Hotel Marciano

I like that the place is close to Jollibee. It's a 20 minute walk from SM Calamba, if you're willing to make the trek (we did). Lobby was clean. Hotel looks nice from the outside. Room is spacious and looks okay.

Unfortunately, staff service didn't meet expectations. Paid for a bottle of water to be brought up to our room. After an hour, still no water. Ended up having to go to Jollibee in the rain just to buy bottled water. Also the room looks dated and could use a refresh.

The location was near the center of the city. Easy access to express way. The room was clean.

The AC was not working well on the first room assigned to us. I informed the desk and i was told they were fully booked and changing room was not possible. The 2nd time the AC turned off itself, i informed the front desk and they sent a repair man. AC was still not working well(it kept turning off by itself after a few minutes), hence the repair man informed he will inform the front desk to shift our room. Only then did they shift our room with a well working AC

Very small rooms,water pressure in shower was poor,not a great choice for breakfast, no tea bags provided, fridge was not cold,no filter running in the swimming pool, pool area dilapidated, needs a big makeover

Hele ruime schone kamer en we hadden elke dag schone baddoeken. Aan de overkant is een 7/11 en Jollibee was naast het hotel. Wij waren een gezin van 4 maar hebben 2 kamers moeten boeken omdat er geen 4 personen kamers zijn. We hadden kamers naast elkaar.

In onze kamer druppelde de airco waardoor de vloer nat was maar wij hadden dit zelf opgelost door er een handdoek neer te leggen.

I was double charged - once by Booking for full stay and once by Hotel Marciano upon checkout for full stay. Hotel Marciano doesn't respond to emails to correct.

It's relatively close to the industrial park where I work.

The buffet breakfast offers very limited choices of food. The beverages are only coffee and juice, without milk. The WiFi signal in the room is extremely poor and often causes the connection to drop. As a hotel priced at $90 per night, it is not a very cost-effective option. Moreover, there are many student activities on weekends, making the entire corridor noisy and chaotic.

Some one did the drilling noisily after 10pm. I think it is in the hotel, not from the other building.

Lovely rooms and facilities. Comfy bed. The staff are wonderful, especially Crystal.

Too pricey for what you get I paid more then 8000₱ for 1 night stay in room with double bed ( since we arrived early we were charged 2000₱ more ) When asking for a ironing board and machine They charge extra 100₱ This should be standard available in the room You can book a 5star hotel in Makati for this price

NO Wi-Fi in the room that I stayed 8309. I used a glass for drinking and the next day I asked for make up room, I noticed that they just dried up the glass and didn't wash it. How? My lip mark was still there and the lip balm.

Very polite and very accommodating staff members. Perfect location for the purpose of my travel. The hotel restaurant serves authentic Filipino dishes. Very clean rooms and amenities (corridors, rooms and lobby) Houskeeping: bed sheets and towels are changed daily. Swimming pool is being cleaned daily. Room service is very prompt, they serve food and things you need on time.

The smell of sewer gas coming floor drain by toilet. Walked in the room and the smell was strong, just need to keep water in the drain by the toilet.

The property is centrally near shopping . Staff was very friendly. The room is very clean and lobby is welcoming. Dining is conveniently located. Food was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Location was great and the staff were all nice and helpful. Bed was bouncy and comfty. Can request additional toiletries from reception anytime.

The noise proofing was really bad that I could hear all the rowdy guests running and shouting in the hallway and banging their doors back and forth. I had to wear my ANC earbuds all throughout the night! The toilet/bath had that sewer-like smell that won’t go away. Breakfast buffet was quite pricey for its quality.

Good business hotel at fair rate. Quiet location, safe, with friendly staff. Hundreds of TV stations with BBC, Bloomberg or movie channels. Very nice.

The location is close to the highway exit, with almost no food or entertainment options. The hotel breakfast is ... - well, just do not book it.

Good stay at HM. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. There are a lot of restaurants and hot springs in the area and the pool is nice too. Only qualm was that the Wi-Fi didn’t really work in our rooms on the 3rd floor. Other than that, we would recommend.

I booked a room at Hotel Marciano for my siblings. The room is pretty spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The front-office associate was very accommodating. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The internet is a bit slower and the AC isn’t that cold but maybe it was because of the weather since it was too hot outside.

Unfortunately, my stay was underwhelming. Despite my three-night stay, housekeeping never cleaned my room. I received a call at 9 pm on my last night asking if I wanted my room cleaned then. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in my room was virtually non-existent, only working in the bathroom. Furthermore, the hotel hosts functions, which made the hallway noisy from early morning onwards.

For a 3-star hotel, the bed was very comfortable. Food was very good.

The AC was dripping. Towels need to be changed to new ones.

We rented a junior suite. While the area was quite big, it was empty in a way or another. A small table in the empty are and a coffee table infront of gbe couch or even a small one on the side would have been a great use of space and adds to practicality of the room

Must go over toilet seat to be able to close door. Not value for money at all compared to other hotels in Philippines... This is a rip off Also the staff got annoyed when I asked if I am eligible for any upgrade being genios tier3. I thought it was just normal question. I read other ratings and all say room was big and all positive. Why my room was expensive yet tiny. Why I was thrown in such slump place?!

Everything was up to date and in very good condition. Staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We will stay there again next week when back in this area.

The hotel is massively overpriced for Calamba. Clearly for people living oversees visiting family or for business. There is no soundproofing. We had 2 rooms on 2 separate stays and all of them were too loud from the noise of guests/staff being loud in the corridors and shouting from room to room.
