Struttura, sembra bella, ma quando entrate trovere tutto rotto all interno, io sono stato nell appartamento 2b ed altri amici nel 3b, entrambi fatiscenti, lavandini che perdono acqua, water rotti, condizionatori non funzionanti, maniglie porte rotte ( 2 persone sono rimaste chiuse dentro ai bagni) lo staff non era presente in struttura per risolvere il problema tanto che dopo 1 ora di attesa ho dovuto spaccare la serratura delle porte per fare uscire mia suocera da un bagno ed un mio amico dall altro, da un bagno cadeva acqua dal soffitto, cucina non funzionante con sportelli che quando li aprivo cadevano, presenza di insetti e scarafaggi, mancavano piatti bicchieri e posate ( ho affittato appartamento per cucinare ed mancava la maggior parte dell essenziale per farlo, ed il poco che c era faceva schifo). Siamo stati obbligati ad uscire per mangiare. Ho chiesto il rimborso di almeno una notte, visto lo schifo, ed il proprietario accettò la mia richiesta dicendomi che sarebbe passato in serata per il rimborso visto che la mattina del giorno successivo dovevo partire molto presto. Dopo diverse chiamate senza risposta perché gia molto tardi mi disse che non poteva passare, ed mi avrebbe invitato il rimborso con bonifico, AD OGGI NON È ANCORA ARRIVATO NULLA. PESSIMA PESSIMA ESPERIENZA

Todo muy bien y limpio

Mmm no mucho. Fue el peor lugar en el que nos quedamos en todo el viaje de 3 semanas que hicimos por todo el País.

Empezando porque nos querían poner en un tercer piso, sin ascensor cuando el hotel estaba vacío. Todo el apartamento super sucio. Un desorden de cocina, cubiertos, no había para poner los platos a secar. No había agua caliente. A ratos no se podía cerrar el tubo de la cocina, un desperdicio de agua. La ubicación es terrible, frente a una fábrica. Pasaron una noche entera quemando basura. La piscina es super pequeña, super sucia, parecía que tenía días sin limpiar. No había luz en la sala, la lámpara estaba quemada, en fin terrible todo.

El ruido exterior todo el dia del generador de energía era muy fuerte,no paraba ni por la noche, la cocina vieja y las hormigas de la cocina

Imagínate que alquilas un apartamento en vez de un hotel, con 3 grandes habitaciones, grandes baños y una cocina full con todo lo necesario. Además de 3 habitaciones, vienen con 5 camas, 3 Queen y 2 twins. Es abismalmente espacioso. Los dueños siempre disponibles y buenas personas.

The location was horrible. Next door you had a huge generator and was not appealing. The apartment had several issues that needed to be fixed.

Very clean. Newly renovated. Fully stocked kitchen. Extremely helpful hosts.They even help us order a birthday cake and brought to the condo. Quick response.

La estufa NO tenia gas... Las ventanas NO tenian (blackout) curtains... El balcon no podiamos cerrarlo, NO tenia lock.... El blender no trabaja...

It was very roomy. Well distribution of rooms.

We rented for 2 nights. Location: It was next to a factory. The noise of the plant generator is on 24/ 7. The entrance to the property was the curbside and a dirt entrance toward the hotel gate. We were greeted by the keeper at the front door, and there was no lobby. She switched the room to the 1st floor because my husband had a moon boot. That was very nice of her. When she opened the door, we were greeted by at least 6-7 flies. She later provided an air freashner to get rid of them. Of course, the apartment smelled great with the flies still in it. The apartment had 2 separate patio doors, and both had broken latches. So the patio doors didn't lock, which one was the entrance to the apartment and the other to the master bedroom. When it was shown to the keeper, she said we have cameras and I'm here all the time. Honestly, that was not reassuring. As I reviewed the apartment, one of the cabinets' glass was broken, I also pointed that out to her, and she said, "Don't worry about it. We are aware that it is broken. " When I wanted to go to the master bathroom, there was a lizard in the shower area, scary. I informed the keeper, and she said it was because of the construction at the factory. They indicated that they provide toiletries, its not true. When I asked the keeper, she said, "They provide toilet paper and towels and a small soap." That is not what is advertised. The cooking pot selection was few. They had lids, but the lids had no handles. Basically, it is useless. There is no microwave nor airfrier. We had to use whatever was available. The supermarket was very limited on the selection of products that were available. Bring your own grocery. The next day, one of the tubs was clogged. We informed the keeper, and she claimed they have no maintenance person, but they are looking for someone. Luckily, there were 2 other bathrooms functioning in the apartment. The air-condition is only in the bedrooms.
