L'aerea lounge é molto carina, con la sala da biliardo ecc, ma é assolutamente sproporzionata rispetto ai servizi che si offre nelle stanze. Addirittura più di 6 forni, ma poi nelle stanze ci sono diverse disservizi

- Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola non sono stati cambiati neanche una volta (ed ho dormito 4 notti), alcuni asciugamani erano già sporchi - in alcune stanze ci sono scritte sulle pareti: le coprirei quanto prima per non dare l'idea dello sciatto - La macchinetta del caffè della lounge, se non é presente il tecnico non funzionava. Preferivo pagarla, ma averla sempre disponibile. La posizione non é ottimale se prenotate attività, visto che non é tra gli hotel preso cui si fanno i pick up, a circa 20 Min a piedi c'è un supermercato. Insomma, come appoggio va bene, ma sproporzionato rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Minden megvolt a szobában, amire szükség volt. Kicsi, mégis szuperül ki van találva. Van elég tárolóhely. A világítás is nagyon jó.

Alles bestens. Das Zimmer ist sauber und funktionell. Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Sessel sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist einfach und klein, aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend.

While the room was quite basic it had everything I needed and a wonderful lounge areas to hang out in with games, TV- it was a great area to recover from the days activities while prepping for Northern lights viewing

Moins cher que les hôtels, particulièrement en haute saison. Espace cuisine et salon (communs).

Les chambres sont très petites (normal à ce prix-là). L'hôtel est un peu éloigné de l'ancien centre où il ne reste quasiment plus de commerces (hiver 2026), et très éloigné du nouveau centre où sont désormais situés les restaurants/cafés/bars et autres magasins. À éviter si vous n'avez pas de véhicule. Le service laisse à désirer (il ne restait plus de savon dans la chambre, ni au lavabo ni à la douche).

My room was decent and the kitchen was big with lots of food storage space which was nice

The location was the biggest downfall. The closest cafe or grocery store was a 15 min walk away, it was a 40 min walk from the train station and around a 40min walk from the downtown area with shops, restaurants, etc. so it really was not a convenient place to stay in terms of getting to explore Kiruna.

A good room for a good price. Everything was perfect - bed, furniture, shower, facilities and so on. The hotel and the rom itself was very clean. I was happy with a stay.

Maybe that I have to take my shoes off before I go towards coridors. But it is understandible.

La posizione è periferica e adatta solo per chi ha un'auto, il distributore automatico di snak è poca cosa e in 4 giorni non è stato riempito. Per la spesa sono necessari almeno 15 minuti per l'andata e 15 minuti per il ritorno

Relatively cheap accommodation, the kitchen had a decent amount of cooking utensils and comes with a bunch of dishwashers so no need to worry about washing up after cooking. While a bit of a walk away, there are 2 decently sized and well stocked supermarkets nearby that are open until 22:00. The TVs come with a Chromecast so you can stream your own content from bed, and there is also a large TV in the lounge area.

The shower floods the entire bathroom whenever you use it and runs out of hot water very quickly. Also, the cleaners threw out the food I had on my pantry thinking it was another room's that had checked out even though it was in the correctly labeled section. I was compensated with a ham and cheese sandwich from the vending machine for half a bag of granola, 3 bananas and enough bread for 2 sandwiches with the fillings I still had in the fridge 🥹 All of the games in the common room advertised were broken at the time of my stay.

Really nice compact room with everything you need, very good common areas (very comfortable couches, nice facilities, good kitchen, great views) and walkable distance from bus stops. Looks much better inside than it does outside, don't let the storage container look fool you; the inside is really nice. Quiet, calm place. Customer support fast to reply and helpful.

I only got my login details the day of my stay around noon, as opposed to the days before that was advertised. The room I was given at first was very warm inside (supposedly just due to sun shining through the windows, which isn't the property's fault), but I was able to change rooms quickly with a call to customer service and got a cooler shadow-side room so this was resolved. The hot water ran out once while I was washing my hair (though there is a sign warning you about this, so maybe my own fault). There is enough hot water for a <10 minute shower, so for all my curly girls out there, plan accordingly :D

Das kontaktlose einchecken hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem. Toll war für mich auch, dass es einen Waschraum gibt mit Waschmaschinen, Trocknern sowie Wäscheständern.

Für korpulentere Personen könnte es im Bad bzw Dusche eng werden. Ich konnte bei meinem Zimmer, trotz mehrmaliger Versuche, die Tür nicht aufsperren und öffnen. Ich habe mehrmals versucht beim Kundenservice anzurufen. Es war ständig besetzt. Auf mein Mail hat man allerdings schnell reagiert und mir mitgeteilt, dass jemand vorbeikommen wird. Nach einer Stunde versuchte ich nochmals die Tür aufzusperren. Ich bat einen anderen Gast es auch zu versuchen. Er schaffte es nach etwas Herumprobieren. Ich musste mich mit einem Bein an der Wand abstemmen, um die Tür ganz fest heranzuziehen und den Schlüssel im Schloss drehen zu können und danach die Tür kräftig aufdrücken. Das war notwendig, weil die Tür verzogen ist. Schleifspuren waren am Türrahmen erkennbar. Ich wollte telefonisch mitteilen, dass ich die Tür öffnen konnte, aber die Leitung war wieder besetzt. Also habe ich es per Mail mitgeteilt. Und auch, dass man mir das gleich sagen hätte können, dass die Tür schwer öffnen geht, da ich vermutete, dass dieses Problem bekannt war und ich nicht die Erste war, die Probleme hatte die Tür aufzusperren. Als Entschädigung dafür, dass ich unnötig eine Stunde gewartet hatte und dem Umstand, dass ich mich nicht traute die Tür zuzusperren, wenn ich weggehe, habe ich bezüglich eines Preisnachlasses angefragt. Auf dieses Mail wurde nicht reagiert. Am nächsten Tag in der Früh klopfte der Hausmeister an die Tür, um das Problem mit dem Fenster(!?) zu beheben. Ich berichtete ihm von dem Problem mit der Tür. Er erklärte mir, dass die Ursache die durch das naheliegende Bergwerk hervorgerufene Bodensenkung sei und sich das Gebäude dadurch verzogen hätte. Das hat mir bestätigt, dass das Problem bekannt sein musste.

狭いが、部屋の中は新しくてきれい。

乾燥機の扉を開けると嫌な匂いがする。ほこりや髪の毛が溜まっていて、まったく掃除がされていない様子。 キッチンは、食材を出しっぱなしにしたり、使った食器を片付けない人が多い。宿泊者のマナーが良くない。チェックイン直後はスタッフがきれいに清掃してくれているので、キッチンを使うなら早めのタイミングがいいと思う。

Perfect for solo travel and being close to activities in the area. Also close to grocery store. Very safe, clean, and has hot water. Very affordable.

I feel like the road right infront of the front office is not taken care off. Someone should shovel it or put some gravel down.

Es war kein Personal anwesend. Das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe! Bevor ich duschte, musste ich die Vorhanghalterung reparieren. Der Duschschlauch ist undicht...

Ubytování sice navenek působí relativně lowcost, ale vůbec nic člověku nechybí. Pokoj čistý a pěkný. Self checkin funguje bez problémů.

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is large and well equipped.

Location is quite inconvenient (2 miles from train station). Room gets very hot and window barely opens. There was a plug-in fan but it was too dusty to use. The shower did not drain properly. It seems like this property is mainly used by men traveling for work, I did not see another female traveler.

It was very cheap. I got what I've expected for the price, but my expectations were low. The kitchen was nice and you can make your food and keep it in fridges.

Don't expect much, it's container rooms. The kitchen was not cleaned very much. The Wifi was not the best, but it worked most of the time.

Fick aldrig någon kod så jag kunde checka in på hotellet.

Unterkunft liegt mitten in einem Abrissgebiet Es handelt sich eigentlich um Wohncontainer für Arbeiter, der Tagebau ist direkt hinter dem Haus mit entsprechendem Lärm und Gestank

Sigo esperando el comprobante de pago. Me dijeron que lo enviarían al final de mi estancia, les he recordado después de varios días de haber salido y no responden. Cuidado si tienes que reportar gastos a tu empresa. No se dice en la publicidad que no harán el aseo en tu habitación En el área de dejar los zapatos hay unos zapatos abandonados, sucios y nadie los movió en más de 8 días que estuve allí. El transporte colectivo pasa muy lejos de este hotel.
