L’appartement présente plusieurs signes de dégradation et de mauvais entretien : fuite au niveau de la douche, évier de cuisine bouché ou fortement obstrué, canapé très sale, draps sales, chaises du balcon en mauvais état, réfrigérateur qui ne ferme pas correctement, ainsi que des peintures sales et dégradées. De manière générale, l’appartement a fortement vieilli et nécessite une remise en état ainsi qu’un entretien approfondi.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Good place in Agadir for us. Nice people working there. Very decent price for such a large appartement. Great pool. This place saved us from a cancelation in “MARINA AGADIR - LUXURY POOL VIEW” (last minute cancelation from host - be very careful when booking this one…)
Maybe more things to cook would help.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Absolutely Terrible place we were given a really horrible decrepit apartment when we arrived paid €756 for 1 week for 2 people The bath room was falling apart the shower had so much yellow dirt in it and the shower doors were filthy ( see photos) the air con works throughout apartment and can not be controlled one of us likes air con , im allergic so I got a infection in my lungs then my sister got very sick in her lungs we both had to see a doctor . the towels were old grey and hard the kitchen has no cups no dinner knives one huge pot and a few glasses so it was impossible to cook anything. On our first night my sister discovered that the sheets on her bed had never been changed and there was a distinct smell of men's aftershave off the sheets.So we took them off, and the duvet smelled like urine.It was absolutely horrifying . The wardrobes were all broken up with just one nail sticking out to hang clothes on other wardrobe doors were stuck We complained and they moved us to a bigger better apartment the next day but the cleaning was NOT done for 4 days and I had to send an e mail to them after asking at reception 3 times for bin collection, clean towels and toilet paper it took then until day 5 of our holiday to do anything! the pool was full of noisey screaming pre teen kids which normally I dont mind but the whole area around the pool was covered in water I have arthritis in my legs and arms and back and I was scared I would slip noone EVER mopped up the pools of water everywhere There are no phones in apartment to call reception so we had to do a long walk outside to a seperate building to ask for anything. the women at reception were very sweet and very nice.But still, nothing got done until we've begged and sending emails to get toilet paper and a cleaner. have a look at the photos i'm putting up.It'll give you an idea, an absolute rip off place to stay.

Certains éléments du personnel sont très impolis (en particulier le responsable de la piscine et certains du room service ainsi que de l'administration). La piscine est fermé jusqu'à midi pour nettoyage et malgré cela elle reste sale. Aucun responsable avec qui parler et expliquer les problèmes rencontrés et les incidents avec le personnel.

There was no specific time for the cleaners. They came different times each day. They would take the towels and take forever to replace it. The girl who managers the cleaning was a bit lazy. There was no microwave which was the most annoying part. Because we had a child and couldnt heat anything up for her. That is why i booked an apartment. There is only a mirror in the bathroom no other place. And the pillows in the bed were dreadful. There was so high and big. Not much cutlery and utilities.

Staff were very unhelpful. I lost my phone in a taxi and was told cctv will be provided within 12hours. Then to be told later it will take 48hours. Will not be visiting again. Also asked for extra towels which we never received

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026I've stayed at the apartment complex on various occasions and the whole vibe of the place helps you relax in to the agadir experience the staff are very helpful and welcoming helping you enjoy your time in Morocco without invading your space the complex is secure with a gorgeous central pool area each apartment is slightly different with no bad rooms I can see and I've stayed in quite a few of them, all the rooms have a living room with fully fitted kitchen with dining table 49 inch smart TV with a separate bedroom or 2 bedroom apartments all with beautiful terraces to have your breakfast/ lunch / dinner or tea on

Rien pour cuisiner Le ménage mal fait Lit et coussin durs Salle de bain sale Joint pleins de moisissures, evier et douche bouchés Galère pour avoir le nombre de serviettes utiles Ménage quotidien normalement, 2 jours n'ont pas ete fait 1 fois, la femme de ménage sonne à 16h30 pour le faire alors qu'on venait de rentrer, elle avait la journée pour le faire. Beaucoup de personnel mais mauvaise organisation et communication Y'a Beaucoup mieux à ce prix Dominium investit autour mais a complètement abandonné cette résidence

Aucun ustensile pour cuisiner ! Pas de cafetière ! Pas de petites cuillères ect… juste 2 petites poêles qui se court après 😏. Obligé de sortir à l’extérieur pour manger et même pour boire son café , vaut mieux prendre un hôtel dans ces cas là . Pas de miroir à part ce lui de la salle de bains .
