Centrale ligging

Bed was doorgezakt, kamer had alleen een dakraam en dat kon niet verduisterd worden, matig schoongemaakt. Slechte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Alles bij elkaar betaal je vooral voor de locatie en niet zozeer voor de accommodatie.

Appartement très bien situé en centre-ville, idéal pour découvrir la ville.

Manque de nettoyage à certains endroits.

Could be cleaner. We found some mites in the bed and on the sofa. We were concerned these were bedbugs.

We hadden een grotere kamer gekregen. Veel ruimte. De badkamer was schoon. De locatie was top. Het bed lag prima.

De airco maakte veel geluid en maakte de kamer ook niet echt koeler. We hebben hem 's nachts lang aangehad maar het was nog steeds warm in de kamer.

De accommodatie is te bereiken door vele trappen omhoog. Dit was moeilijker te bereiken met koffers en grote tassen.

Die Lage war super und das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht.

Das Sofa war etwas klein. Aber meckern auf hohem Niveau…

De locatie is goed en de douche was netjes.

De bedden en de mobiele airco. Het was erg heet op de zolderkamer, en mobiel airco maakt enorm veel.lawaai.

Eén raam, in het plafond (wij hadden app nr 1) dat na lang zoeken een klein stuk open bleek te kunnen Zwarte haren op de vloer, een oude sok lag er nog en op de badkamer lag de badmat nog Je kreeg het idee dat er niet echt schoongemaakt was

De locatie is echt geweldig zo midden in het centrum

I had a really nice stay in this hotel. The room was big and clean. I stayed before in Haarlem, but it was a tiny room. This room is really big and comfortable. In the heart of the city center. I will be back. Highly recommended!!

Toplocatie en ontzettend behulpzaam personeel. Erg nette badkamer en bedden lagen heerlijk.

Zeepdispenser was stuk maar er werd oplossingsgericht gedacht. Heel fijn.

Perfect stay right in the middle of the city centre. The location was excellent, everything was within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastisch hotel met mooie ruime en schone kamers. Vriendelijk personeel en duidelijke communicatie, o.a. via mail en telefoon. De ligging van het hotel is ook heel gunstig.

Chambre budget économique n°1 est au rez-de-chaussée. on entend tous les bruits des autres clients qui entrent et sortent. Aucune fenêtre sauf une petite lucarne au plafond de la "cuisine". Literie très inconfortable. Le matelas est vieux et creusé.

Heeeeeerlijke locatie, neem wel oordoppen mee als je een lichte slaper bent ivm geluidsoverlast in de nacht van mensen in de stad. Mooie ruime kamer

Location was great, facilities were great. Appreciated the bag drop of ability as we wanted to be without a suitcase when we arrived so we could see the sights and start the adventure In Haarlem prior to checkin.

Only negative is that you can hear other guests above you and entering the building during the night.

Intercom doet het slecht en mag allemaal vriendelijker. Studio 1 heeft geen raam. Schoonmaken mag beter bij de koffie graag ook melk ipv alleen suiker. En in de ochtend toen ik mijn koffie ging kopen met melk uiteraard schrok ik er lag binnen een zwerver met een zeer onaangename geur

Conveniently located, although being on a pedestrian street made it tricky to arrange a private ride and pick up. Spacious comfortable apartment, with comfortable furnishings.

Steep, narrow stairs to apartment made it a 2 person job to get large suitcases upstairs.

Matras was slecht, er kon geen raam open,helemaal naar boven om je koffer weg te zetten, te weinig handdoeken.

This was a great location close to main plaza and walkable with small amount of luggage from train station. The flat was beautifully decorated with street views. Immaculately clean. Nicely stocked kitchen was a bonus.

The intercom at the front door was so full of static we could not understand the person speaking to us. We did not get the text/email with check-in directions until after we were in the foyer for 10-15 minutes. Once we got the directions and room number, we were able to get the entrance door code. Warning: the stairs to rooms on upper floors are very steep and narrow. We are relatively fit, but getting just small roll-aboard luggage upstairs was a challenge. Anyone with even slight mobility issues may find it very difficult, and I would advise contacting hotel to ensure lodging on street-level room if available.

Globalement l'appartement était salle, le plancher de la salle de bain et de la douche avaient plein de cheveux, la literie était salle, tachée et déchirée par endroit. Aucune chaise de "salon" et il fallait regarder la télévision dans la partie chambre.

Do patra není výtah a schody jsou extrémně strmé. Klíče jsme so měli vyzvednou na recepci ale recepce zde není a přes rozbity intercom nebylo vůbec rozumět. Matrace měkké.

Onze kamer staat duidelijk niet op de foto's bij booking.com. Heel klein raampje in het plafond. Niet zoals foto's uitzicht op de straat. Harde bedden.

Als ich ankam, waren das Bett und Badezimmer nicht sauber. Als ich über die App informiert habe, wurde ich aufgefordert eine Nummer anzurufen. Nachdem ich erklärt habe, dass es nicht sauber war, musste ich erst Bilder via WhatsApp schicken bevor mit gelaubt wurde. Es hat dann knapp eine Stunde gedauert, jemand kam. Diese Person hatte dann kein Reinigungsutensilien dabei und zunächst nur ein Bettlaken. Ich musste der Person dann erklären, was alles nicht sauber war. Währenddessen fragte mein Kontakt via WhatsApp, wieso ich mich beschweren würde. Der Preis von 145€ wäre ja schon weniger als normalerweise. Dazu kommt, dass ich hätte am selben Tag ein anderes Zimmer ein besseren Kategorie für 115€ hätte buchen können. Weiterhin durfte ich mir sagen lassen, dass doch der Großteil des Zimmers sauber wäre. Daraufhin habe ich nur gesagt, dass ich das anders sehe, wenn Bett und Schlafbereich sowie Badezimmer nicht sauber sind, bedeutet das in meiner Welt, dass die wichtigsten Komponenten eines Hotelzimmers nicht sauber sind. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen oder ähnliches. On top kam dann noch, dass das Hotel dem System gemeldet hat, dass ich nicht eingecheckt hätte.

Die Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum ist ideal, das war der Hauptgrund warum wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben.

Man hätte angeblich auch Frühstück im Hotel bekommen können, das war vor Ort aber überhaupt nicht möglich. Personal haben wir das gesamte Wochenende nicht angetroffen, die Ansagen über Gegensprechanlage beim Einchecken waren völlig unverständlich, da die Anlage sehr schlecht war. Parken in der öffentlichen Parkgarage ist sehr teuer und sollte beim Hotelpreis mit kalkuliert werden.

The apartment/room was perfect for a short stay over the holidays with all amenities a person may need. Location was amazing/central and 10 min walk away from a bus/train station, 5 min walk from a grocery store; beds were comfortable, decoration beautiful.

The entry way is a bit dark, but one doesn't spend too much time there, it was just a bit unexpected. Be aware that the staircase is traditional Dutch - narrow and high. Be mindful of your luggage and your physical abilities when booking an upper floor room as there is no elevator available.

De locatie

De kamer stonk naar sigarettenrook, dat vinden wij al niet lekker. Bij nader onderzoek, bleek de rookmelder met plastic en tape te zijn afgeplakt. Als we dat niet zelf hadden opgemerkt, kan dat leiden tot een ronduit gevaarlijke situatie. Je wordt dan niet gewaarschuwd bij rook/ brand. Echt niet OK in zo’n oud pand.

The WiFi was good, the staff responded to our request to leave our luggage there before checking in, which was very helpful.

There were no cooking facilities, just a fridge, kettle and coffee machine, and some dirty crockery. There was only one bowl in the cupboard. There was no sink to wash up in other than the plug-less small shower room sink. There were unpleasant smells in the shower room and only one hook to hang things on. The bed, small sofa and stools were all uncomfortable. The lighting was inadequate with just one dim skylight, no other windows, and an unpleasant neon blue circular light in the dining area. The LED table lamps by the bedside were useless. There was no space around the bed.

The location was reasonably good

It wasn’t comfortable. It was dark and not very nice. The balcony is next to the toilet. The stairs are terrible and this should be made very clear. We actually left early and paid to stay somewhere else.

Locatie is echt top! Midden in het centrum, op loopafstand van alles wat we wilden doen.

Het hotel is onbemand, dat was voor mij onduidelijk en de service rondom de ontvangst viel dan ook tegen. De contactpersoon achter de intercom was niet echt klantgericht en ook slecht te verstaan.

byłam w pokoju nr 1 (economy room). To pokój sztucznie wydzielony na parterze. Brak okna - był tylko lufcik w suficie, którego nie było możliwości otworzyć gdy padał deszcz. Wyrobiony z jednej strony materac, poplamione prześcieradło, brak klimatyzacji, brak sprzątania pokoju, ręczniki wymieniono dopiero przed ostatnią nocą (byłam tam 5 nocy), przechowalnia bagażu to był schowek na szczotki bez żadnych zabezpieczeń i do tego na pierwszym piętrze (strome i wąskie schody jakie to bywają w kamienicach holenderskich). brak szmaty do podłogi lub coś do posprzątania i pleśń na listwie "zapobiegającej wylewanie się wody spod prysznica na resztę łazienki. Światło górne było tylko nad "środkową" częścią pokoju, co uniemożliwiło pisanie przy stole. Najgorszy było brak wyciszenia pokoju - słychać było wszystko z pokoju nad (chodzenie, głośne rozmowy) i z korytarza (rozmowy, stukanie w ściany, trzaskanie drzwiami wejściowymi do "hotelu") - brak ciszy nocnej w tym miejscu. To miejsce to nie hotel tylko wynajęty prywatny apartament. Gdyby było wszystko opisane tak jak to wygląda nigdy nie zdecydowałabym się na ten pokój (pomijam, że cena była zbyt wysoka do warunków). na plus, ze właściciel próbował rozwiązać ten problem, ale chciał się spotykać po 22:00 (kiedy ja już padnięta szłam spać) lub w południe, gdy byłam w trakcie zwiedzania.

Accès par escalier très étroit et très raide rendant l’accès à la chambre, même sans valise, dangereux. Wifi défectueux malgré notre signalement. Fuite au dessus d’une fenêtre, colmatée par une éponge mais qui laisse fuiter la pluie et arrose table et chaises! Salle de bains neuve mais reste fenêtre et porte à restaurer, distributeur du savon dans douche cassé, manque de supports pour articles de toilette. Radiateur /chauffe serviettes très sale. Linge de toilette très usé, draps du lit non repassés, froissés (lavés?) . Dessus d’une des tables de nuit collant ! Vaisselle très sommaire.

Location. It was clean.

It’s a cheaply decorated apartment without windows that feels like a storage room. It is clean and the location is great but few things made it unpleasant: 1. The bed was uncomfortable with a sinkhole on one of the sides. 2. Bathroom is cheap. It kept on flodding (no shower screen) , there was no shower gel in the dispenser, and no place to hang and dry towels. One little hook for the hand towel only. 3. Noise level - you can hear people upstairs and moving in and out of the building. 4. The radiators were off when we checked in and the apartment was cold. This was quickly fixed but didn’t make for a pleasant start. 5. Bright white head light

Het was wel gehorig , en de kraan in het keukentje zat los, de intercom was slecht verstaan baar. Maar ik heb dit ook bij de eigenaar gemeld.
