Breakfast was good

The room wasn’t great and had a quite low height round bed. When we asked to change room, they said they were fully booked and that this wasn’t possible. I would have preferred this was stated clearly at booking stage as there is only one picture of that room attached to type of room you select while booking.

Nos tocó la suite con balcón privado que era muy cómoda, número 13. Habitación amplia y balcón para colgar la ropa. Está suite tiene privacidad, sino varios balcones dan al patio común. Hacen el cuarto todos los días, está a pocos minutos caminando de la playa y centro. Fácil si accedes en auto para no circular por zonas ZLT. Desayuno simple pero muy rico. Buena atención. La zona del solárium muy bonita.

La heladera es muy pequeña, si no está la tarjeta puesta deja de funcionar. En un balneario, es importante que el frigobar funcione y entren las botellas de agua. Esto te obliga a comprar en el alojamiento a precios elevados. No hay vasos, ni destapador en el dormitorio. El parking queda a bastantes cuadras.

È in posizione strategica vicino al centro pedonale ma fuori, quindi ci si arriva comodamente con la macchina e di sera è tranquillo e silenzioso. È pulitissimo e tutto lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. L'atmosfera è familiare e ti senti a casa. Ciliegina sulla torta, le prime colazioni da favola!

Établissement très propre , bien situé proche de la plage et des restaurants , l’accueil des propriétaires en passant par les réceptionnistes ou le serveur tout le monde est agréable et serviable , vraiment rien à dire à part que tout était très bien . Nous y reviendront avec grand plaisir .

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Sicily and truly couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel was pristine from top to bottom – the rooms were spotless, and everything felt so well cared for. The rooftop terrace was a lovely extra touch, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beautiful San Vito Lo Capo beach, which meant we also got to enjoy wandering through the charming streets along the way. The beach itself is one of the best we’ve ever visited: soft white sand, crystal-clear water – absolutely stunning. The staff really made our stay special. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a real treat – everything was fresh and delicious. The chocolate banana cake in particular was a personal favourite! We travelled as a family with our 2-year-old and it was fantastic for him as well – very child-friendly and relaxed. All in all, we had a brilliant time and couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. We’re already talking about coming back!

Die Unterkunft ist ein relativ neues Gebäude, dass sehr gepflegt wird. Es ist Inhaber geführt. Mir gefällt das Konzept, Kunst und Hotel zu verbinden, auch wenn die ausgestellte Kunst mich nicht berührt hat. Die Lage war für mich gut und in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und am Strand und hat es dafür ruhig. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Italien deutlich besser und besonders süß ist, dass die Inhaberin ihre selbst gebackenen Kuchen jeden Morgen ausführlich erklärt. Das Parken auf dem großen Parkplatz wenige Gehminuten entfernt war auch kein Problem. Kostet 10 Euro am Tag. Wir hatten Glück und konnten unsere Zeug direkt vor dem Hotel entladen. Das Hotelpersonal war insgesamt sehr hilfsbereit, auch wenn sich die Tipps und Empfehlungen als sehr generisch herausgestellt haben.

Im Zimmer im Vorderhaus haben wir doch sehr viel Geräusche aus dem Flur und der Rezeption gehört. Hier könnte eine besseres Schallmanagement sinnvoll sein. Es gibt keine Steckdose, die dauerhaft funktioniert wenn man die Karten nicht in den Hauptschalter steckt, das ist etwas störend, da man keine Geräte laden kann.

La colazione fantastica, torte dolci e salate fatte in casa e una qualità altissima. La posizione comoda, a 600m dal mare e 350 dalla via principale. La stanza molto carina, curata e comoda. My wife and I have been here for the second time, and it was not by chance. Great hotel with modern clean rooms, comfortable beds. The hotel is a pleasant walk from the beach and the city center. The breakfast prepared by Mrs. Maria is something fantastic, there was not a day that the cake was the same. The staff is extraordinary, very kind, very helpful in everything and did everything to make us feel good. Thank you Chiara, Giorgio, and Filippo ! We had a real family atmosphere.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The couple who owns the hotel is fantastic. The lady makes the most amazing homemade cakes. I suggest the pear and fig ones. The art deco of this hotel makes this hotel one of its kind. The rooftop terrace is nice to have especially for late night drinks and chats if travelling in a couple or with friends. Thank you for having us stay with you.

L’hôtel est superbe, décoré avec goût et harmonie. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées. Nous avions choisi une chambre avec balcon, vraiment agréable, et l’autre donnait sur les terrasses communes du rez-de-chaussée, joliment aménagées avec un petit salon et un fauteuil suspendu. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 2 minutes à pied des ruelles principales, ce qui permet d’être au cœur de San Vito Lo Capo tout en profitant du calme, à l’écart de la foule touristique. L’hôtel propose également un parking payant à proximité, très pratique. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner buffet, simple mais de qualité, est préparé avec des produits frais. Petite attention particulièrement appréciée : en tant qu’intolérante au lactose, j’ai eu droit à de DELICIEUSES tartes spécialement préparées par la maman ! Nous avons aussi pu constater leur disponibilité à toute heure : à 3h du matin, un membre du personnel nous a gentiment servi à boire (mini-bar payant à disposition). Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine sur le toit, qui semblait très agréable. En résumé, un séjour parfait dans un hôtel charmant, que nous choisirons à nouveau avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage à San Vito Lo Capo.

Very friendly owners and staff, the breakfast is really good by Italian standards. There are even four kinds of cakes, all baked by the owner herself. It was a pleasure.

Cette propriété est magnifique. Le personnel est vraiment gentil. Les propriétaires sont sur place et t’accueille au déjeuner qui est vraiment très bon. La décoration est vraiment belle. C’est très propre. Notre chambre avait un accès sur la cour intérieure. Nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir profiter de la cour à partir de notre chambre. Le roof top est vraiment bien. L’établissement est proche de la plage à pied. Et très bien situé par rapport au attrait de la ville et des restaurants.

Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful. The sheets and beds were uncomfortable. I booked double beds and king beds but all beds were the same size. I was told there was nothing I could do because I used hotels.com

Delightful little hotel in a perfect beachside town. Clean rooms, responsive staff, fair prices, good bathrooms, and enjoyable breakfast. In a very quiet area outside of the main busy streets. Within a short walk to beach, boat docks, restaurants, and shops.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Hotel Arte Mare, close to the beach and the restaurants/bars of San Vito Lo Capo but far enough away that you are not disturbed by noise. It is a beautiful, clean, well looked after hotel. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the Air conditioning worked really well. Our beach services were organised before we arrived, car parked safely. Great recommendations for restaurants, the two we tried, we loved. Breakfast was plentiful and beautiful fresh baked cakes every morning, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting SVLC

Struttura di piccole dimensioni, ma moderna e ben curata. Stanza di giuste dimensioni e confortevole, ad eccezione della mancanza di qualunque armadio e comodino, che rende complicata la sistemazione delle proprie cose. Personale assolutamente cortese e disponibile. Colazione a buffet principalmente incentrata sul dolce, con torte fatte in casa assolutamente deliziose. La posizione non è vicinissima al mare, raggiungibile a piedi in 5/10 min. Una nota di merito alla spiaggia “gruppo emme”, convenzionata con l’hotel, gestita da persone sempre cordiali e disponibili. Nel complesso, una sistemazione sicuramente consigliabile.

Every detail was well-thought and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent. In addition to a standard continental breakfast, the hostess made a little local treat, fresh cakes and a savoury, such as a frittata or sandwich, every day. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved the tropical feel of the hotel, with the cacti gardens, lovely rooftop spa and local art.

It might have been nice to have a few shelves/cupboard in our room to store clothes, and a way to ensure the mini-fridge does not switch off when taking the room key out of the room, but the room was brilliant otherwise!

The place was incredibly clean and modern, we particularly liked the art on the walls and the fact that we got upgraded to a nicer room for a small extra charge. The solarium (jacuzzi and chaise-longs) on the roof are a nice feature if you feel like sun bathing but not in the mood for the busy beaches. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Despite the 'no disturb' sign on the door, the room gets cleaned every day as soon as you leave it! Which is nice but sometimes unnecessary..

We told Ciara, who was especially warm and helpful in every situation, that we were a honeymoon couple and she surprised us with a very nice note and champagne, which was a very nice move. No information about the parking when we do the check in. It was 500 m from the hotel. No possibility to park outside the hotel. The parking 500 m cost 10 eur. Nice terass outside the room. Breakfast was okey.

On our tour of Sicily, we made a one day alteration to our itinerary to meet up with my wife's cousin and his wife for the 2023 Cous cous festival at San Vito lo Capo. Making this change at the last minute, we were fortunate to come upon this wonderful property. Located a few blocks from the beach, it is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood, with the town of San Vito at your doorstep. The staff was friendly and helpful, getting us in to our room and off to enjoy the town with little fuss. Everything within waking distance, and with the Cous cous festival in full swing, a good part of the town cordoned off as pedestrian only...just perfect. The facilities were impeccable, with the room and amenities all top notch. Parking, safe and secure, was just a short walk away and easy to find. We took advantage of the roof top pool for a quick dip shortly after our arrival. The breakfast, served on the lower level was delicious, catering to both the 'dolce and salato' palates(sweet and savoury) along with typically North American tastes. Home made cakes were the highlight... I would definitely return here the next time I visit San Vito.

Very beautiful hotel!! The room and bathroom are modern and very clean. About 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the town center with many restaurants and shops. The owner was very nice, greeting people at breakfast.

The lady heading up the breakfast room was lovely, telling us what was in all the cakes, pastries etc. great breakfast, everything beautiful and fresh. Great coffees too and I’m in love with the Italian blood orange juices. Great having a balcony and a clothes rack out side to hang your wet clothes. We had a car and although parking isn’t available onsite they have a valet service. We actually had 3 nights in San Vito and just walked around, lounged on the beach and went on a half day boat tour so we didn’t need our car for the duration of the stay. We only hired it to get there and back from Palermo. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel, everything is all brand new and the rooms have great modern and natural style. Everything is clean and the family who owns are vert service minded and super sweet. We really recommend this place.
