The room and bathroom are beautiful and breakfast was delicious

Not a lot of places to eat nearby

The hotel is near the airport and just aside the main road to it. It is rather comfortable and the room is rather spacious but a bit "tired". In reality the hotel is much simplier than it is on photoes. But it is okay for a short stay. BUT there is a noise from car traffic and there is a noise from descending airplanes. It may be disturbing and annoying. So take into consideration. The staff is very helpful. They helped with transfer, early breakfast.

The air-conditioner did not work, and it was horribly hot in the room. But for us, it was too late in the night to change the place. When I asked for the ice, they did not have it also (despite that it's a basic thing in such a hot weather). We spent the short and very uncomfortable night there and went to the airport very early just to be in the air-conditioning area asap.

Просто роскошная мягкая кровать! После разъездов по Вьетнаму поспать на такой напоследок перед вылетом - отдельное удовольствие! Очень чистый и большой номер. Совсем рядом с аэропортом.

La posizione molto comoda. Gadget in bagno.

La camera sembrava un loculo, buia da morire senza una finestra. Nel bagno le mattonelle avevano evidentemente uno strato di acqua sotto, quando vi si camminava usciva tra una fuga e l’altra dell’acqua. Avevo letto del servizio ristorazione, ho chiesto al receptionist che mi ha detto che non fanno da mangiare. Avevo letto del servizio navetta e mi viene detto “meglio se chiami un Grab”. Una confusione incredibile con dei rumori molto forti che provenivano dal vano scale, gente che camminava rumorosamente al piano di sopra. Meno male che era solo una camera di appoggio per qualche ora.

The hotel is close to Hanoi Airport, it took us around 15 minutes to get there by car. It was very convenient . The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating, he helped us book a car to Sapa and sent someone to pick us up from the airport.

The room needs a little more work and cleaning.

It was in a convenient location if you just need somewhere to stay after a late flight. The man at the desk when I checked in was so nice and we had a laugh despite the language barrier. The fried eggs on toast in the morning were really good!

It really was just a room. There were mozzies in the room because the bathroom window had been left open. There was a gross looking stain on the sheet so I tried to sleep on top of the quilt cover, but I could hear the mozzies coming for me so I just didn't sleep. Then I went to watch some telly and none of the channels worked. Using the shower made the whole bathroom wet and there wasn't much counter space at all for my toiletries.

Welcoming hotel, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious! Very convenient for early airport runs!

The receptionist in the morning ordered a cheaper taxi for me than grab and was very nice.

They put me in a room and at 8.30pm they told me to move to another room because they made a mistake and that I had 5min to move! Breakfast is very basic but ok, I think better to have one outside

In a perfect world it would be closer to Hanoi City as well, but the purpose of this stay was to be near the airport.

It’s location is very close to the airport, I arrived at 3am in the morning and they were open to great and check me in. The staff were friendly and gave me a good transfer to the old quarter in Hanoi!

Wonderful staff, lots of service and amenities (laundry, coffee in the morning, everything you'd need), and great location.

Clean, there were literally no other people in my dorm just me, convienient for airport of course.

Around the area there are no good convienience stores or places to eat. Felt dangerous to walk alone after dark, even if it was early evening. Saw several drunk men and street dogs, only to get to convienience store. For solo woman, I recommend to be careful, bring diner and water in advance if you are coming here. Grab food didnt work at all for me, because all restaurants are too far away. It's a place just to sleep and chill in the dorm.

深夜の飛行機の為、それまでの時間滞在しました。 まずチェックインした時ですがスタッフさんは英語が通じませんでした。 またエレベーターが無いため4階までスーツケースを持って上がるのは非常に大変でした。 他の部屋はガラガラでしたので、低層の部屋等でも空いてたら振り替えてもらいたかったと思います。

Je n’ai pas séjourné dans l’hôtel indiqué car il y avais un problème d’eau dans l’hôtel. Ils m’ont donné une autre chambre dans un autre hôtel à 2min à pied mais moins bien je dirais. Le personnel était très sympa tout de même.

Smooth pick arranged at airport for 1am and taken back after breakfast in the morning. Air con and wifi in room.

It is close to the International airport, so I will recommend those who needs to take early flight.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us out a lot such as booking us a Taxi to get into the City at a much better rate than other options. Would highly recommend!

Close to the airport

No food to eat around the hotel, with nothing to walk to . Far from Hanoi so you have to uber +45 min for a meal . No laundry even though it is advertised. Staff didn’t really speak English. Not sure how this got such high ratings. Someone tried breaking into our room in the middle of the night. It was a disappointing stay!

This hotel was clean and very close to the airport. I would highly recommend it for travelers arriving or leaving Hanoi. It was clean, air conditioned, great hot shower and friendly reception Great fresh breakfast included in the morning. Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful and as it is my first time in Asia he made my first day so much easier. He can also arrange transportation or excursions in the area...he is trustworthy .

Amazing location for the airport. Very friendly 24h staff, free breakfast and spacious dorms and great private rooms. Very good value for money, I met some great people there.

For me this wasn’t a issue but it is a 30 minute drive from the hotel to ‘beer street’, having said this Grab taxis are available at any hour. I even returned home at 1:30am with NO issues.

i like that its near the airport.going to city from the hostel is never been a problem coz grab is there..the room is clean and prepared..evrythn was provided including oral ammenity and shaver.also how did they know that i need a travel adapter..its also avail in the room.for that i save money instead of buying one.

Eric the host and his excellent staff provided a family feeling a generousity beyond belief the rooms are comfortable and relaxing I would highly recommend staying for more than one night because around the corner is an untouched Vietnamese village not spoiled by tourism where you WILL feel welcomed and love

I had asked beforehand to make sure I could arrange pickup for a late arrival. However, when I arrived I was told the driver was no longer working.

Open electrical sockets and it looked like they were still doing additions on the property.

Check in was straightforward. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the bed was quite comfortable I liked that there were fancy light functions in the room

The room was more than you would expect from airport accommodation. It was spacious, comfortable bed, big bathroom, nice water pressure, you could smell how clean the towels were. What else do you need for a good sleep after a late flight or before an early one. For this price look no further. And they provide car service at the same price as grab
