant or cafe rather than the large open room. It needs some atmosphere in that way. The menu is somewhat limited and could have more international cuisine.

Breakfast was good, we ordered scrambled eggs. Bar service was poor: only beer and wine by the bottle. No cocktails or leisure drinks.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bleu Resort in Calamba, Laguna. The staff were attentive, the rooms were spotless, and the pool and hot springs were fantastic. We’re already planning a return trip for my husband’s birthday in June with friends. However, we did encounter some issues upon check-in; we had to wait an hour due to a faucet repair, and the water initially ran brown in our room. Despite these setbacks, we still enjoyed our stay overall. It’s worth noting that we found a better deal on Expedia, saving 800 pesos even with the hotel’s promotional rate.

The room we booked is cozy and large enough for a family. The breakfast tasted good. The staff were accommodating. The highlight is the pool.

The dipping pool outside our room didn't look clean. There is also a distinct smell in the toilet/bath room.

Hotel is very nice with the pool area in the middle. The staff is very helpful and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. It's only 1 hour from Manila airport with a grab. With tricycle and jeep you get around the area easily. There are a lot of shops and small places to eat outside although the hotel restaurant offers very delicious food

I did not expect to see a beautiful hotel like this in a busy environment. The staff are friendly and courteous! A hidden gem in the heart of Calamba, Laguna!

I pay close attention to details, so I expect the bathrooms to be impeccably clean and comfortable. There were four of us in the room, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I’ll book a standard room next time, if ever we go back to Calamba.

I love the breakfast, I love the staff-they are so courteous, always willing to provide assistance, particularly the one who checked us in the evening (sorry forgot his name. I was so tired and mad, yet he handled the situation very well and went a hundred miles to appease me.

The addresses of the Chateu in your website. There were three addresses, confusing, and Google map sent us to wrong locations and scary roads, coming from Tagaytay. We tried to refresh but it brought us to the same location, and it wanted us to enter the pitch black dark road between Turista Hotel and gasoline station and gps said Purok 1 in Canlubang. That’s the time we called the Chateu for directions but we were told to use the address at the website. There’s no link to click the address. We were told to ask people around but every person we ask don’t know Chateu Bleu. We managed to locate the place after using another App and the third phone. First phone we used google, second phone we used apple app, third phone used waze app.

the c.r. has a certain bad smell that lingered during our whole stay. smells like p**p even if the toilet is clean. hot water in the shower is erratic, warm then gets cold, then hot, then warm again. Food was not that great.
