Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The staff were so kind and helpful, my Spanish is not good at all but the staff were so patient and just made my time in Medellin very special. I was looking to put my passport somewhere safe and they immediately brought me a safebox for my room. They offered to clean my room daily and the location was perfect, very close to Park Belen where I had several great places to eat breakfast. There is a nice seating area on the second floor where I ate my arepas and hot chocolate that I bought close by. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice especially since I did a night tour one night. I highly recommend this hotel!
