Gemakkelijk parkeren recht over de deur met betaling, vriendelijk ontvangst, klein ontbijtbuffet, zeer comfortabele bedden, goeie douche als je eens weet hoe het werkt. Vroeger inchecken was fijn.

Beetje onpersoonlijk ontvangt, maar verliep wel vlot volgens instructies via whatsapp. Weinig charme, maar correct voor 1 nachtje

Grundsätzlich freundliche Besitzer (wenn man sie sieht, der Check-in läuft zumindest beim Late-Checkin automatisiert über Whatsapp). Preisnachlass von 2 eur. ;-)

Das Zimmer wirkt wie eine Höhle ohne richtiges Fenster, wirkt ungepflegt mit dringend überfälligen Malerarbeiten, laute Klimaanlage. Den Preis absolut nicht wert.

Krótki, ale bardzo udany pobyt. Donatello jest wspaniałym gospodarzem- bardzo opiekuńczym, pomocnym i niezwykle szybko odpowiadającym na wiadomości. W razie potrzeby można na niego liczyć. Śniadanie było skromne, ale smaczne i wystarczające. Całość wspominam bardzo dobrze i z przyjemnością polecam Dimora Fantasia na pobyt w Bari.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Dimora Fantasia Charme B&B. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und zugleich in einer äußerst charmanten, authentischen Gegend. Der sichere Parkplatz war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Zimmer war modern, makellos sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet und technisch absolut einwandfrei. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Herrn Donatello und das gesamte Team – alle waren überaus herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Super lokalizacja obiektu poza turystycznym centrum miasta, ale blisko dworca kolejowego i 25 minut spacerem od plaży Pane e Pomodoro. W okolicy sklepy spożywcze i restauracje. Pokój ładny i czysty, ze sprawną klimatyzacją. Miły i pomocny właściciel. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Smaczne włoskie śniadania, plus tosty i jajka. Choć liczyłam, ze będzie też biały ser jak na zdjeciach reklamowych. Spędziliśmy tu bardzo udane rodzinne wakacje. POLECAM!

Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern, großzügig und gemütlich, man merkt sofort, dass hier großen Wert auf Qualität und Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Donatello. Er ist ein unglaublich herzlicher, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich nicht einfach wie ein Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Egal bei welcher Frage oder welchem Wunsch, Donatello war immer hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Tipps für Bari und die Umgebung. ❤️ Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Besonders schön fanden wir die liebevolle Betreuung und die vielen kleinen Details, die den Unterschied machen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch der Bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. Für einen Aufenthalt in Bari ist das B&B daher ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Vielen Dank an Donatello und sein Team für diese wunderschöne Zeit! Notre chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre, ce qui n’est peut être pas le cas des autres.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Donatello. Tout s’est parfaitement bien déroulé, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté du logement, sa très bonne localisation, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux et l’hospitalité de Donatello. Donatello a été adorable, disponible et très attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Il prenait régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons également été touchés par ses petites attentions, notamment au petit-déjeuner, où il a pris le temps de remarquer nos préférences alimentaires et de s’adapter à nos habitudes. C’est ce genre de petites attentions qui fait vraiment la différence ! Un grand merci à Donatello et à toute son équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Donatello’s place. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and great location to the warm welcome and hospitality. Donatello was incredibly kind, attentive, and available throughout our entire stay. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. We were also touched by all the little thoughtful gestures, especially at breakfast, where he took the time to notice and accommodate our dietary preferences. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the week. A big thank you to Donatello and his team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be very happy to stay here again!

Bardzo sympatyczne miejsce i przesympatyczni i mili gospodarze. Mieliśmy wygodny duży apart z wygodnymi łóżkami . Właściciel sam postanowił zmienić nam na większy pokój ze względu na ilość osób i łóżek. Pokój bardzo czysty i zadbany. Śniadanie bardzo kameralne na parę stolików serwowane we wspólnej przestrzeni z innymi gośćmi. Wszystko co na dobry początek dnia potrzebne: Jajka, tosty, słodkości, kawa soki, płatki.

Trevligt mindre boende ca 20 minuters promenad från Gamla stan och hamnen. Tog ca 10 minuter att gå från tågstationen. Fräscht rum med supertrevlig personal. Gick hjälp med sevärdheter och restauranger.

Lite ruffiga kvarter precis där boendet ligger men kändes ändå tryggt att röra sig ute på kvällen.

We had a wonderful time at Dimora Fantasia! The place has a great location, near the bus and train stations, you can walk there. In the room you can find cookies for tea and Coffee 😍 Donatello is a wonderful host, always helping with all you need, he's always smiling and takes care of everything! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut telefonisch erreichbar. Parkgarage gleich gegenüber. Gute Lage für Fußweg oder Bus in die City. Abends auch gute und gemütliche Lokale/Pizzerias in der näheren Umgebung.

Unser Zimmer hatte nur Balkontür (mit kleinem Parterre-Balkon zum Gehsteig) und kein Fenster. AC ist allerdings gut.

Had a really nice stay in Bari, Italy. The B&B was more like a hotel standard — clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The food was great, and the host was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the start. A lovely place to stay with a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bari. Would happily come back again.

The location is very convenient. The rooms feels warm and cozy, and you can really see the attention to detail. Der Vermieter war überaus bemüht und sehr freundlich. Einchecken hat über WhatsApp super funktioniert, alles genauestens erklärt. Nach dem Check in noch mehrfach nachgefragt ob alles okay ist 😀

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The location is perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. The main room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable with a small balcony. The highlight was definitely the hospitality. The host made us feel welcome, leaving some typical snacks of the Puglia region at the arrival and also was highly available for different issues like car parking, for example. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Tout d'abord, l'amabilité de Donatello. On sent qu'il aime faire plaisir à ses hôtes, un plaisir! Nous avions, la première nuit, une chambre un peu trop bruyante à mon goût, il n'a pas hésité à nous changer de place, avec beaucoup de bienveillance ❤️ Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace, pas besoin de plus pour démarrer nos journées en pleine forme. Il nous a donné quelques bons conseils pour la visite de Bari, pour la location d'une voiture et la visite des Pouilles sur 1 journée bien chargée de beautés 🤩 Merci Donatello.

Felipe en Maria zijn de liefste mensen die ik ooit heb ontmoet. Een prachtige en rustige locatie midden in het oude centrum van Monopoli. Prachtige patio om te ontbijten. Zo vriendelijk. Je hoeft het maar te denken ... en je krijgt het. Con amore. Een echte aanrader.

Rummet var stort och generöst. Tyst nattetid trots gatan utanför. Man saknar inget, det finns espressomaskin , frukost/snacks minibar mm.

" Läget"i ett bostadsområde, kan vara både bra, man upplever vardagslivet, och lite otryggt beroende på vad man vill ha som gäst. Om man är ute sent på kvällen i vissa gator runt centralstationen så ska man nog inte gå själv.

We had ground floor room and it was kind of noisy. Every sounds from the street, another room beside or entry can be hear of . Sounds usually wake you up at 6-7 am.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Fantasia in Bari. The place is charming, very clean, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made the experience special was the host Donatello- warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. From the first moment we felt at home. The attention to detail and hospitality were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bari.

Super clean rooms, Donatello is a fantastic host. Taking care of your every need, excellent location in Central Bari. Close to everything you’ll need to explore the Puglia region of Italy. Donatello arranged for a private tour of Monopoli, Alberobello, and Polignano a Mare. We would return here for sure. Donatello is probably the hardest working B&B host I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. We traveled as a group of 7 women and booked 3 rooms.

Velmi dobrý přístup personálu. Fajn snídaně, chyběla jen zelenina. Celkově určitě spokojenost a můžeme doporučit.

Dveře do pokoje byly hned vedle recepce. Pokoj nebyl akusticky izolovaný, byl slyšet hovor od recepce i hluk z ulice.

Świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu market i doskonała pizzeria In forno, w bliskiej odległości od dworca Bari Centrale. Wygodna i czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżka. Sympatyczny gospodarz, który chętnie odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania i troszczył się, czy wszystko ok, na każdym kroku.

Śniadanie, ascetyczne, ale... w sumie przyzwoite, w sam raz, żeby rano z głodu nie umrzeć :D

Found a couple of bites at the morning, after I returned home I found an insect in my backpack. Looks like a bedbug for me. This “hotel” might need a disinfection.

Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bahnhof Bari Centrale...es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet..der Besitzer Donatello ist sehr hilfsbereit...man kann ihn bis spät in den Abend kontaktieren ,bekommt man sofort eine Antwort..sehr gut 👍 Sehr empfehlenswert..

Die Informationen die per Whatsapp kamen waren hilfreich. Die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft zu parken ist perfekt. Die Entfernung zur Altstadt zu Fuss gut machbar. In der Nacht ist es in der Strasse sehr ruhig. - Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. 2 Nächte 350.-- Euro - in Lecce hatten wir ein Zimmer im Palazzo ZIMARA 2 Nächte für 450 - ein Traum.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, in welchem sich die Fenster sehr hoch oben an der Decke befinden - in der Dusche ist die Abdichtung der Glaswand mangelhaft, deshalb immer Wasser bis in den Vorraum gelaufen. Das Bad war sauber. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist "kühl", es kommt kein Gefühl der Gemütlichkeit auf. Leider haben wir im Zimmer auf dem Boden Glasscherben und Nüsse sowie Laub vorgefunden. Dies wurde nach unserer Reklamation nochmals gereinigt.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B una sola notte. La struttura si trova abbastanza vicini al centro, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione, la camera era pulitissima, luminosa e molto ampia , con un bagno comodo è una bella bambina doccia. La colazione era piccolina, ma fornita sia di dolce che di salato . Direi tutto perfetto

Everything was perfect and there is nothing that needs improvement. Donatello took great care to make sure we were satisfied. No one has ever asked us with such care whether everything was okay and if we needed anything. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and we will definitely come back :)

La stanza davvero molto accogliente ed anche il Signor Donatello è stato gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere il Palaflorio .

Donattelo este o gazdă excepțională. Desi a fost un sejur scurt, Donattelo a facut tot posibilul să ne facă sederea cat mai placută, oferindu-ne tot confortul si toate informatiile de care am avut nevoie. Ne-a organizat o excursie de 1 zi cu sofer personal către Alberobello, Monopoli si Polignano a Mare. Mii de mulțumiri domnului Antonio care a fost un ghid de excepție insoțindu-ne mare parte din excursie si care ne-a oferit toate informațiile despre cele trei locații. Camera a fost mare, curată. Micul dejun bun si diversificat.

Ambiente gradevole, curato e pulito. Letti molto comodi, spazi molto ampi, anche il bagno nuovo e in ottime condizioni. Lo standard è quello di un hotel confortevole, la colazione onesta e il servizio molto attento. L'illuminazione della stanza è gradevole e l'ambiente accogliente. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo, aperto ed accogliente! Donatello l'host, è sempre stato molto comunicativo ma discreto, premurandosi che tutto andasse bene, ci ha fatto trovare la stanza calda: il clima funzionava bene ed ha mantenuto la stanza calda e asciutta (era febbraio e in quei giorni anche a Bari faceva un po' freddo!).

L'unico neo della nostra stanza al piano terra è stato la scarsa luce naturale. Le stanze al piano terra, lato strada (molto spaziose, comode e accessibili se si viaggia con tanti bagagli o con i bambini) hanno, sì, delle finestre, ma la luce naturale che ne proviene è minima. Sicuramente può essere un vantaggio nelle calde giornate estive, ma in inverno l'ambiente è risultato un po' buio. Dettaglio trascurabile se si spende la maggior parte del tempo all'esterno, ma quando si è in stanza un po' si nota.

This was a lovely place to stay in Bari. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the train station (8 minutes) and downtown (20-minute walk). The space was clean and comfortable, breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff were attentive and pleasant throughout our stay. Highly recommend.
