During our stay someone was trying to get inside out suitcase, as the zip under TSA lock was bended. Mattress would do for one person, but with two people one of them was sliding to the middle.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Zeer gemoedelijk familiehotel aan de rand van het centrum (loopafstand) van Grenoble. Smaakvol en met zorg ingerichte kamers en centrale ruimten. Betrokken, gastvrije en eerlijke eigenaars. Je voelt je meteen welkom. Voor de motoren is er een veilige garage beschikbaar. Wij kunnen dit hotel van harte aanbevelen.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La stanza era complessivamente pulita e il bagno restaurato recentemente. La camera era dotata di aria condizionata, fondamentale dato il caldo estivo di Grenoble. La posizione era ottima, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Il parcheggio offerto dalla struttura era difficilmente accessibile, specialmente per auto di grandi dimensioni, e insicuro (ci è stato detto più volte dalla titolare di non lasciare nulla in auto dati i furti frequenti). Attenzione ad aprire il bagagliaio perchè il soffitto è molto basso. Nonostante la camera sembrasse rinnovata da poco, la struttura nel suo complesso è molto vecchia e pervasa da uno sgradevole odore di cucina. All'esterno della finestra della camera, era presente una tettoia in eternit, decisamente poco salubre. Nel complesso, il prezzo era troppo alto rispetto al servizio offerto.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Terrible experience. At check-in, I was asked to pay an additional €10 for breakfast, even though breakfast was already included and paid for in my reservation. The hotel also required me to leave my suitcase with my personal belongings on the ground floor because, according to the hotel, it was too large to take to the room. I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings unattended, especially after later finding negative online reviews concerning the safety of guests' personal belongings at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and not welcoming. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de baignoire. Dommage que se soit des lits separés, au lieu d'avoir 1 grand lit double. Dommage que sa soit trop trop cher , il faut proposer des prix au mois voir a l'annee et pas cher en s'adaptant aux situations pour les français 😉

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Location was great for access to the old part of the town, property was quirky and decoration interesting it was clean, there was a lift, Air con efficient, access to secure parking even though at additional cost. Great for one night dont think I would want to stay longer.
When you arrive the hotel does not look great, the location a little down, the parking was great to have but was awkward to access with tight corners as our car is quite wide, not sure a modern SUV would fit, steep ramp to get out, our car is low and grounded. Double bed small.

Der Herr am Empfang hat uns super unterstützt bei der Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder in einer abgeschlossenen Garage. Er hatte auch einen super Tipp um das Auto sicher zu parken. Das Frühstück ist für ein Petit dejeuner einfach und reichhaltig.

Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable compte tenu de la proximité de la gare, du confort de la chambre, de la propreté et incluant le petit déjeuner.
