Een net hotel met veel faciliteiten waaronder; roofbar, zwembad, gym, coworkspace, restaurantje. Ook in het hotel is er de mogelijkheid om je was te draaien. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De stortdouche was mijn hoogtepunt eindelijk een fatsoenlijk werkende kop met goede waterdruk,deed mij denken aan thuis. 24uur checkin en out. Goede compacte kamers met uitzicht op de rivier, skyline en dragonbrug. Grab kan je zo aan de voorzijde van de ingang oppikken en terugbrengen. Je zit direct aan de weg langs de rivier dus lekker centraal.

Enige nadeel is tijden ontbijt dat je niet altijd een privé plekje kan vinden en dan soms een tafel met andere moet delen. Als dit geen probleem is zou ik zeker dit hotel niet overslaan.

Hotel con buena ubicacion, moderno, el personal del hotel un 10 ( sobretodo, los camareros del bar de recepcion los mas atentos. Piscina en la azotea con vistas maravillosas. Recepcion abierta 24 horas donde ademas puedes comer algo y beber, a nuestra llegada de madrugada, aun pudimos disfrutar de unas pizzas... Dispone de un buen gym y lavanderia. Las vistas al rio son impresionantes

El personal que se encarga de hacer las habitaciones debería dedicarle mas tiempo, pues la cama no la hacen, estiran la sabana y ya esta. La limpieza podria mejorar... Pero bueno, tampoco lo reclame, sino enseguida lo hubieran solucionado...

The hotel is located in a very central area. The staff is extremely generous, polite, and attentive. The manager is personally present every single day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Everything in the hotel is brand new and spotless. The room cleaning service is excellent, and the breakfast pleasantly surprised us with its quality and variety. A huge highlight is the rooftop pool on the 25th floor, which offers spectacular panoramic views of the entire city and the riverfront. Highly recommended!

الفندق رائع . كنت متخوفه من الاسم ؟ لكنه حديث و نظيف جدا و أسهل. تشيك إن و تشيك أوت رأيته في حياتى. المنظر على الجسر من غرفتى كان مبهر. غرفه غسل الملابس كانت في غايه الاهميه بالنسبه لي معي أطفال. العاملون ودودون جدا حتى عامله في المغسله إهتمت بموضع ملابسي في تجفيف و طيهم و وضعهم في غرفتى لاتمكن من الخروج و رأيت المدينه في أخر يوم لي. وحتى أننى نسيت أدويه إبنى في التلاجه و تصلت بهم و وضعوهم في التلاجه وساعدونى لبعثه لي عن طريق الشحن الجوى لمدينه أخرى. شكرا لهم جميعا. بالنسبه لشخص يسافر كثيرا و دخل لفنادق 5 نجوم كثيرا هدا ينافسهم بالسعر و الغرف الحديثه كثيرا

الفطور بالنسبه للمسلمين و العرب بإختيارات قليله جدا المدخل قد يعتقد البعض أنه مدخل عماره لان به ماركت صغير بالاسفل و المصاعد جانبيه

Checkin kiểu 24h rất hợp lý và áp dụng công nghệ vào thủ tục checkin, checkout rất nhanh và gọn gàng, hợp lý với sự phát triển công nghệ như bây giờ

Trang thiết bị trong phòng nghỉ cảm giác hơi thiếu, như có thêm 1 caia bàn trà hình tròn hoặc elip, 1 cái tap nhỏ ở đầu giường bên lối đi, hay tủ treo quần áo chưa thực sự hợp lý khi cần treo nhiều 1 chút.

Tout, c'était parfait. Super petit déjeuner, pression de la douche impeccable, lits tres confortables et personnel sympathique. En plus le café coreen en bas de lhotel offre de tres bons smoothie 😋

Đây là một trải nghiệm tệ khi ngôn ngữ quốc gia tôi không dùng được trên đất nước tôi, tôi tự hỏi liệu các bạn có tuyển một bạn nhân viên người Việt không biết tiếng anh tới làm lễ tân không? Hay ngôn ngữ & công dân của chúng tôi đang bị xếp hạng thấp hơn trong chính đất nước mình?

Staff went out of their way to make my sister's birthday very special. They gave us a free upgrade and had a cake ready for arrival. Absolutely amazing!

Ultra modern hotel with decent breakfast, gym and self service laundry. Staff pretty helpful. Clean and tidy. Location is good, on the river close to dragon bridge, markets, restaurants etc.

For Vietnam the cost was quite high and the rooms very small (not much space to open suitcase). Almost a bit too trendy, and large, therefore lacking personality and charm. But otherwise it’s good.

Literally the only thing I liked was the view of the river from our riverside room. Otherwise, it was incredibly expensive, dirty, with minusculepti rooms.

Our room here was AUD$186 a night which is unbelievably expensive by Vietnam standards. It was $50 a night more than our hotel in HCMC which was literally three times the size, and $80 a night more than our hotel in Hanoi which was also three times the size. To say the room was tiny is an understatement. It needs to be seen to be believed. You won't be able to open your suitcase, unless it is on the bed. The hotel is dirty, the carpets stink of smoke and outside each lift are bins full of cigarettes despite it being non-smoking. The bathroom (also tiny!) gets completely soaked by the shower every time you use it. The "reception" (if you can call it that) is on the 5th floor so you have no interaction with staff for recommendations or help, though maybe it's a good thing as I found the staff reflected the hotel with a poor attitude. The breakfast is a joke - it's beyond packed with nowhere to sit. We took a quick look and quickly realised we didn't need to bother. I think booking.com should reconsider offering this hotel. Our three weeks in Vietnam have been incredible and this was the only negative in this whole beautiful country. An absolute rip off for a dirty, tiny, horrible hotel. Location isn't ideal either - it's not a walk to the beach or An Thuong and it's not in the city centre on the other side of the river. I rarely leave negative reviews but I really hated this place.

Very good location, close to shops etc. The only thing I would add is a service to purchase entrance to kets for places like Ba Na Hills to avoid the hassle of trying to find a vendor.

There is no kettle in the room. Our little son is so hungry and we grab instant noodles down at wink shop. Since there is no hot water in the room, my husband had to come down to ask for hot water and the staff said he had to buy noodle at their store. They dont serve hot water. I wonder if it is hot water for babies how would they treat customers? Small things make the stay feeling off.

Stunning view of the river from my room. Exceptionally good breakfast and the hotel provides motorbike rentals too. And the 24 hour check-in system makes it an easy choice if I go to DaNang.

Good location

The room is smaller than average, didn't expect that. The corridor is spooky dark, lit by so dimmed lighting. We booked 3 rooms and did requested next to each other at the time way early booking, they didn't meet that request, don't think they acknowledge my request. The bathroom is a bit cramped.

Breakfast not good as there was no guidance as to what station offered. Cold coffee. Did not discover you could get cappuccino out of machine until third day. Same food offerings Clean towels each day.

Bathroom does not have a shower door so water splash all over the floor. Made it messy. No shower cap. Trying to shower was difficult as the handle could not be locked into position to take a shower.

スタッフがとてもよかった。マネージャーはもちろんすべてのスタッフがきびきび対応してくれ、とてもスマイルで好感が持てました。ロケーションが素晴らしく、名前の通りリバーサイドで夜景が最高でした。夜には目の前の川をたくさんの遊覧船がライトをつけて走るのがベッドから見えて最高。花火大会は屋上でディナーを楽しみながら見ました。これも最高でした。ドラゴン橋のファイヤーショーも歩いて５分エンジョイできました。朝食もいろんなバラエティがあって最高でした。みんな最高点をあげたいですね。

ひとつだけ。バジャマがなかっただけですね。

Absolutely amazing hotel. The building is new, everything is super clean, and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The view from the window is incredible, and the location is just perfect. Honestly, I don’t think you can find a better place here. Everything was excellent — 5 out of 5. A truly beautiful and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended!

Расположение гостиницы, сервис, завтрак, вид из окна - на высшем уровне. Стоимость гостиницы удивительно низкая для такого сегмента гостиницы. Есть бесплатный трансфер от гостиницы до пляжа My Khe Beach. А на крыше есть rooftop bar.

Окна смотрят на реку и ночные огни, вид потрясающий, но номер чрезмерно маленький и нет открывающихся окон или шторки - от чего в номере просто не хватает воздуха.

Breakfast has very beautiful view to Dragon Bridge, spacious for guests, clean & tidy. Nice coffee maker with lots of drink options including cocoa milk. Staffs are quite enthusiastic, supportive. Very near river, and bus ride to beach free.

Limitations of food choice, not sure whether room delivery is available. Swimming pool is small and the water quality is yet to known. Convenience store downstair but no price tags.

The location was great with plenty of restaurants and the river close by.

The communication in regards to the fireworks evening was not very clearer at all. I booked this hotel because of the location and roof top pool area. Was told that we would be able to see the fireworks perfect from the top not that it was a private event and sold out.

朝食は内容もよいですが一部サラダを取る場所が利用しにくい、ドレッシングがない。座る椅子の並びが不効率な感じもします。　スタッフの対応は大変よい。

朝食や、パブリックのスペースで中華系の携帯電話の大きな声の会話が眼立つ、スタッフも注意をしにくいだろうが、するのが周りの宿泊客にとっつ良いかとおもう。

We loved the location . The room was smal as expected but georgous view.

We were really disappointed that we weren't informed thar the pool area was out of bounds as this was pretty much the only reason we booked this hotel. We booked to swim in the roof top pool all the afternoon but on arrival at 2pm we were told the pool was to be shut at 3pm for a privye function . We then had no plans for the afternoon. And it was a brutally hot day in danang. If we had known this we would have booked another hotel with a pool available to us.

It was modern and very clean. Hot water was great and the bed were so comfortable.

It looks like a youth, modern hotel, however front counter staff can try to smile a bit more. They appear a little unfriendly.

Khách sạn được vị trí trung tâm, tuy nhiên phòng nhỏ quá, giường bé. Đặc biệt nhà vệ sinh quá bé, phải lách ra vào khá khó khăn. Tự đánh giá là 5 sao mà không có ấm đun nước, không có trà cà phê trong phòng (ks 3 sao đã có rồi), xem trên mạng tự ghi là có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô, thì đúng là có chỗ đỗ thật nhưng mà là đỗ ngoài hè phố công cộng, không phải đỗ trong khuôn viên khách sạn hay hầm khách sạn, cũng may đỗ mà không bị lấy gương xe.

Great place, my room had a wonderful view. Good breakfasts too.

The property is very clean, there was no musty smell that we had experienced in the other hotels we had visited before booking this one. The beds are very comfortable, the AC works well, the bathroom is clean and the shower has good water pressure and temperature. It is within walking distance from the dragon bridge and night market. The Vietnamese/American breakfast buffet was also very good. The staff were professional and very accommodating to our requests.
