Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Very clean and helpful, friendly staff. Allowed us to leave our luggage for one day as we were staying in a different city overnight, when we came back they were very efficient getting our bags back to us without us needing to ask, and all sent up to the rooms by the porter. Great service overall.

What guests love
- •Clean and comfortable rooms
- •Friendly and attentive staff
- •Quiet atmosphere
- •Comfortable beds and good room insulation
- •Good location, close to facilities
- •Nice terrace/coffee shop
Areas to consider
- •Breakfast quality and variety poor
- •Value for money perceived as high/expensive
- •Insufficient or crowded parking
- •Occasional refusals or extra-charge behavior at reception
- •Isolated reports of inconsistent housekeeping (cobwebs)
Cleanliness
9.5/10Multiple reviews praise room and hotel cleanliness; one review noted cobwebs in corners which lowers perfection but overall cleanliness is strongly positive.
Service
9.3/10Many comments commend reception staff, quick room service and helpfulness (named staff praised), but one detailed review complained about refusals and extra charges—overall service remains highly rated.
Location
9.3/10Several guests explicitly praised the location and proximity to facilities; parking availability is an issue but location itself is seen as very good.
Room Quality
9.2/10Guests frequently mention comfortable beds, good insulation, room size and pleasant furnishings; a single comment about cobwebs slightly reduces this but overall room quality is excellent.
Amenities
8.9/10Amenities like coffee shop, terrace and parking are noted positively, though multiple guests mentioned limited or crowded parking which lowers the score slightly.
Value for Money
7.3/10Several reviews explicitly state price is somewhat high and request options to book without breakfast; value is viewed as below the hotel's otherwise strong offering.
Food and Beverage
7/10Breakfast is repeatedly criticized (limited variety, cold/prepared eggs); several guests call for improvement, making F&B the weaker area.
Overall Experience
9.9/10Many reviewers describe a very pleasant, quiet and comfortable stay with excellent staff and panoramic views; a few negative service/food notes exist, but the general sentiment is extremely positive.
