Location excellent. All the Staff Excellent. Special Thanks to Mrs Aya for her usual support and her usual response for us. Lagoon Pool very nice. Good quality of food but no variety at all. I recommend for all to have only breakfast and ignore other meals.

Hygiene in rooms very bad. Toilets very bad odor. Drain system very bad. Furniture very old fashion. I don’t feel good with rooms at all. Not good for money value at all. Parking is very narrow for cars. No entertainment around the pool.

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding several issues during my stay. • The washroom was not properly cleaned, and I found hair from shaving left behind. • Although the check-in time was 4:00 PM, I was asked to wait in the reception area until 4:00 PM while the room was being prepared. • I requested the Wi-Fi password several times, but I only received it after two days. • Every time I leave the hotel and return, I am asked to provide proof that I am a guest staying at the hotel. This is inconvenient and makes me feel uncomfortable, especially since I am already a registered guest

2.Besuch in dem Hotel diesmal war der Strand fertig Das ganze muss aber auch gepflegt werden damit es schön bleibt. Der Pool mit den Rutschen ist toll für die Kinder. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig.

Leider mussten wir die ersten 2Tage mehrmals nach dem Housekeeping fragen, aber wenn sie da war, war es schön sauber.

Assez bon emplacement. Très grande chambre avec balcon agreable. Calme. Personnel serviable et accueillant.

Petit déjeuner très moyen en qualité. Salle où il est servi peu agréable. Difficile, voire impossible de profiter des piscines et de la plage pour des occidentaux - surtout pour les femmes. Nous n avons pu en profiter... Déception !

Location is good

There was quite a lot of construction around the hotel, which made access a bit difficult. We really wished the hotel offered a shuttle service from the main street to the hotel, as not all taxis were able to enter the hotel area. This was particularly challenging for my mom, who found the walk from the main street quite difficult.

The location in the city center. The suite was so comfortable.

The breakfast had no enough variability. The room service was under expectations for 4 stars hotel. The aqua park was not good. The floor of the pool had sharp boderes that injured out baby boy.

الشاطئ الخارجي يحتاج الي نظافه.لانه متسخ جدا. خدمه النت سيء سئ جدا حدا. لا يوجد افصاح عن كافه قوانين المنتجع. البوفيه لا يوجد فيه تنضيم كافي ليستوعب كافه النزلاء. اسعار مرتفه جدا. قوانين الشاطئ الخارجي مختلفه عن داخل المنتجع. لا يوجد تواصل كافي من اداره المنتجع بخصوص الرد علي التعليقات. عشوائية في التنظيم داخل المنتجع.

I want to thank Mr mostafa for his help and fixing what was wrong from day 1. It was after 3 days after checking in but he did his,best to make our stay as comfortable as it should have been from day one. I also want to thank rawheya the cleaner for taking care of our room and made it very clean all by herself without any help In addition, I want to thank ahmed, hany and hany's brother for driving the golf car and they act quickly

I didn''t like that the whole resort had only one golf car to serve everyone in the resort which is ridiculous.

The hotel was recently refurbished, and the overall experience was very pleasant. We stayed there for a week, enjoying its central location in the city and the beautiful beach area where you can relax with friends and family. Since I live abroad, I visit Port Said about once a year, and I can honestly say I will return. The main reason for this is the staff, who were exceptionally accommodating. I especially want to thank Mr Mohamed Abbas, whose efforts truly improved my experience.

The resort’s location is absolutely perfect—so close to all the local shops and restaurants! From the exact moment we stepped inside, we enjoyed every single second of our two-night stay. ​The service across the entire resort was exceptional. Whether it was the front desk team, the restaurant staff, or the crew by the lagoon, everyone was incredibly attentive and always greeted us with a genuine smile. ​Our suite was beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff, who were not only thorough but also so wonderfully friendly! Another massive highlight was the massive lagoon—spending time in that lovely, warm water was pure bliss. ​Thank you so much to every single person working at this beautiful resort for making our stay so special. It was a great disappointment. a 3 star hotel (at best), charging 5 star prices... initial room was not clean (stains on sofa, mold in bathroom), had to complain to get a "better room" breakfast is sub-par

Great location within Port Said, the whole resort is really nice - the room is well-equipped, clean and cozy. There is a very nice pool, and the beach is just minutes walking away. I think especially for families, this is a nice spot to spend some beach days and relax. Everyone who worked there was most welcoming and helpful regarding every request or question.

Choć personel się starał, to jednak KILKUKROTNIE musiałem tłumaczyć dlaczego powinni starać się bardziej i że nie wypada gości hotelu zostawiać z problemami: - niedziałającego telefonu (za każdym razem musiałem iść przez pół hotelu do recepcji, by o cokolwiek poprosić), - przeciekającego prysznica (naprawiano dwukrotnie - zalewało podłogę cały czas), - braku hasła do Wi-Fi w pokoju (jeśli zapomniałeś upomnieć się o nie w recepcji, to będziesz musiał tam wrócić), - nie wydanych kart basenowych, bez których nie otrzymasz ręczników. Kelnerzy w restauracji włoskiej mogliby zdecydowanie więcej uwagi poświęcać gościom niż własnym telefonom (po posiłku przez 20 minut nikt nawet nie podszedł zabrać naczyń).

You can write it like this: Very disappointing experience. The hotel staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the morning gate security staff and one of the ladies at the restaurant. Their attitude was unfriendly and disrespectful, which made the stay uncomfortable. Customer service seriously needs improvement.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, within walking distance of all major sights, yet very quiet at night. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful specially Mr mustafa , especially with recommendations for breakfast . Our room was spacious, spotless, and the mattress felt like sleeping at home. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh, local food. Highly recommended!

Очень чистые, уютные апартаменты. Состояние мебели хорошее, полотенца белоснежные, номер просторный, все брендировано, даже решетка на сливе в душевой, бассейн отличный!

Для долгого проживания плохо подходит. Мы останавливались на ночь, нас все устроило. Если жить тут неделю, есть минусы: на кухне нет посуды для приготовления, завтраки очень скудные, пару раз поесть можно, но дольше-нет. Для примера, кофе только растворимый, фрукт один.

Un accueil chaleureux! Une réactivité spontanée pour trouver la solution à tout problème. L’établissement est très propre. Le personnel aux petits soins et les petits déjeuners très bons, copieux et variés.

Das Zimmer war wirklich toll und groß und sauber. Das Frühstückbuffet hervorragend, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wiederkommen.

Nous étions avec ma fille et mes 2 petites filles en période de ramadan. Pas de buffet mais des petits déjeuners copieux livrés en chambre. Personnel aux petits soins. On nous a même surclassés. Je reviens dans cet hôtel toujours enchantée.

When you view this hotel on any platform, simply know it is a total fraud. It's fake! The pictures on the website were probably taken from the only clean room they have clean. When I arrived to the hotel, the reception was a mess. They had no clue how to find my reservation. After finally finding it, a staff member walked me to my room and took my room key with him after he escorted me to my room. But before he left the room, he watched me program the safe box located in the room. I was traveling with more than $20,000 US DOLLARS. I quickly switched rooms and the staff at the front desk were argumentative and not cooperative with the room move. The property looks like a tornado passed by, it is not inviting at all. The pictures the property portrayed are completely inaccurate and you will be highly disappointed. If you are accustomed to quality locations, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU!!!! You will be super upset upon arrival. If you encounter a situation with your stay, good luck getting assistance. When I asked for someone that speaks English, they said the person was not present and I would have to wait until after the weekend. The property is managed by a Chinese company. We all know they simply want money. They are not interested in making you comfortable or providing service. When I asked about local restaurants, they told me "the restaurants around here are not good", and they urged me to eat in the hotel. However, that was not the case at all. I travel the world for a living as a doctor. Finding sanitary restaurants is the most easiest thing to do, and I found an abundance of amazing restaurants in the area. It was sad to hear the hotel speak bad about local restaurants. It's bad for commerce, and bad for business. I investigated the area before arriving and found quality hotels nearby. I left the following day to a more reputable and responsible hotel. Do your research please! Select a hotel that cares about you and your family.

The safe wasn't working due to missing batteries. We called them for three days, and each time they said "tomorrow," so we left the hotel without the problem being fixed. The beach is nothing like the pictures; it's very dirty and there are no safety measures. My reservation included breakfast, but at the dinner table, there was an annoying employee who insisted we take limited portions of food and didn't give us any choice. He even counted the sugar packets we used for our tea. When we complained, the restaurant manager resolve the issue.

Convenient location for walking to the beach and Suez Canal. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a variety of traditional and western food. Three huge swimming pools, including a heated one. Comfortable bed and our room looked on to one of the swimming pools.

The bathroom is too small as is the shower recess. Impossible to have a shower without almost flossing the whole bathroom floor. Instant coffee was a disappointment.

Loved the suite my family stayed in. The beach is also a plus with several seating areas that have a calm and peaceful touch. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The food was delicious with a variety for every taste. We tried the open buffets and dining at the hotel restaurant and we weren't disappointed. The many pools are also a plus, although a bit too cold to swim in January. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls are nearby within a short walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again

Nothing to fault really. Maybe just the surroundings of the hotel need to be cleaned because opening my window and seeing a lot of trash on the outside of the hotel wasn't a pleseant sight.

The place was extremely clean. The accommodation we booked was essentially like a full apartment. it had a balcony, windows, and a spacious bedroom. The bedroom was large and had great storage space for our belongings. There was also a comfortable seating area to watch TV, and the balcony had cozy chairs to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen was spotless, fully equipped, and clean. The fridge was immaculate, and the bathroom was pristine. The daily service was beyond amazing. The staff were always smiling and friendly, greeted us warmly, answered our questions promptly, and whenever we requested them to come to the room, they arrived immediately.

Hôtel situé près de la mer, légèrement en retrait de la rue principale, donc au calme. Hôtel bien équipé, avec présence d'un restaurant au sein de l'enceinte. Chambre spacieuse. Petit-déjeuner buffet avec grand choix (par contre, si vous voulez un vrai café type Americano, il est préparé à part et c'est 70 LE à payer en plus). Pas de monde à cette époque de l'année.

Une seule fausse note, mais de taille et qui explique pourquoi je ne mets que 7 et pas plus : plus d'eau chaude le soir en plein milieu de la douche ! Nous l'avons signalé et un technicien est venu rapidement, mais c'était parce que le ballon était arrivé au minimum et nous devions donc attendre qu'il se reconstitue, nous avons donc pris notre douche le lendemain matin... C'est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing, car tout le reste était très bien et ce petit désagrément a gâché notre plaisir.

في الحقيقة، أظن أن الاستقبال يحتاج إلى أن يكون أكثر فخامة ليعكس مستوى باقي الفندق. عندما وصلت إلى منطقة الاستقبال، شعرت أن مستواه متواضع، ولكن بعد أن أقمت وتجولت في الفندق، وجدت مستوى رائعًا. أتمنى منهم تطوير وتجديد منطقة الاستقبال لتواكب فخامة باقي المكان.

Reception staffs were very warm and flexible. The breakfast starts at 7:30 but we needed to leave the hotel at 6:30. And the receiption staff suggested us to take a breakfast box instead. That suggestion was very nice and the meal was very tasty. We were happy to have that, as we almost expected to be hungry until lunch.

The wifi connection at the room was not so stable and it was disconnected very often. Also about the shower, I'm not sure there was limitation on hot water supply, but we needed to finish very quick and wait some time after one person finishes.
