Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Was very clean, check-in and check-out procedures were easy, and we were in short walking distance from the bus stop for Nikkaluokta, so it was super convenient. Previous guests - other hikers/climbers - had even left behind partly-used camping gas canisters, so we actually saved a bit of money by taking the abandoned propane canisters with us for our climb!
Don't have any complaints. Was a nice stay.

Slitet hus, vars möblering inte är uppdaterad sen 90-talet! Taskiga sängkläder. Fick bödda och städa själv, vilket inte speglar priset vi fick betala. Sträva handdukar. Alldeles för få toaletter på många rum. Sunkig trasa i köket. En huvudkod som vandrar runt till alla gäster i huset, och nycklar till varje rum som enkel kan kopieras, vilket inte kändes tryggt! Skitställe helt enkelt

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025We had a wonderful stay in Kiruna before going on a hike. Great location close to transport(bus, train), comfortable room, well equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable what I find extremely important. Hosts are very welcoming, great communication prior our arrival.

Kirjautuminen/avaimen saaminen haastavaa. Oltiin Ruotsissa, mutta yhteyshenkilö puhui vain huonoa englantia. Huone oli homeinen ja kostea kellarilukaali. Maakellarin haju. Huoneessa ei ollut minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa. Kaksi vesipistettä vuoti jatkuvasti. Yöpyminen täällä ei ole terveydelle hyväksi. Hinta/laatusuhde todella huono.

Our room (room 1): no way to turn on the ceiling lamp. No shelves for the upper bunk. Shower room: no shelves in the shower. The shower head hangs loose and you have to use one hand to spray yourself.

Saknade måttsats i kök. Slitet badrum på övervåning. Fönster i källaren var svårt att stänga. Lyhört. Trög/svårstängd ytterdörr. Luckan till facket till diskmaskinsdiskmedlet var trasig. Lysrör obanför diskbänk var trasigt och båda handtagen på toaletterna var inte helt hela.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025Грязно везде, в комнатах и в общих зонах сан узлах, везде надписи о том, что гости должны сами убрать, а за что тогда оплачиваются деньги объекту размещения? Парковка никак не указана, где конкретно можно парковаться. Стены картонные слышно все. Ощущение, что ты не взрослый человек, который платит деньги и получает сервис, а ребенок, который приехал в лагерь, которому указывают, что делать.

Vårt rum låg i kälkaren. Utrymmen i övrigt i källarplanet var väldigt sunkigt, luktade fukt och mögel men det var inget som spred sig in i rummet vi bodde i.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025Понравилось быстрое бронирование за такую приемлемую цену, наличие душа, туалета, кухни со всем необходимым. Для Кируны это хороший вариант, если вам необходимо переночевать 1ночь и двигаться далее. Были в период с 1 на 2 июля 2025г. Ком.2 1й этаж
1.Не понравилось, что постель была не заправлена, после утомительной дороги мы вынуждены были заниматься заправкой постели, а хотелось просто упасть и крепко заснуть с дороги, это большой минус. 2. Постель настолько была плохо выполоскана от кондиционера для белья, что запах стоял как в комнате, так и на утро по всему телу. Считаю это крайне неприемлемо, тк люди должны отдыхать с дороги, а не раздражаться или проветривать комнату. 3. Надо было также убрать за собой постель и разделить по корзинам. 4. Персонала за время пребывания не увидели, если бы возникли вопросы, было бы проблематично все решить. 5. И еще про постель...обновите комплекты на более натуральные материалы.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2025The house was very charming, had great views of the neighbourhood. The shared bathroom was very clean and super spacious. I loved waking up after it had snowed in the night and looking outside. The bed was very comfy. The window opened properly which is a huge must for me because even though it was sub zero temperatures, I really like to sleep with the window open with a chilly breeze in the room. The owners communicated well with me over email. I was very satisfied with my experience. In all, the cosy aesthetic of the building is what sold it to me.

Extrêmement bruyant. Dû pour partie au manque d'éducation de certains locataires, qui n'ont pas tenu compte de la consigne de discrétion passée une certaine heure, pour le reste du fait de la caisse de résonance que constitue la bâtisse : bruits de serrures et de pas, etc. Par ailleurs, la chambre était peu pratique pour le rangement, avec une seule armoire/ penderie aux portes mal- coulissantes (il eut mieux valu qu'il n'y en eut pas)

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, wir wurden sogar darüber informiert, das Nordlichter zu sehen sind. Der Check in ist auch problemlos. Die Unterkunft war sauber, es roch aber leider sehr nach Desinfektionsmittel in unserem Zimmer.
Leider liegt das Stadtzentrum nicht mehr in der Nähe des Hauses. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt nicht wirklich einladend. Für eine Nacht okay.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2025Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay, so great value for money. Check in was also really easy and the owners seemed friendly, although we were surprised to find the main door unlocked on arrival.
We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor, between the kitchen and the living room. Fortunately no one made any noise in the main living room or kitchen when we went to bed, as you can hear everything, especially if someone closes a cupboard in the kitchen not too carefully.
