Airport Transit Hotel

It is close to the airport by car and features large rooms and bathrooms. The staff is also very friendly!

The hotel is tucked away behind the main road and can be a little tricky to find.

Khách sạn phòng rất rộng, sạch sẽ, nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Tôi có quên túi xách ở đó và họ báo sẽ ship trả tận nơi giúp

Tres grande chambre.

Large clean room , bed was comfy . Check in was easy

The free airport pickup and drop was great, especially because Hanoi's international airport terminal is very hectic. The staff were very friendly. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge and glassed in... interesting... but the shower drain was not very efficient. The breakfast, was very basic - eggs and bread, or soup and eggs.

All ok, although they might want to add more fruit options to the breakfast. For lunch and dinner there is only local dinning, with a Barbecue restaurant next door, that closes at 930 pm, and some small groceries and other restaurants close to the hotel. They might want to help facilitate GRAB dining (a local version of Uber) options for guests arriving after long international flights.

Nothing

Great location to airport. Run by a quiet hardworking family. Added bonus with a nice free breakfast and ride to airport . Perfect for a one night stay during travel.

Surrounding Bruno hood a bitcoin down but that’s where the hotels are situated.

Very convenient location close to the airport, only 6 minutes by car, and the accommodation also offers transportation, which was really helpful. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and more than we needed for a one-night transit stay. There are a few local places to eat nearby, but they close around 7 PM, so food options are limited if you arrive late. Other than that, everything was very good.

The hotel is close to the Hanoi airport about 2 miles excellent if you got a flight the next day early... The facilities are brand new and modern... We got a free breakfast and a free ride to and from the Airport... The owners offer to pick you up from the Airport after landing and if you're catching a flight out from the hotel they will drop you off for free... Something you may want to check with them after checking in at this hotel... For what I paid the value was worth my stay...

Nothing really a lot of local restaurants for reasonable prices... Going to Hanoi center is a reasonable price via the Grab app (Vietnam's Uber) Grab also delivers food to the hotel with many selections from many restaurants in the area...

Aka was super helpful and made our stay smooth. Highly recommend for transit.

Close to airport after a long flight breakfast included

I messaged the hotel 3 times to arrange a pick up from the airport but they did not respond .

Amazing service! Lovely rooms, Aka was great help.

Friendly and very hospitable staff. Nice and spacious rooms. Free round trip airport shuttle service

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Big bed, huge room, great for repacking luggage if needed. Easy control of air conditioner.

No usb charging

The host was very helpful, friendly and very tidy. The room was very bright, very spacious and very clean, in a quiet location. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Excellent place to stay

The transportation to the airport was good.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The breakfast was gross. The sheets felt like sandpaper and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower oddly enough drained right into the bathroom. No drainage whatsoever. The towels were old, uncomfortable and felt like tissue paper.

We needed to do laundry. The team were so quick to help us. Nice staff there

The room looked nice in the photo and then exceeded our expectations when we arrived. The staff was beyond accommodating. Right next to the airport and very convenient. Only stayed here for the night after arriving from the airport and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Good hotel service, friendly and kind staff. Location is very close to the airport, convenient for transit, no fear of missing the flight. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will definitely choose this place.

It was doing cold at night!!!

I have family issues, I lost all my money when I was not able to stay

A little bit hard to find- definitely take a taxi. The place was great- clean, comfortable, affordable, etc.

The hotel is clean and close to the airport. The hotel service from the staff to everything is great.

Nice and spacious room Great location close to the airport and really nice staff!

Room was big with good mattress Close to airport

Breakfast at 7 is too late for airport hotel. Must be at 6 or 5:30.Fee to drive us to airport was overcharged

Large, very clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Very convenient pick up and drop off service. Friendly staff happily prepared an early breakfast for us. Highly recommend.

I was only here overnight as it was close the airport, room was clean and hotel staff were friendly.

Close to the airport, transfers worked. Small local restaurant provided good dinner.

The water from the shower went everywhere in the bathroom. There was not enough towels (stayed in family room and only two towels).

King size everything ! Room, bed , bathroom, lounge chairs and the spa bath. Fantastic. Rm 266 had big windows letting in natural light. I like to be able to look outside, not that they had fabulous views. Lots of transit hotels in the area. Convenient 10 min drive from/to Airport. Staff will organise taxi to airport. Basic breakfast included adding value for money. Not so gluten free or vegetarian friendly though. Receptionist uses translation app on her phone to communicate. It worked well.

Is really only ideal for an overnight stopper between flights. It's too far out to organise a day tour, and I discovered after doing a walking exploration in all directions, that there is nothing of interest here.

Room was spacious and very clean. Great value for money. Very friendly staff.

Quiet....family run business.. rooms are very nice...walk from restaurant

Quiet, room's are big,bed comfortable , Vietnamese restaurants walk away other amenities close by

A family run business. Made to feel very welcome. Was able to be picked up from the airport for a very small amount of money. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Perfect for an early morning flight as the airport is only a few minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay again if we require early morning transfers.

Nothing.

The room is clean and very spacious. Friendly staff. There is a car to pick up from Hanoi.

Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was friendly. Very convenient for my early flight.

Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is large, larger than all Vietnamese hotels. very comfortable and worth the money. Very good for transit

Staff was helpful and easy place to stay overnight.

Hotel asked me to cancel my reservation prior to my arrival which I refused. Took a picture of my confirmation number and pin and added a review on my behalf. I just amended it

very close to the airport. Room was clean and very quiet. Friendly employee. very worth the money

perfect hotel near the airport

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable, big bed. The hotel provides airport shuttle service.

Clean and comfortable, big bed, air conditioning and fast Internet..... Near the hotel there are several local restaurants. Only 5 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel offers airport shuttle service for a small fee. We really like the hotel! The staff were wonderful. I recommend it!

Lovely host, very friendly and accommodating, they tried their best to make us feel welcome. Big room, big bed, hot shower. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

Great hotel near the airport, rooms are spacious and clean. staff are very friendly

Room is large and clean. Friendly employee. There is a cheap airport shuttle

Spacious, simple but super clean, comfortable

None

Where do i start, on one hand it looked like the pictures which we liked but several spots had mold. And the room had a funky weird odor that was most prominent in the bathroom. The whole room was tidied up but not clean at all. We are very happy we had only stayed one night.

The room is very comfortable and close to the airport, the hotel owner family is very cooperative and helpful. The price is very reasonable. There is a cheap airport shuttle. I really recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location for the airport, very clean, friendly and safe hotel. The whole family that runs the business is very, very helpful and very kind. That's the best feature of the hotel. The facilities are quite good, air conditioning and powerful fans, which is quite important in that country if you want to get some sleep. My wife and I stayed here for 2 days and nights. they took care of us

An amazing hotel! So comfortable with a huge room and bathroom! Includes a lovely breakfast in the morning with both Western and Vietnamese options! The staff are so, so friendly too! I highly recommend this stay to anyone flying into Hanoi!

Very convenient to Hanoi international airport. The hotel has a shuttle service available upon request. Staff are all friendly and kind. They arranged for us to check in very early and very quickly (we arrived around 8am). The room was very quiet even though I needed to sleep during the day after a long flight, very clean, very spacious and very comfortable, with many free amenities in the room including bottled water. highly recommended and my family will come back

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, helpful and kind. They offer a la carte breakfast as well as a buffet, fresh orange juice and fruit, and they drove us to the airport at no extra charge. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, located right next to the highway but very well insulated and the room is very quiet and large so we can rest properly. . 100% recommended!

Conveniently located hotel close to the airport with a large room. This is a quiet area with only a few restaurants and similar hotels nearby. Hotel can also provide a taxi service for pickup and drop off. Only breakfast served at hotel so for other meals it is necessary to go outside.

Only Vietnamese television.

I stayed 2 times a night here and it was all in all great. Nice family run hotel, always friendly. Have pick up and bring service to airport. Only a short ride away. Rooms spacious and nice beds . Breakfast only has 4 options, freshly cut orange juice and fruit. If y have a early or late flight … surely nice … better then in city center if y have flights ,

Staffs were kind and the room was clean.

I had an early flight so I booked a hotel near the airport. I booked a hotel pick up service, and was picked up quickly when I arrived at the airport. The room is very large, clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and kind. Basic but great breakfast with fresh orange juice and milk for the kids. The price is very good so I will recommend it to you and your family when you need to transit the airport

Close to airport. Owner dropped us off at the airport.

The room was nice and big. I stayed in room 366, room was very clean. The bathroom is very large and beautiful with a wonderfully relaxing jacuzzi tub. The staffs were amazing! I will definitely come back to this property and would recommend to family and friends

I stayed a night here and it was all in all great. Nice family run hotel, always friendly. Have pick up and bring service to airport. Only a short ride away. Rooms spacious and nice beds . If y have a early or late flight … surely nice

I especially appreciated that when I left very early at 4am, the hotel prepared cakes and milk for me to take with me.

I can't tell you how great hosts these guys are absolutely phenomenal. Firstly there rooms massive in size and so clean with all the amenities. I had a room with Jacuzzi loved it. Very comfortable stay and the hosts are so welcoming makes you feel like home. Do ask for the coffee there I personally loved it. Can't wait to come to Hanoi again and visit them again. Thank you so much HAAP

This place was excellent, perfect location to the airport, the owner and the staff there were amazing. Clean & comfortable bed, hot shower, breakfast ! Thank you as it was exactly what we needed!

Would recommend this property to anyone that is needing accommodation around the airport, 10/10.

Cooperative staff. Clean big rooms. Ideal Transit establishment.
