Reviewed Aug 29, 2026部屋が広くて綺麗でした。 8人で宿泊しましたが、十分な広さでした。 ベイエリアや駅も割と近くて朝早く起きて散歩にいけたのは良かったです。
遅い時間にチェックインしたので駐車場がうまってしまって近隣の駐車場を案内してもらいましたが、雨が沢山降っていたので荷物の移動が大変でした。

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026This is a no fuss, fun little hotel. The surprise was it is pet friendly and I didn't hear a dog bark! There is a dog wash downstairs, a cute little lounge area, engaging staff who are regularly on patrol restocking things. Our view was of Mt Hakodate, we were 1/2 a minute from the tram and an easy walk to the train. The room was large and there were convenience stores everywhere. The Brickworks was in easy reach for seaside strolls and lots of shopping. I anticipated doggie smells but there were none.
We prefer softer beds, but that is a personal preference.

朝食は提供していないようでした。私のように外に食べに行きたい人には、デメリットにはなりませんが。あとは、チェックインの時間が21時くらいまでなので、そこは注意が必要です。

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026우선 직원분들이 엄청 친절하시고 어떻게든 도와주려고 하셔서 죄송할 정도 였습니다. 근처에 편의점 있고, 유명한 야키니쿠 도시락 점도 걸어서 10분 안 걸려서 위치도 좋습니다. 아이들이나 반려견을 위한 시설도 있고, 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 눈에 젖은 빨래를 할 수 있습니다.
번화가에서 좀 떨어진 것이 흠이라면 흠이지만, 대신 엄청 조용합니다. 어메니티 세트에 로션 같은 것은 없으니 챙겨가야 합니다. 아무래도 히터로 난방을 하다보니, 어쩔 수 없이 건조한 부분이 있습니다.

Grands rangements pour les affaires. Salle de bain plutôt agréable. Personnel très accueillant et avec de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Bien situé entre la gare et le coin touristique près de la mer. Machines à laver de bonne qualité. Distributeur de boissons au rdc, avec beaucoup de choix et gratuit. Dommage qu’il ait été en panne deux jours sur trois.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025Really kind and helpful staff, one spoke English really well and thankfully alerted us that the Mt Hadokate ropeway was closed for maintenance. Rooms were quite dated (especially the bathroom) but everything was very clean. Location was a short walk from a tram stop, so pretty convenient. Very quiet rooms and location too. The free tea and coffee in the lobby were a really nice touch as well.
Wifi was spotty and disconnected fairly frequently. Beds were a bit too firm for our liking. But very minor gripes in comparison with the positives!

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025なんといってもスタッフ皆さんが、とても親切で子供にも優しくしていただきました！ フリードリンクもあり、子供用のジュースは頼む前に声をかけてくれるほど親切な対応。 ジュースを受け取る時に周りのオモチャや乗り物に夢中で、遊び終わったあとに子供たちがジュースのお礼を伝えに行くと驚くほどに感動してくれました！ ご自由にと書かれたお菓子のセンスもめちゃくちゃ良く、お勧めされた屋上も夜に行くと眺めが素敵！ 天気が良ければ5才でも歩いていける距離に飲食店も朝市もあり、快適以外の言葉が見つからないひとときでした！

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025スタッフが全員異常なほど親切で、困った時は必ず問題解決してくれた。近所の美味しいお味噌や醤油屋さんを教えてくれたり、パソコンの充電器も揃えてくれた。ここまで親切な人が揃うホテルはレア。屋上からの眺めも最高で、ラウンジにあるドリンクも豊富な種類だし、部屋も広い。 駅周辺より私はここを選んで正解だったと思う。路面電車の目の前、レンガ倉庫や、外食レストラン街も歩いてすぐで駅より便利がよかった。

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025到着時はあいにくの雨でしたが、スタッフの方が荷物濡れてることとか色々気にして話しかけてくださいました。 ロビーには近所のお店の情報が貼ってあって、ドリンクもフリーで飲めたので、コーヒーを飲みながらゆっくりさせていただきました。 お部屋は写真で見てたそのままで、とっても広くてキレイで、自分のアカウントでログインして接続すれば部屋のテレビでNetflixも見れました。 夕方雨が止んで、チェックイン時に上がって良いと聞いた屋上へ。景色がとても良かったので、屋上もおすすめです。

Tuve un problema de salud y fueron tan atentos y amables que incluso un trabajador nos acompañó en taxi al hospital y nos ayudó con la traducción. No puedo estar más agradecida.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Great staff. So kind. We didn’t realize we were visiting over the days of the Hakodate Port Festival what a great surprise that was! Even better was the hotel letting guests watch the fireworks show from their rooftop and it was a perfect view!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025一樓有自助咖啡、可可、茶的自動飲料機，二樓有交誼廳，頂樓有寵物廣場。四人房非常寬敞，有兩張沙發與可旋轉方向的電視。
附近稍微不熱鬧，便利超商稍遠。

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful in explaining how to get around the city to see the attractions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable compared to the rooms in Takanawa and Aomori that cost much more. The complementary coffee reception in the lobby offered latte, cupacino, hot chocolate, Matcha and more. I would definitely go back.
The older taxi drivers did not know where this hotel was nor the name of it.
