La ubicación es muy buena para quienes buscan pasar una noche tranquila y relajada, lejos del ruido local. Un lugar cómodo, bien cuidado y con una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

At this price, there is no hot water, it’s basically a 10 year hold motel, and the Italian owner is rude, he is an old man he doesn’t want to speak English and demand customer to speak Spanish with him, which is absurd for a hotel business. He employs cheap Haitian labors to cook and clean but still charged $37 a night.

La habitación tiene el espacio adecuado pero la cama estuvo un poco desvencijada al igual que la ducha del baño. La cama emitía sonidos cuando uno se acostaba al igual que al levantarse y a la ducha del baño me vi precisado a quitarle el dispensador del agua para poderme bañar ya que con dicho dispensador salía muy poca agua. Esta última situación también se dio en la habitación de mis hijas.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Gianni è gentilissimo e ti sa dare qualsiasi indicazione ti possa servire. Anche Orlando, il guardiano notturno è una persona gentilissima e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e il letto era abbastanza comodo; ci sono aria condizionata e tv. Colazione tipica dominicana (uova, avocado, frutta fresca) con del buonissimo caffè. La zona è tranquilla come lo è tutta pedernales. Ve lo consiglio altamente se quello che cercate è un punto di appoggio dove dormire tranquillamente e poi partire in giornata per escursioni nella zona.
A volte la pressione dell’acqua va e viene ma riuscirete a lavarvi lo stesso

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025La ubicación en Pedernales es perfecta para visitar bahía de las águilas. El dueño está siempre atento a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. El mejor desayuno y alojamiento en los que he estado. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente.
El agua podía tener más presión, pero nada problemático.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Muy buena La ubicación, está en el centro de pedernales, muy cerca del parque, negocios de comida 🍔, abarrotes y el malecón, playa donde puedes dar un paseo en pareja día o noche. tiene parqueo interior Y seguridad. Buena Alternativa para pasar un par de noches y no gastar demasíado en alojamiento.
Algunas cosas no funcionaban bien pero todo solucionarle en muy poco tiempo. * La potencia del aire acondicionado resultaba insuficiente para la habitación. (revisar) *La llave del lavamanos no funcionaba. (cambiarla) * El agua de la ducha carecía de presión, también cambiar la regadera, Una bomba de relevo haría la diferencia.

The owner was not overly welcoming. It felt like we were an annoyance. We were supposed to have breakfast included, the first morning there was only coffee and had to ask for tea. The second morning there was nothing. The television didn’t work either. There was not an information sheet in the room with wifi password, etc., but when asked for it, it seemed like a bother. Have low expectations and you won’t be disappointed.
