Muy buena ubicación y el desayuno muy bueno. Las personas que atienden son súper amables.

Un poco sucias las zonas comunes, aunque también hay que entender que estaban en feria de flores y había mucha gente, así que me imagino que estaban full de trabajo.

El hotel es muy bonito la ubicación fue lo que más nos gustó la habitación muy limpia

La verdad el ventilador no cuenta con la potencia necesario hace demasiado calor como sugerencia si deberían poner aire hace demasiada falta.

Lovely staff, rooms are comfortable (some a little more spacious), location is quiet and safe, easy distance from downtown, barrio 13, national airport,... Lots of nice little restaurants, shops,... at walking distance

The check-in went more or less smoothly, was actually the least bad I had in Medellín so far... And they gave us a second card without being weird about it, and the area was safe.

The payment I made at the hotel was billed in my local currency instead of COP even if I explicitly asked to be billed in COP, and the lady just made up some random stuff to cover up her mistake or lack of knowledge about how tu use the payment terminal, I did not went trough their online check-in process because it was awfully invasive. The breakfast was awfully boring, and their "American" option is borderline offensive. Overall, I felt disrespected by the management; the greed is palpable. They included in the description items that were not present (sofa and outdoor furniture/eating aera) and for the rest they have been doing the absolute bare minimum while charging like it was higher-end. I understand that Medellín is more expensive than other cities in Colombia, but there are plenty of low-cost options to elevate the experience (like washing the bathroom floors and getting rid of pests) or serving the beverages in actual glasses during breakfast and putting any care into the menu or not having a sign advertising to upgrade to a room with AC next to the check-in counter... The hotel with Laureles in the name is technically in Laureles but at the absolute edge of the area where there is nothing to do (not even a convenience store close by, so the hotel have it own; selling stuff at double the market price); So to go to actual Laureles was still a taxi ride away. I paid extra for a room with a balcony; it was a ground-level walled thing covered in pigeon shit without any view. There was not even a table there, just two sad chairs, so basically the extra for the balcony was more like a downgrade compared to upper-level standard rooms with a view to the outside world, the rooms also smelled humid like a wet basement, and the mattress was really uncomfortable.

Tal como se presentó en las fotos, muy limpio y agradable, cuenta con agua caliente, espacio amplio y cómodo, ademas la atención del personal y en especial en recepción fue muy amable y pendiente de que tuviera una excelente experiencia

Laureles Guest House is located right on the border between the Laureles and Belén neighborhoods in western Medellín, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The surrounding area features plenty of trees, cafés, and local restaurants, and Parque Belén—along with its church—is just a ten-minute walk away. The room was with a very comfortable kingsize bed and a small fully equipped kitchenette.

De kamer was wat benauwd en er we konden niet door het raam kijken omdat dat was afgeplakt. De sensor van de lamp op het dakterras met de hangmatten is niet goed afgesteld ofzo en na een minuut gaat het licht uit De naam van het hotel is wat misleidend want het is geen Guest house en het ligt ook niet in Laureles

Excelente ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto Olaya Herrera, cerca a Unicentro, al parque Belén. El equipamiento de cocina, el escritorio para trabajar, excelente iluminación, la habitación está en la parte trasera del hotel así que se puede dormir muy bien porque no se escucha el ruido de la calle.

- Pueden mejorar la dotación de toallas, - verificar limpieza del closet (estaba empolvado y ensucié una chaqueta y un pantalón), - mantener mas limpias las áreas sociales (terraza, el baño de recepción, el ingreso al hotel). - hacer aseo del cuarto cuando se solicite (dejamos el aviso afuera de la puerta a las 12:45 pm del día domingo pero no lo hicieron)

Ich war fünf Wochen Gast in diesem Hotel und habe mich die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein gepflegtes, gut geführtes Mittelklassehotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist professionell, sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Medellín sehr empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Mir ist nichts Negatives aufgefallen, und ich war wirklich rundum unzufrieden. Das Hotel erfüllt voll die Erwartungen an ein Mittelklasse Hotel.

Everything was fantastic! The area is secure and conveniently located near Laureles. It's only 15 minutes to Poblado by Uber. The property was super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking was available which was very convenient.

Pague un poco mas por una habitación con ventana a la calle y me ubicaron en una habitación con ventana interior que era de un precio inferior, y no me reintegraron el monto pagado de mas. La habitación tenia mal olor.

The staff were very nice. Breakfasts were very good.

The room was on the inside of the hotel and only opened onto an airspace above the dining area which made it stuffy and noisy. The wifi was poor too and would shut down from time to time.

Buen hotel, con puerta de seguridad. Es una zona tranquila. La habitación estaba muy bien.

El personal súper amable, habitación con todo para estar tranquilo, incluso cocineta y nevera. El desayuno rico. Excelente en todo. Excelente opción por ubicación en la ciudad y precio muy razonable

Los aseos son muy ,muy pequeños y los muebles están descuidados y el ruido de coches por estar en una calle de mucho tránsito cuesta dormir .

El tamaño y la dotación de la habitación son muy buenos, el desayuno es muy rico y el hotel tiene muchas zonas comunes útiles.

El ruido de la calle en la habitación se escucha demasiado fuerte y se me dificultó descansar bien. Aconsejo solitiar habitaciones al fondo del hotel y no cercanas a la calle. Y al hotel recomiendo considerar medidas de insonorización.

La ubicacion esta muy pero muy bien, pero creo que se debe aclarar que sobre la avenida bolivariana que es un poco concurrida, sin embargo uno cruza unos metros caminando y esta la unidad deportiva y parques para caminar y tambien queda muy cerca del aeropuerto Olaya Herrera, lo cual puede ser una ventaja para vuelos regionales a otras zonas, hay una sensacion de seguridad caminando de noche teniendo obviamente el cuidado de ir acompañado y no dar papaya como decimos. Las habitaciones son apenas en espacio, pero tiene lava platos, nevera y horno microondas lo cual esta muy bien para preparar o calentar alguna comida en la tarde es un punto a favor, la presion del agua es super buena y bañarse era una experiencia agradable con el agua caliente. Creo que la relacion calidad precio esta bien, pedimos la posibilidad de parquear el auto, en el espacio que usamos solo podian parquear dos carros, asi que es mejor hacer la solicitud con antelacion por que si se agradece tener espeacio de parqueo en el mismo alojamiento en nuestro caso. Los desayunos son muy buenos, con diferentes opciones, el personal que labora en el restaurante es tan amable y tan diligente, creo que es una fortaleza para el alojamiento. Por supuesto vale la pena nuevamente repetir alojarse alli

Que no tenia ascensor, jejeje en nuestro caso teniamos que subir una maleta muy pesada hasta el cuarto piso, pero se logro bien, asi que a tener en cuenta restricciones de subir cosas pesadas o subir escaleras para las personas que planeen alojarse. Todo el personas es excelente pero nos parecio que la persona que nos recibio la primera tarde en la recepción, no lo fue, un pequeño lunar para la experiencia total, creo que toca hablar sobre su actitud un poco, que es distante y nada empática con dos viajeros que llevaban mas de 7 horas manejando por carretera

Equipe simpática e solícita! Tudo ao nosso alcance, café da manhã típico, tem água a disposição gratuita, máquina de snacks e bebidas pagas. No quarto tem geladeira e microondas o que facilita muito! Está perto de zonas de transporte público que levam aos principais pontos da cidade. O transfer privado do hotel-areporto também é ótimo e o preço é semelhante a de um táxi, o que vale a pena! Perfeito!

Buena ubicación, personal muy amable, y habitaciones cómodas

Lo único intentar aislar mejor las ventanas ya que no cerraban del todo y a una habitación le molestaban palomas y a otra otra habitación.

The location was good, although not near a subway station so bare that in mind.

We arrived very early from our flight and were extremely tired and sleep-deprived. The staff was fantastic. They were very kind to us, and we really appreciated it. The breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated having water available at all times and shampoo in the shower.

We stayed on the first floor, so the noise of people having breakfast came into the room. But nothing that earplugs (almost mandatory when you're traveling) can't solve.
