The location was good, the breakfast buffet was so good, gym was clean and got what you need with 24/7 access

Pool not that clean, in general it is not worth the price.

La camera era pulita e con aria condizionata accesa al mio arrivo (come avevo anticipato), il cibo era buono, peccato che per un giorno avevo chiesto un piatto di carne e mi era arrivato quasi crudo dentro.

La posizione non è ottima, vicino all’hotel ci sono ancora i cantieri e non c’è tanto da vedere, per chi vuole calma e tranquillità è la posizione ottima. Nel bagno l’asta sali scendi della doccia è con il calcare. Non ci sono pantofole per usarli durante il soggiorno (come negli altri hotel).

Fantastic hotel which is very clean and could easily pass for a 5 star hotel. Location is great within waking distance to beach and endless number of cafes and restaurants . Staff were extremely helpful from reception to smiling cleaners who were very flexible and hard working. Highly recommended 👍

We had a slight issue with air conditioning in our room but we were changed to another room when engineer wasn’t available.

Qaund nius avions demandé une chambre calme Nous avons été surclassé ma mère et moi avec une chambre de luxe au dernier étage au lieu d'une chambre standard et la fille à la réception était très aimable et à l'écoute. L'hotel est calme, les chambres bien insonorisées, le petit déjeuner très varié! Bravo à toute l'équipe🙏

La douche de salle de bain est conçue de manière à fuiter beaucoup d'eau mais rien de grave ca s arrange avec quelques serviettes 😊

I can honestly say that our stay at Dominium Hivernage Agadir was nothing short of amazing. This is without a doubt a 5-star hotel, and I would genuinely rate every department 10/10. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, welcoming, professional, attentive and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. It felt like home. My mum and I were looked after really well everyday throughout the whole day. RECEPTION TEAM A huge and very special shout-out to the amazing reception team. Alors mon séjour a été vraiment exceptionnelle , le personnel est vraiment vraiment serviable souriant et disponible, je recommanderais cet hôtels à mon entourage , je remercie egalement Mme Zahra Fatima et Mr Hicham pour leurs hospitalité, et tt le reste dont je n’est pas eu le temps de connaître leur prénom

De kamer was erg schoon en had alles wat ik nodig had. Het balkon was erg aangenaam om te lezen of even te relaxen. Het personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en super behulpzaam. De nabijheid van allerlei restaurants en winkels was ook zeker een pluspunt! Het strand is op loopafstand

Hotel lag echt goed gelegen met alles wat je nodig had. Leuke tentjes waar je kan eten. Hygiëne was goed personeel was erg behulpzaam.

La gentillesse et disponibilité de tout le personnel Le petit déjeuner qui était juste excellent La literie Les rangements

La wifi qui n'était pas fonctionnel dans les chambres et ne fonctionnait que dans le hall (et parfois ça ne fonctionnait pas dans le hall) Problème d'évacuation d'eau dans la douche, même avec le système de serviettes. L'avant-dernier jour c'étzit limite inondée. Heureusement une femme de ménage était de passage dans notre couloir et nous a donné beaucoup de serviettes pour pouvoir vider toute cette eau. Les premiers jours, il y avait de la musique autour de la piscine assez bruyante et toujours les mêmes musiques puis je pense que des clients se sont plein car il n'y avait plus de musique sur les derniers jours et c'était beaucoup mieux sans musique. Travaux au dernier étage. J'aurais aimé qu'on soit orévnu. Etre révéillée à 8h45 le samedi matin par un bruit de travaux... Après on n'était pas souvent à l'hôtel donc ça le faisait.

Pocas hamacas en la.piscina y no está cerca de la playa. Aunque en los servicios descritos indican que hay hamacas y sombrillas de playa, no dispone de playa privada ni de este servicio. El Wifi no funciona bien y las llaves se desactivan continuamente.

Das Hotel sieht schön aus und das Personal ist sehr lieb und kümmert sich gut um einen. Salma und Jihane haben sich um unsere individuellen Bedürfnisse gekümmert und unsere Wünsche immer erfüllt. Auch das restliche Personal war stets zuvorkommend und lieb. Einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten wir.

Le point fort de cet établissement est le professionnalisme et le dévouement du personnel qui encadre chaque poste, que ce soit le portier Hussem, les restaurateurs,les serveurs, les agents de propreté, les réceptionnistes...vraiment chaque agents rend votre séjour "princié"😉. Les prestations sont de qualité, la salle de sport agréable et propre, piscine et services associés au top! Établissement sincèrement exceptionnel ! Je reviendrais inchaallah!

Les travaux entraînement bruyant qui ont gâcher toutes mes siestes.... le niveau de sonorité des travaux a dépassé considérablement la limite du raisonnable. Entreprendre des travaux en pleine saison c est pas cool pour des voyageurs qui économise toute l année pour se payer un peu de repos!! Je souhaitais reconduire ma reservation sur 1 semaine mais les travaux.... Ma note ne tient pas compte de ces travaux car occasionnel, le cadre et pressions restent remarquable.

Le café dominium qui se trouve à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Irrespectueux niveau attente et service . L’institut esthétique également de l’hôtel . (Juste préciser que vous souhaitez une personne expérimenté et non que vous serviez de cobaye !)

The staff. Very friendly, always welcoming. Went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Hicham, one of the managers, and Hisham and Henan at reception. Nasira at the spa, Fatiha at breakfast, Ayub & Mohammed at the door. We were even allowed 2 hour late check out. They spoke well in English, ever ready to recommend places to visit, restaurants etc. And, amazingly an iron was available the same day! Water bottles and coffee were replenished daily

The key card needed constant charging. We had to remember to get it done at reception before using the lift. The balcony sliding door cannot be opened from outside. So, if like me, when you go to the balcony the moment you enter the room, and decide to close the door (to avoid insects flying in), make sure you have your phone with you! You could be stuck forever!

I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel. All the staff from the waiters to the life guard were welcoming and attentive. The manger Hicham never failed to make me smile during my stay, especially when he surprised me with a birthday cake! Naseera at the spa made sure I was comfortable and informed with all my treatments. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was always stocked with water and coffee. The food was great, especially the daily freshly made crêpes! Thank you for making sure we got everything we needed, as well as shopping and restaurant recommendations.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We were happy to receive a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was a great addition, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel’s café, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel also has a spa, hammam, and beauty treatments, which were a nice addition. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel Dominium. Tout était parfait, mais s’il y a une personne qui mérite une mention toute particulière, c’est Ayoub. Dès les premières secondes de notre arrivée, Ayoub nous a accueillis avec un sourire sincère, une bienveillance rare et une énergie qui nous a immédiatement fait nous sentir chez nous. Il ne s’est pas contenté de faire son travail : il nous a offert un accueil humain, chaleureux et authentique. C’est le genre de personne qui marque un séjour et qu’on n’oublie pas. Aujourd’hui, il est devenu rare de croiser des personnes qui mettent autant de cœur dans ce qu’elles font. Grâce à lui, nos vacances ont commencé de la plus belle des manières. J’ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, qui m’a laissé une belle impression. Je souhaite adresser une mention toute particulière à Ayoub, le portier, qui m’a véritablement marquée par sa bienveillance. D’une grande patience, il a pris le temps de répondre à chacune de mes questions et de me renseigner avec beaucoup de sérieux et de gentillesse. Toujours souriant, disponible et accueillant, il a su créer dès mon arrivée une atmosphère très agréable et chaleureuse. Pensez à loger les personnes venant pour travailler du côté boulevard plutôt que du côté piscine pour éviter d'etre dérangé par les bruits des enfants.

Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. From the housekeeping team who kept the room spotless, to the pool staff, the security team at the entrance, and the reception staff who were always available 24/7 with a smile—everyone made our stay special. A special mention goes to the breakfast team, who went above and beyond every single morning. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care exceeded all expectations and made each day start perfectly. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. It wasn't just a hotel—it felt like home. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone.

The location is perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are wonderful and extremely friendly! From the moment we checked in, we immediately felt at home. A special thank you to the reception staff.

Overall, everything was perfect and we had a wonderful stay! If I could suggest a couple of minor improvements, it would be that the bathroom floor gets wet after showering because the water flows onto the floor. In addition, it would be useful to have labels at breakfast and at the walk-in dinner buffet indicating what each dish is.

Prijs/ kwaliteit, mooi hotel, goede ligging, top ontbijt maar best duur in vergelijking met gelijkaardige hotels in de buurt.

The location was ok, food places 10 minute walk. The breakfast was very average, for a 4 star I did expect more variety and more fresh food so this was quite disappointing. Staff were nice and helpful.

To get to the beach you will need to get a taxi, it is not walking distance as it states in some of the reviews. There is no kettle in the room, just a coffee machine and you have to pay for extra coffee pods.

Être à proximité de tout (plage, souk, commerces) est un véritable atout. Le personnel est aux petits soins, d’une gentillesse incroyable : un vrai 10/10 ! Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était excellent et très varié. La chambre est moderne, confortable et très agréable. Le seul petit bémol, s’il faut vraiment en trouver un, est la présence d’une douche à la place d’une baignoire. Mais cela ne gâche en rien l’expérience. En tout cas, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. Not too busy nor not too quiet. Manager of the hotel very welcoming and nice. Due to my mums friend she had medical incident but they were all very helpful and friendly. Mohammad was one of the workers and he was always helpful and always put a smile on. I would highly recommend especially if you want some chill and quiet space on a vacation.
