Banheiro impecável na limpeza e detalhes, luz no espelho, relógio, secador de cabelo mto bom além da sacada com mesinha, café da manhã e cama confortável, foi uma grata surpresa pois o externo do prédio é antigo e o apartamento é tudo novo, adoramos!

Não teve nada que nos desagradasse.

Our flight arrived very late, around 2 a.m., so one of our main priorities was finding accommodation with an easy and convenient self-check-in. Everything worked perfectly. We received very clear instructions on how to enter the building and access the apartment, even at such a late hour. We also arranged airport transportation with the host in advance, which made our arrival even easier and more comfortable. We stayed in Bari for just one full day, but the location was perfect for exploring the city. In the morning, we took a bus to the beach and walked back, which was very convenient. In the evening, we walked to the old town. The train station was only about a 3-minute walk away, and the train to the airport was extremely convenient for our departure. Although the apartment is close to the station, the neighborhood itself is clean, pleasant, and well maintained. The main station building is further away, so we didn’t see any of the mess or crowds that you might expect around a busy station. We also felt completely safe walking around at night - the streets were well lit, clean, and peaceful. The apartment looks exactly like the photos or even better! The balcony is small, but very cozy. The bed is a comfortable double bed without a divider in the middle, which is perfect for a couple. There were several pillows to choose from, so we could find the ones that were most comfortable for us. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We had read some reviews mentioning noise from the trains, but honestly, we didn’t find this to be an issue at all. The trains don’t run that frequently, and we barely noticed them. In fact, looking out from the balcony at the railway tracks somehow reminded us how wonderful it is to travel. We were also very impressed by all the thoughtful extras. There was a kettle, coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar, cereal, pastries, jam, Nutella and more. The fridge was stocked with milk, water, and other drinks.

1. Misleading Luggage Service: Booking.com listed luggage storage, but upon arrival, the cleaner refused to store our luggage and told us to return after 14:00 to check in. 2. Location & Access: The guesthouse is actually a distance from the main station entrance and difficult to find. Furthermore, the area around the street is quiet and deserted especially at night. Safety Issue: Entering required three sets of security codes (building main door, main unit door, and room key box). Despite these security layers, strangers knocked on our room door late at night and tried to turn the door handle. When I shouted from inside, a man said "sorry" and left with another person. The host claimed it was a food delivery driver, but it remains concerning how unauthorized people bypassed multiple code-locked doors and attempted to open a private room. 3. Hygiene Issues: The duvet smelled musty/mouldy, and the bed felt dirty—both my friend and I suffered itchy arms and legs after using it.

The room and bathroom ok.

Communication with host and access - terrible. No signage for property. Didn’t provide access details and we couldn’t get in the main entrance. Not fun after a long day traveling and very hot. Location - area not great. I would stay the other side of the train station. Quite smelly/ dirty. Balcony overlooks train station. Breakfast - very poor. It consists of coffee and packaged food. Not what you would expect from accommodation in Italy.

Kommunikation um in das Appartement zu gelangen nur über Anruf beim Vermieter (Hinweise im Voraus als Chat Nachricht wäre besser)

Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, jedzenie i picie przydatne, super klimatyzacja, zakwaterowanie bez personelu

Obsługa 1 dzień nie posprzątała i dostaliśmy prowiant tylko w torbie z lidla zawieszony na drzwiach, jacuzzi napełnia się długo i niestety brzydko pachnie jak się włączy bąbelki, jest dosyć głośno, przez drzwi widać światło z korytarza

1) vicinanza alla stazione dei treni, 2) zona porto raggiungibile a piedi, 3) al 7°piano bella veduta superiore del posto e arieggiato anche senza dover necessariamente accendere il condizionatore, 4) angolo balconcino attrezzato con sedie e talovino, 5) materasso e cuscini comodissimi, 6) doccia ampia e dotata di più opzioni di getto e modalità (doccia dall'alto, con microfono e modalità fontanella), specchio retroilluminato ottimo, 7) armadio con appendiabiti sali scendi (ottimo per abiti medio/lunghi).

Per mia mancanza :non avevo familiarità con la segnaletica "guest house" 😅, quindi aspettandomi la tipica insegna cercavo quella, e ho impiegato un po' di più a trovarlo, ripeto per mia mancata conoscenza. Del resto tutto ottimo ☺️

l’emplacement à proximité du vieux Bari à pied à 10/15 min, le bain moussant relaxant le propriétaire nous a tout indiqué en arrivant par sms, cetait très clair ! a savoir que les places blanches sont gratuites dans les rues, donc possibilité de se garer à proximités si vous avez une chance de trouver une place ! on reviendra !

Tetszett a kilátását a vasútállomásra, a 7. emeletről. A hűtőben víz és üdítők és tej fogadott, jól hűtött és csendes volt. Tetszett a bekészített reggeli, pont az várt mint a képeket Hatalmas szép fürdőszoba.

The location is good, close to the train station and bus station, maximum 10 min walk. The room is very clean and spacious. There are also small snacks for breakfast (Italian style), water, milk and juices.

Parfaitement situé à proximité de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour aller visiter les autres villes des Pouilles. La chambre en elle même était très bien avec un petit balcon. Petit-déjeuner dans la chambre.

思ったより駅から遠かった。 (長距離バスのバス停からは近い) 問い合わせの返事がなかなか来なくてヤキモキした。 シーツがちょっと痒い。

Sicuramente la pulizia, la colazione davvero molto fornita e ricca, il bagno bello pulito elegante, fornitissimo di sapone shampoo e tovaglie ottima anche la posizione centrale.

Le lenzuola sembravano in poliestere, abituati alle lenzuola di cotone ci siamo po' trovati scomodi perché calde, però niente da dire sul resto tutto molto bello.

Nagyszerű szállás. Kényelmes ágy, gyönyörű fürdő, könnyű bejutás. Minden délelőtt/dél környékén takarítottak a szobában. Kedves volt a takarító is, ha esetleg várnia kellett kicsit miattunk, simán várt mosolyogva. Óváros 20 perc séta, állomás 5 perc séta. Hiába van a vasút mellett alig hallani mert jó a nyílászáró.

Egyedül a reggeli lehetne kicsit változatosabb, de mivel nem hotel, így azért azt elég nehéz megoldani.

Duży i przestronny pokój, 10 minut od dworca głównego. Jednie "sniadania" do dopracowania, bo otrzymaliśmy malutki koszyczek z produktami na słodko.

A szoba gyönyörű, szép. Jó fürdőszoba, kényelmes izgalmas jacuzzi. Jó klíma, kényelmes ágy. Hatalmas szekrény. Tiszta, rendezett körülmény.

A reggeli, csupa édes, minden nap ugyanaz. El tudtunk volna képzelni kis sajtokat, sonkákat. Pici volt az asztal.

Švarus ir patogus kambarys. Patogi vieta, galima nueiti iki pagrindinių vietu.

We have been there for one night for a stop in bsri and needed to stay near the bus station. It was perfect for us, very comfortable, everything was clean. The room was a little small but for our stay for one night it was perfect. It has coffee in the room, breakfest which was packed, large bath room, everything was great!!there was even a balcony.

We loved our short stay at Capruzzi Guesthouse. The room was very compact, but it included all the amenities we needed. Everything was updated and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The location is especially convenient if you have an early morning bus or train departing from Bari Centrale. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Not the prettiest part of town, less recommended as a base.

La colazione è stata un problema, la lasciano in camera sopra il tavolo ma essendo intollerante avevo richiesto se per i 2 giorni mi avrebbero fatto trovare qualcosa senza glutine, invece nulla, ho potuto bere solo il latte. Per quanto è costata la camera magari il proprietario poteva anche fare un gesto carino e farmi trovare anche solo 1 cosa. Mah

Todo excelente atención y lugar

אחלה חדר ללילה אחד, קרוב מספיק לרכבת ולשדה התעופה, ולבית קפה לארוחת בוקר. המיטה הייתה המיטה הכי נוחה שישנתי בה בחיים, הייתה רק בעיה עם המזגן שפלט לכלוך שחור על הרצפה. מעבר לכך, חדר טוב מאוד ללילה אחד

Ogólnie wszystko super. Lokalizacja, czystość, bliskosc sklepów. Jedyny może nie minus ale cos z czego nie skorzystałem prawie wcale to śniadanie. Typowe włoskie 😀 na słodko. Jako Polak musiałem sie poszliście czymś innym. Ale nie zaliczam tego jako wada.

Amplasarea camerei a fost foarte practica pentru noi, fiind la maxim 10 minute pe jos de Bari Centrale de unde am luat majoritatea trenurilor către atracțiile turistice. Am avut tot ce era necesar pentru îngrijirea persoanala, inclusiv șampon, gel de dus, fier de călcat si feon. În fiecare zi ni s-a facut curățenie si spațiul este destul de mare. Am avut mereu cafea, lapte, ceaiuri si apă.

Micul dejun nu a fost ceea ce ne asteptam. Pentru noi a fost destul de nesănătos, fiind alcătuit din produse de patiserie dulci

Nagyon szép szobánk volt, kis erkéllyel, modern fürdőszobával. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, külön tetszett, hogy 2-2 párnát kaptunk. 🙏🏼 Igazán jók voltak a kis figyelmességek, a bekészítések. Emellett nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szállás volt, gyalog pár perc a vasútállomás, a buszpályaudvar pedig lényegében a ház előtt volt. A Centro storico kb. 15 perces sétával volt elérhető. A reggeli előrecsomagolt, bekészített reggeli volt, de nekünk tökéletes (nem volt száraz, vagy rossz ízű semmi). Volt kávé, tej, minden. A takarító hölgyek is nagyon kedvesek voltak, igazán készségesek, és volt pár kedves szavuk is hozzánk. 🥰

Kissé nehézkes volt a kommunikáció a szállásadóval WhatsApp-on, végül miután felhívtam, sikerült bejutni a szállásra. Nekünk ugyan nem volt bajunk vele, de mivel a vasút mellett van a szállás, előfordul, hogy hallani a vonatokat. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, with nice furniture and a clean, fully functioning bathroom. The room was cleaned every day, and if anything got dirty, it was replaced immediately. Everything was spotless during our entire stay. The Italian-style breakfasts were very cute and enjoyable. Overall, everything was wonderful and we have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay here again. The only small downside was the view of the railway tracks. However, it did not bother us at all because we spent most of our time exploring the city and mainly used the apartments for sleeping and resting.

Everything was excellent.

Great location

Noisy because of the traffic (trains and cars). The meal offered cannot be considered as breakfast. Processed and artificial products packed in plastic bags. No fresh food. Same with sofr drinks. Last but definitely not least all the communication after the booking was held through WhatsApp. Messages and instructions were sent there which can cause confusion. The booking was made in booking the communication should continue there too!

Der Reinigungsservice war super gründlich, man ist relativ schnell in der Stadt und auch Frühstück wird immer wieder aufgefüllt. Zum Frühstück gab es abgespeckte Croissants, Marmelade, Müsli und andere kleine Gebäcke, wer es eher deftig mag, wird hier vermutlich nicht so glücklich.

Der Vermieter machte einen etwas unfreundlichen Eindruck (Kommunikation nur per Whatsapp), kümmerte sich aber direkt um mein Anliegen, als ich vor der Tür stand und keine Zugangsdaten hatte. Nachts ist es schon etwas lauter durch die Straße und Bahnhof, aber im April war es noch zu frisch, um das Fenster aufzulassen.

Posizione ottima, con diversi punti di interesse nelle vicinanze tra cui bar, supermercati, stazione e il corso principale. La camera era accogliente, pulita e arricchita da piccoli omaggi molto graditi. Consiglio questa struttura e, se dovessi tornare a Bari, la sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo.

Unica piccola nota: essendoci molti bar sotto il palazzo, sarebbe interessante offrire una convenzione per la colazione agli ospiti, invece dei prodotti confezionati lasciati in camera.

Blisko dworca i chwila spacerem od pięknego starego miasta. Wygodne łóżko. Pyszne śniadanie i dobra kawka z możliwością spienienia mleka. Przyjemny obiekt z widokiem na północne Bari.

Dbałość o szczegóły, takie jak kapcie, szlafroki, chusteczki, kawa, szampon, żel pod prysznic. Pokój był przestronny i przyjemny. Łazienka z fajnym dużym prysznicem. Dużo ręczników. Codziennie było ogarnięte. Śniadanie ok. Jacuzzi super. Dobra jakoś do ceny.

Było dość wilgotno, trochę za dużo sztucznych zapachów. Drzwi do pokoju są nieszczelne przez co było słychać jak ktoś przechodzi przez korytarz, nawet światło prześwitywało przez szczeliny w drzwiach. Ulica bardzo hałaśliwa i nocą może być trochę niebezpieczna. Widok średni, na tory i dworzec autobusowy.

La colazione assortita era già pronta in camera il giorno dell arrivo.

La connessione WiFi e l'insonorizzazione. Purtroppo la vicinanza alla stazione e all ospedale non aiutano con l'isolamento dai rumori. Ma per quello che serviva (facilità di spostamento e 1 sola notte per soggiorno di lavoro) è stata comunque una soluzione ottima.

Apartmán bol veľmi čistý. Lokalita bola veľmi dobrá 10 minút pešo od stanice Bari centrale. Ideal lokalita na podnikanie výletov do okolia. Raňajky typické talianske /croisanty, suchare, marmelada, nutella/, dala sa spravit kava, caj na apartmáne nám to stacilo . Davide bol veľmi milý , self check prebehol bez problémov , batožinu sme si vedeli tiež nechať a vyzdvihnúť vecer, keďže sme mali neskorý let.

Nemôžem nič vytknúť.

We really liked the location and its location. We were provided with all the information. Cleaning was done daily and the breakfast area was replenished. Train station 5 min walk. Center about 20 min walk. The fact that it is right next to the railway does not bother at all, in fact it is interesting. When we return to Bari we will stay at the same location. Congratulations!

Tutto, soprattutto la pulizia non ho mai trovato una struttura con la quale le lenzuola odoravano di ammorbidente e non solo , l impatto di profumo che si sentiva appena entrati bellissimo
